We could not have imagined a better place to get married then Villa Siena. The staff and our coordinator Melinda were so helpful and thoughtful throughout the whole process. Our guests could not help but have a wonderful time at this magical place and we are still receiving compliments on everything from the beautiful venue, the wonderful staff, the great bartender, the fabulous food, to the sparkler exit. It was simply wonderful from start to finish. read more

Our daughter's wedding absolutely beautiful wedding is now a very, very special memory! My husband and I can't thank them enough for their incredible service and eye for detail in making her day perfect. Camille, our incredible planner, was always there to answer every question and concern and accommodated every request. Villa Siena made our day so effortless and worry free, that we felt comfortable enjoying every minute with our family and friends celebrating the occasion. Our guests have raved about the food and especially the meal that was served with beautiful presentation and prepared to perfection. Camille and the staff were a true joy to work with and we feel blessed to have had them be an integral part of our daughter's big day! One other note..my husband brags about the fact you have a payment plan, which was extremely helpful! The Villa Siena was the only venue we looked at and I am so happy we didn't let the distance get in the way of our choice because it was completely worth it! read more

My sister got married at the exquisite venue. This is the only wedding location in town that fit all her needs. I cannot believe the details in this place. Everything from the getting ready rooms to the perfectly manicured outdoor space. So many venues are just a boring 4 walls but this place will take your breath away. Remember if you are getting married at a popular time of year book your date 18 months out if possible so many people want to get married here especially in October, November, March-May. read more

Nothing could have been more perfect than to have our wedding here and to have Kelsey helping us on our day. The Villa Siena food was phenomenal and we had compliments (and left overs to eat) for days. As a bride it was such an easy day that could not have been better. It was worth every penny to use such a beautiful place for our wedding and to have someone making sure everyone was doing what needed to be done. I would do this all again and not change a thing about it. read more

The service at Villa Siena turned out better than we could have ever hoped for! Everything at Villa Sienna surpassed our highest expectations! The quality of service and unique accommodations Amy and the staff provided was well above and beyond amazing! I don't believe a better venue could possibly exist! Amy's service couldn't have been better. She was prompt at replying to my numerous e-mails and went out of her way to make special accommodations for my family's requests. She was calm and helped me stay relaxed on the wedding day. I literally had Nothing to worry about which made it so easy to enjoy the whole process and day of! read more

Of all the vendors we used for our wedding, Villa Siena was my favorite to work with. One of the perks of this venue is that it comes with a wedding coordinator. We had the pleasure of working with Melinda, and she was absolutely wonderful! It really does reduce a lot of stress having a wedding coordinator who is so on top of things. She was great in answering all of my numerous questions leading up to the wedding. On the day of the wedding, she exceeded my expectations by taking care of little things without even being asked. For instance, the ribbon on one of the bouquets I made was coming off, and Melinda found some pretty pins to secure the ribbon back into place. She had this taken care of before I had even arrived. She also made our dinner tables look so much prettier by adding some of the flower petals that I had ordered for the ceremony (she asked permission before doing this). It's the little things like that that showed me how she really goes beyond what is required of her to make the wedding the best it can be. Another perk of having a wedding coordinator was that she took care of all the set up. So while she was busy putting all of the decorations on the tables, all I had to do was show up, get dressed, and focus on posing for wedding portraits. The rest of the Villa Siena staff were great too, specifically the assistants and the bartender. As for Villa Siena itself, it is so gorgeous. It makes the perfect backdrop for wedding portraits. The place really is just as pretty in person as it is in the pictures. We received so many compliments from our guests on how elegant our wedding was. read more

Beautiful venue, horrible staff. They were rude the day of the wedding, and in general seem to nickel and dime you for everything. This place probably relies on it's beauty to remain in business. read more

First off the Venue is amazing!! Secondly, my wedding coordinator Kelsey was absolutely the Bomb.com. So sweet and down to earth, professional, attentive to all my needs and concerns, very flexible and understanding, responding to every email quickly as she could, and just awesome. I definitely would recommend the venue and Kelsey (anyone from the staff). It was super clean every time I was there and on the day off. All my guest had a great time and commented how breathtaking the venue is. This place and Kelsey far exceeded my expectations!!! I will forever recommend them to anyone. read more

Dana was AMAZING from the very beginning. Super sweet and helpful, always got back to me quickly, it was such a pleasure working with her. Really made it easy and comforting to deal with any challenges that came up. She always had a smile on her face and was quick to offer assistance whenever needed. Altogether Villa Siena was a great choice and Dana made it an overall home run. read more

My wife and I just had our wedding here a few weeks ago, and are so happy we chose the venue. After looking at a handful of venues in the valley, none really did it for us. When we made our first visit to Villa Siena, we knew right away this was where we wanted to have our wedding. Hope, our planner, was awesome. She was extremely helpful in every step of the process leading to the wedding, and was great to work with. She quickly answered every question we had over the last year, and made us more than comfortable with the decision we made. The entire process was smooth and seamless (meetings, communications, transactions, planning, etc). The day of the wedding and reception was flawless, thanks to our awesome vendors, but especially to Hope and the rest of the staff. We were very impressed with how the night went, and from what we've heard, so were our guests. The staff members addressed my wife and I by our first names when they saw us throughout the night, which was pretty cool (great service!). The grounds were immaculate, and Hope did everything we had asked of her, and more. We couldn't have been happier with our day and decision. read more

Villa Siena was the best decision that we could have made for our wedding. Not only is the venue beautiful but the service and peace of mind that Villa Siena gives you is priceless for your special day. We worked with Hope who was amazing. She went above and beyond what I could have asked for. She was organized, prompt and detailed. She actually remembered (or kept very good notes) of all the questions and details I had emailed from months prior to our meeting in person. The staff members that were behind the scene were also great. They attended to us and made sure everything was perfect. Although we went with the a la carte option, we ended up using a lot of the vendors that Villa Siena recommended. During our search, we found them to be superior and it was helpful that they knew our venue and had worked with Hope before. Although Villa Siena cost more than we had budgeted for our venue, the value was worth every single penny. Ultimately, the cost balanced out if you consider the rental of items and costs of having an open bar at other venues. Villa Siena really helped to make our day that much more enjoyable and special that I did not have second thoughts or any concerns with Hope and Villa Siena. The venue is so breathtaking and wonderful that I have already had three of my guests inquire about having their event at Villa Siena in the future! read more

My daughters wedding was at Villa Siena this past weekend, it was amazing. The event coordinator Hannah Swift and the team did a great job.

I could not have been more thrilled with Villa Siena and our wedding there! The venue alone is breathtaking, totally making you forget you are in the middle of the desert in Arizona! You're transported into the elegance and and romance of the Tuscan atmosphere, with it's beautiful courtyard and grand reception space. Villa Siena worked with us on all our requests and assisted us with every step through the wedding planning process. Our wedding coordinator, Hope, was an absolute dream to work with. She answered every email promptly and always made herself available if we wanted to swing by to talk about something or to just look at the venue (again and again and again...). She made things go so seamlessly through the rehearsal and the wedding day. I was so thoroughly impressed with her and with this amazing venue. They have a list of preferred vendors, and don't let that fool you into thinking it's strictly a "business deal" between them. Our photographer from the list (Leslie) captured the most breath-taking photos and our DJ (Jeff) kept the party going all night! Our guests could not have raved more about how beautiful the venue was and how the wedding went off without a hitch and how much FUN they had!!! I could write all day about how thrilled I am with Villa Siena, but I'll end with just saying "Thank you for an amazing wedding and process." read more

Our wedding experience at Villa Siena was absolutely amazing! For us, the bride and groom, bridal party and of the course the guests. From start to finish, our event coordinator Camille Johnson, has made the whole process effortless and pleasant. Family, friends and relatives were completely in love with the venue. We would not have done it another way! I would recommend this venue and staff 100% hands down. Thank you, Villa Siena and Camille, for making our wedding day a dream come true. read more

The venue was amazing and the wedding came out so much more amazing than we imagined (except for that rain..haha). But even then, the inside ceremony was just as gorgeous if not more. Thank you so much for such an easy process. Booking Villa Siena definitely made planning our wedding a whole lot less stressful. Thank you. read more

My wedding here was absolutely perfect. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Everything is stunning and they really show you that they care about your special day. Everything was easy and they had a list of great vendors that they recommended. My photographer, alterations lady and Dj all came from their recommendations and I loved all of them!! Perfect place for a perfect day read more

Villa Siena did an excellent job on my daughters wedding. I would recommend them to anyone hosting a wedding in the Phoenix area. I coordinated the wedding myself but Hope from Villa Siena was available to help me with anything and everything I needed. On the evening of the wedding she was on top of all the details which allowed me to enjoy the wedding and focus on my guest. They are very professional and Villa Siena attention to detail and quality are the best. Thank you. read more

From the first moment that we walked into the door, we have always felt like a friend to everyone at Villa Siena. We have met everyone by now and always rave about the care that is given to the facility. We visited over 25 venue spots in town, and this is by far the best cared for. The heart of every employee from the people that clean up during the day to the bartenders and extra staff at night, you can tell that everyone is invested in their jobs. Hope was amazing and very helpful! She was always one step ahead and I never had to ask for anything because she already had it taken care of. Her assistant Devon was also very helpful. Between the two, everything was taken care of and they were able to help direct us since we had no idea what the "traditional ways" were. For every event, we looked to Hope so she could walk us through our own wedding :) Even before the wedding, Hope helped us with our vendors and making sure that they were all inline and on time. Very professional! I'm not sure that we could have done it without her. read more

The Villa Siena was the perfect place for our wedding. The courtyard and ballroom were absolutely beautiful for our ceremony and reception. Our wedding coordinator Camille made things so incredibly easy and stress free for us by helping us transition from one event to the next for our wedding. She also did a great job of setting things up for us. As far as price we were able to determine what items we wanted that were most important for us and were very much in control of how much we wanted to spend. They gave us a list of vendors for the food and I was concerned at first because I had wanted Mexican food. Luckily we were able to choose a vendor (Magic Touch Catering, who is now their in house caterer) that served the most delicious gourmet Mexican food. Villa Siena definitely went above and beyond than what I was expecting and I would recommend this venue for anyone who wants a gorgeous, stress free wedding. read more

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Villa Siena!! I honestly feel like they went above and beyond any expectations I had! Hands down our BEST wedding vendors. One of the most amazing things about booking with Villa Siena is that you have almost have a built-in wedding planner in the coordinator they assign you. The coordinators there are amazing. Hope was the one initially assigned to us, and she was so nice, so professional, so prompt to respond to any questions, so organized, very knowledgeable, and offered us wonderful recommendations. However, she was pregnant and due two weeks after our wedding, so they had a back-up coordinator assigned just in case. We did our final layout with Hope a month before the wedding, however, she went into labor a few weeks early, so Camille took over our wedding-- and she did not miss a beat! Hope must have meticulously gone over all the details with her because everything was PERFECT the day of. Camille honestly deserves a gold medal for how amazing our wedding was, because we were a mess the week before! We were scrambling to get last minute things done, such as menus, place cards, our ingredients for our signature drinks, etc-- but she just rolled with our utter chaos and lack of direction, made us feel totally taken care of, and everything went off without a hitch the day of. The wedding was GORGEOUS and I feel like so much of it is thanks to Camille. She is an incredible person who is so warm and easy to work with, and always made us feel like her top priority-- I cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us! All of our guests LOVED the venue and LOVED the food! I also highly recommend using catering package! We spent a lot of time looking into other caterers, only to find them more expensive and not as good. Everyone gushed about the food: cooked perfectly, everyone was served at the exact same time, perfect temp, etc! Villa Siena was, by far, the BEST decision we made for our wedding!!!! read more

This is such a beautiful venue, which is evident by the pictures. We are so happy we had out wedding there, despite living far from that area of town. We could not find anything else like it. Everyone commented on how unique it was, and the wedding went so smoothly. My coordinator really listened to what we wanted and executed that. read more

To begin, the venue is nothing short of amazing!!! Behind the scenes, Kelsey and the entire staff went above and beyond every step of the way with every detail. If I could rate them higher than a 10, I absolutely would do so. The day we sat down with Kelsey, it was obvious that she had all the details covered. I can't explain the absolute sigh of relief that I knew all would be well. This set the tone for all of the pre-planning of our daughter's special day. The day of the event went so smoothly thanks to Kelsey taking care of all the planned details. When I say they went above and beyond, they handled unplanned things as they came up... creating the Welcome sign that we forgot to do ahead of time... placing all the donuts and donut holes on the tiered plates so we could get our family pics... providing a needle and thread when a button came off of our daughters bridal gown and my dress...and helping us gather things at the end of the night. All of these details being handled allowed us to enjoy this special day to the fullest! We are all so grateful for a dream wedding! read more

My wedding at Villa Siena was PERFECT! I can't say enough good things about this venue. The staff was attentive and made me feel like royalty. Hope was wonderful and always ready to accommodate our wishes. If you are on the fence about this place as a venue, don't be you won't be disappointed. read more

Villa Siena was amazing! They are an exclusive venue, which does require you to use vendors from their preferred list when it comes to catering, flowers, and DJ, But honestly the vendors we used that were on their preferred list were amazing! We worked with Camille, she was our wedding coordinator, Camille was outstanding, she was extremely organized and on top of everything which is one less thing to worry about! The venue it's self is breath taking, makes you feel like you are not even in Arizona, there is so much greenery. The staff and Villa Siena was also amazing, they made sure everything went to plan. This venue may be more expensive then other venues but it's so worth it! read more

Devin was amazing, we were constantly emailing her with questions and she was always kind, responsive and helpful. The bartenders were awesome, people commented that they were very nice and quick with getting drinks out. Everything was exactly as I had dreamed, the ceremony and ballroom were GORGEOUS, I could not have been happier with the way it all turned out. People raved about how beautiful the whole event was read more

Villa Siena, was beyond perfect! It us a beautiful place in general! My coordinator Devin E. Was amazing she made everything just as I had imagined it. The food was also amazing everyone loved it! Villa Siena is the best place to get married, the price is unbelievable especially with everything that is included! And by everything I quite literally mean everything: flowers cake, DJ, and food!!! I can't say enough great things about this place!! read more

I recently booked a wedding with Villa Siena a year and a half ahead of our wedding date and had a great experience up until we found out that we would have to cancel. The venue had only had our money for about 30 days, and out of a $2000, we only got $500 back. Absolutely no work had been done yet and we had only really met with an event planner for a total of maybe 2 hours. After the $500 non-refundable deposit, charging $1500 for 2 hours seems pretty ridiculous. I will never reccomend this venue. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Villa Siena. We were so lucky to be fortunate enough to be married at this beautiful venue and even luckier to have Melinda as our coordinator. Everything from day one was done in such a professional manner yet still personalized that the whole planning process could not have been any easier. They have great vendors that they recommend and truly care about the success of your wedding. With Villa Siena you get a breathtaking venue and exceptional customer service. This place is truly what a dream wedding is and I would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a place to be married. read more

My husband and I were married on 4/19/2015 and we are STILL hearing rave reviews about our venue from all our guests. We were assigned a wedding coordinator, Ms. Hope Haas, who was absolutely incredible and made our special day even more spectacular than we could have imagined. She was attentive, professional, compassionate and meticulously organized. She not only coordinated all of the vendors included in our package (flowers, cake, food, DJ, photographer, string quartet, bar tender) she also recommended vendors for those categories that were not included (such as our minister - who was incredible!). Everyone we worked with through the venue was incredibly accomodating and friendly. On the day of, all the details came together perfectly. Ms. Haas made sure the groom and I had food to eat and plenty of water/drinks admist all the running around greeting guests and even sent us home with a care package of food and champage at the end of the night. Not a single thing was out of place! I couldn't be happier with the service. Not only was the service fantastic, the site itself is absolutely breathtaking. It is impossible to take a bad picture between the italian villa-inspired architecture and lush green grass and ivy throughout. If you haven't settled on a venue yet - I highly recommend you visit Villa Siena. You will know as soon as you enter the beautiful wrought iron garden gates that this is the place for you. Ask for Ms. Hope Haas as your coordinator! read more

I can't say enough good things about Villa Siena. From our very first interaction to our last, every single person has been nothing but helpful, kind, and accommodating. My husband and I looked at many, many, MANY venues when we got engaged and nothing beats the beauty and value of this gorgeous place. Although this is a very sought after venue, the staff, as well as their preferred vendors, go way above and beyond to make sure you are made a priority. Throughout the entire planning process there was not a single phone call or email to my coordinator that was not returned very quickly and any concern I had was figured out promptly. From the first time we met with the coordinators I immediately felt very confident that I wouldn't have to worry about anything. Everything went off without a hitch thanks to our amazing coordinator, Devin, and the wonderful staff. Everything turned out more perfect than I could have ever imagined. I would HIGHLY recommend Villa Siena for any wedding or special event. read more

We had our wedding reception at Villa Siena July 22, 2016 and it was a dream come true. We received so many compliments from our guests about the food, venue and atmosphere. Our coordinator, Dana, was AMAZING. She was so quick to respond to all of our questions and emails and really worked hard to make sure everything was PERFECT! You feel like you are in Italy and the vendors we used through them (Ray the DJ & the catering and cake company) were equally as awesome! We also loved how VS allows you to provide your own alcohol, while they take care of the mixers and soft drinks, beer and wine. Their all inclusive package was not only very reasonably priced, but took SO MUCH stress off of planning and coordinating. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this venue. We checked out over 9 venues, Villa Siena was the first, and we compared every single venue to them. Look no further, honestly, not only is the venue incredible, but the coordinators are sweet, kind, and truly treat you like a friend or family member-which is something you don't always find! I honestly don't have a single bad thing to say. To add to this, my uncle currently works as the captain of the Yale club and has previously worked for several hotels including the plaza, coordinating large, upscale weddings, and events. He is very hard to please and impress, and he was equally impressed and continues to have rave remarks about our big day. Thank you so much to Dana and Villa Siena for playing such a huge role in our wedding. I have no regrets and I know you will not be disappointed if you decide to go with this venue!!! read more

I was a guest at a wedding held at Villa Siena on January 5th, 2013 and although the facility itself is beautiful, the management, staff, food and service were horrible. The only friendly staff in the whole building were the bar tenders. Our food was cold and tasteless and our water glasses were pretty much empty the entire night. Guests were lining up at the water fountain to get their glasses filled. It was truly pathetic. The service from the food staff was also something less than desirable. They were not friendly and all looked like they'd rather be somewhere else. The "wedding coordinator" was no where to be found the entire night. I know my friend paid quite a bit to have her wedding at Villa Siena, and I actually inquired about getting married here, but after attending my friend's wedding I am staying far away from Villa Siena. Do yourself a favor and find a different wedding facility. read more

We had booked our date with Villa Siena as soon as the 18th month window opened. We were given a contract with specific due dates for payment. I put the down payment on a credit card and set up a payment system to have the company pull out money from my savings account on a certain day. When they still had not pulled out the money 2 weeks after that date, I emailed them. They told me that there was a mix-up and the payment would come out the next day. 2 months later still no payment had been taken out of my account. The next payment date came and the correct amount came out, I emailed them again about the past payment, again got the same message; the payment will be coming out the next day. I said this is not acceptable and instead of saying sorry and owning up to the problem and fixing it, they said we can refund you all the money and we can cancel your contract. This is not how a company should run, we have not even begun to iron out the final details of the wedding and they cannot even get the payment schedule correct. Nobody takes ownership and this worries me about our special day. Instead of helping fix the issue they would rather give back the money and ruin dreams. read more

Villa Siena is an absolutely amazing place to get married!! We would definitely recommend it to anyone. Our guests couldn't get over the sheer beauty of the place: the same beauty we fell in love with at first sight, and over and over and over again. In addition to be a magical, romantic place, the quality of service is outstanding. Hope Haas was so professional and organized, down to every last detail. She and her team of excellence worked with our every need; there really wasn't one task they couldn't handle, even on the day of! One of the many things we were impressed with is how much attention they paid to us as the bride and groom. There were at least one or two people assigned to us, to make sure we had something to drink, bring us snacks, see if we needed anything. And Hope would always check in with me in between attending to our guests. Everything was simple done perfectly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone....it was a wonderful experience. read more
