Ashley was great in assisting us with the planning process and keeping us on track on our wedding day. The bridal and grooms suites are small. It was doable for us because I only had 3 ladies standing up with me. The grooms suite is even smaller. People say that wedding never start on time. Our wedding started on time and ended as stated in our contract. The cocktail room was great. There is a wall to hang (3) photos of the bride and groom only if you want to. We provide the photos and unfortunately one of the photos did not make it on the wall. That was disappointing. There was also a card box that had a lock and key. Unfortunately the key was lost. It is for these reasons that I cannot give 5 stars. Other than that, our experience was nice and the venue was wonderful. The team at Soho63 were accommodating, professional and attentive. I would recommend!

She was fast to follow, but super kind and detailed with her instructions. This is my third class here and I will 100% be returning. This is such a fun indoor activity to do to beat the heat and let your creative spirit take over. I am also in a pickleball phase so the cookies were decorated were literally perfect. We got 5 cookies and they each were super tasty once I got to try one after they fully dried. You can buy drinks during the class, but we didn't. I love the community at this place and how everyone sits around each other so you can hype each other up as you go. Check it out if you've been wanting to take a class!

The City…read moreof Chandler has rapidly grown over the years and this was my first visit to Chandler Center For The Arts. On this Saturday night the artist performing was Pat Metheney. At the onset before the performance we were told that this would be the last concert of the season. The Chandler Center is going to get a renovation and probably will not be open until late October or early November. This Center houses a large venue and on this Saturday night it was pretty much a sold out crowd. When Pat Metheney came out he didn't waste any time and just started playing. The crowd was really into the music and so was I. The place has provisions for the handicapped and does allow for drinks during the performance. I really don't know what else to add other than the place is impressive. When it opens up again in the Autumn maybe take a look at what they have in the concert venue. I guess we got lucky to attend their last concert of the season.

For one of the events, I was able to find a spot without much trouble. For the other, I had to park on the street a few minutes away by foot. I guess it depends on how popular the event is. The venue itself is beautiful. Clean and modern with nice amenities. You get a program once you enter the theater, which I always appreciate. It's a good size-venue, but still small enough that it's intimate. My only real complaint? The seats are packed pretty close to each other, so you don't much shoulder room or leg room. A little too snug. Outside of that, and parking being a bit of a wild card, it's a phenomenal venue.

She was incredibly sweet, organized, and helpful during the final stages of planning and on the day of the wedding. The only challenge we experienced was that she was our third or fourth coordinator throughout the planning process. The staff changes made it a little difficult to keep track of previous conversations and details, which added some stress along the way. In the end, everything came together beautifully, but the turnover was a bit tough to navigate. The food catered by the venue was fantastic. We received so many compliments from our guests about how delicious everything was, and the catering staff did an amazing job. Where we struggled a little was with pricing expectations. Based on our initial conversations and the overall cost of the venue, we assumed more items were included than what ended up being covered. As we got closer to the wedding, there were several additional fees that surprised us and made budgeting harder than expected. For example, we chose not to do signature drinks because there was a $300 fee just to offer them, even though we were providing the alcohol ourselves. It was small things like that which we hadn't anticipated being extra. Even with those frustrations, we truly had a wonderful experience overall. Our wedding day was beyond magical, and the venue and catering staff worked incredibly hard to make everything run smoothly. We are very grateful for their efforts and for the beautiful memories we were able to create there. Overall, we would absolutely recommend having your wedding here.

The perfect wedding with a perfect venue…read more As soon as we walked in for our first tour we knew this had to be our wedding venue. All pricing was mentioned up front and very transparent. They have packages to choose from but we ultimately decided to book the venue itself and details regarding the bar and then personally book the vendors they have on their booking list. Halfway through planning we got overwhelmed and decided to add the florist, DJ, and photographer on our package and it did cost less than booking outside of the package! We had 100 guests and we got compliments from almost everyone on the venue itself, caterer, flowers, and DJ. For how expensive weddings can be I can confidently say booking with Villa Siena makes it so easy and so worth it! An additional thank you to our coordinator Jessica she was so helpful and kind & neither my husband or I or even our wedding party had to worry about a thing. Everything was so seamless and perfect.

I was delighted that we experienced such positive customer service, good food and drinks onsite, and nice accommodations. I ordered a room with two queen beds (though I later learned I would be heading here on my own). As an IHG status member, I received an upgrade to a king-bed suite upon my arrival. The suite I ended up with had a nice living area, a kitchenette, a very comfortable bed, and a balcony (though only to the neighboring street). The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful with any questions I had. While my colleagues all received a $ 5-off-a-drink coupon, I received that plus a free beverage at the bar. If I didn't want alcohol, I could go into the store and pick up a food item of my choice, which was quite generous. While I didn't have time on this visit to use the fitness center or the pool, I had the opportunity to check out those spaces, which I look forward to using when I return (if the pool is heated in the Fall). I also got a tour of the property, which has great meeting spaces for a group of 150-200 people. I also visited the bar in the lobby and the on-site restaurant, both of which had great service, tasty food, and beverages. I did pay extra for parking, though I had no other choice, and the price was reasonable at only $15 per day. This was, without question, the worst stay we've ever had. Our experience at the bar was completely unacceptable because of the bartender, Zeus. He was extremely rude, confrontational, and unprofessional. We waited more than 15 minutes while he refused to take our order, despite serving or acknowledging others. During the interaction, he directed racist language toward us, which was shocking and completely unacceptable in any hospitality setting. No guest should ever be treated this way, especially at an IHG resort where professionalism and respect should be the standard. The Food & Beverage Manager needs to address this situation immediately. Someone who behaves this way toward guests has no place representing the hotel. We have supported this resort for five years, but after this experience, we will seriously reconsider returning. We hope management investigates this incident and takes appropriate action so no other guests have to experience what we did. 1 star.

Although it is very common for there not to be seconds for guests, because they knew how much food was still untouched, I would have appreciated them just letting me know because we could have had the DJ make an announcement for our guests to get seconds. I really appreciate that we could bring in all of our own vendors except for the bartender. This week we celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary. I reached out to Tennille to see if I could use the facility or if she had any ideas on doing something special to surprise my wife. They graciously are setting up a private table on the patio for us. I am bringing dinner and my wife and I will be able to enjoy and celebrate our love where we got married. They truly go above and beyond and would recommend Shenandoah Mill to anyone!
