This place is kinda pricey for what it is Don't get me wrong the office staff is very friend the outside and inside of the rooms are except able but the crowd of people that hang out around here I guess I should say especially at night are a lil intimidating especially coming here alone inwouldbt recommend it. There was a fight earlier in the day management was right on top of it however its not a place inwould go for an evening jog at.

This place isn't as bad as the reviews. Honestly if you know anything about this part of town, yes it has homeless and yes it's ghetto, BUT the two nights we were here we didn't see really any activity. There is a cop car on location but I think that's just to help prevent anything from happening. Not because it's a known area for activity. I didn't see any bugs besides beetles the first night but we did have some roaches go for our food the second night. I saw them first when I moved the stand the tv was on to hook up my PlayStation. The cable was def hard to get working at first, you have to jiggle the cords or unplug and replug it in to get it working. The jacuzzi tub was by far the best amenity. Highly recommend. The pool sucks bc it's in the middle of summer in az and your pool is closed due to 'Covid' but everyone else has there's up. Another bad part is the phone was not connected, even after plugging it in, and they apparently only had one ice machine and it either was out of ice or wasn't working.

I did not stay at the hotel, so I cannot review on that side. Though, I have attended multiple events at the conference/banquet center. I've been to a wedding, which was decorated beautifully! I've also attended 3 Christmas parties, a baby shower, and a holiday boutique! They were all great experiences! The food has always been awesome and the staff is very professional. Donna is knowledgeable, friendly and she will answer all your questions :)

RUN FROM THIS PLACE!! This has to be the worst place I have stayed. It VERY obvious bad thing happen here. The first sign of this is there is a sheriff sitting outside 24/7. The next is you can tell the room we had gotten had been broken into. You could tell that on the bathroom window they had tried to break in. Also on the door itself you could see wood chipped away where somebody tried to break in as well. Also in the bathroom, on the bathroom door you can tell somebody had kicked it in. There was also graffiti on the wall that had one layer paint covering it but you could still see the graffiti. There's also red spray paint all over the balcony table and chairs. The fact they have to have three ways of locking the back patio sliding door is also very alarming. The outlet sockets were falling off the walls. There is markings and rips in every chair. The bar chairs have been reupholstered in old bedding. Which is just gross. There were holes in the countertops were something had obviously been screwed into it and the holes have not been filled. You could also tell the countertops have not even been wiped down. There was still trash left in the room. Cracks in the ceiling. Along with massive holes above the bed were you could tell spiders have been coming in and out from the cobwebs. This place is just bad. DONT STAY HERE!!!!!!

The location was easy to find and conveniently located near a center with various restaurants, a grocery store, and entertainment options too. We were in town for a soccer tournament and this room worked perfect as it was myself and my spouse and our son who stayed on the pull out sofa bed. We had a short stay however I can see with the kitchen amenities it would be nice for longer stays. The outdoor seating was nice and the soccer players made themselves comfortable there at night. The pool area was nice and had nice views of the golf course next door. When I mention a couple snags - the shower was very nice it had both the waterfall over head option as well as a standard hand held shower head. There was some gross build up on the face of the shower head. When we were nearing the area from our Southern California drive we called and asked about early check in options and they advised to check back around 11a-12p. When we got there it was within that window and they seemed rather irritated about this ask. They noted that our room was being sanitized and would take up to an hour. They had a nice seating area in the entrance lounge space so we sat there. We took in the beverage station which was a great option, however we waited about an hour and a half before we finally began to ask for updates. The manager seemed over upset that we had been advised about early check in options. It all worked out and we got in a little earlier than standard check in. The next morning the breakfast was nice and there was various options beyond the prototypical continental breakfast.

Clean hotel with tasty breakfast items…read more The location wasn't close to any attractions but it was nearby restaurants, fast food chains, and a grocery store. There was also a small shop at the entrance selling snacks and chargers. Check-in was a bit slow as they had difficulty finding my reservation. However, the receptionists were always kind and helpful. The 2 queen bed room was spacious and included a microwave, mini fridge, coffee machine, hangers, and an iron. The bathroom had communal soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. There was a note on the sink stating that other toiletries were also available upon request. I wished there was more toilet paper was included as there was only one extra roll. There was a sufficient number of towels for the sink and shower. However, I found the shower to be difficult to start as the shower pin was stuck. The shower knob was also labeled backwards as the "H" was on the side of cold water instead of hot. The bed and pillows were soft and supported. The bedsheets were clean but could have been thicker. I enjoyed the easy access to outlets and lighting from the convenience of my bed. The TV was large and there was a decent number of channels available. Breakfast was simple yet executed well. The omelets were light and fluffy. Potatoes weren't always served but it was a good day when they were. Everything was seasoned and cooked well. Sausages were juicy and bacon was crispy. There was also fruit juices and coffee available. Other items included cinnamon rolls, cereal, oatmeal, and made to order pancakes. I would have loved healthier items like fresh fruit but the spread was more than sufficient for me. Although others enjoy actual dishware, the disposable plates and utensils made it easy to eat on the go. Would stay here again when visiting Mesa or Gilbert. Clean and priced appropriately and still one of my favorite breakfast options.

Some make this complaint because they can hear muffled talking next door at other hotels. Here, it may as well be no wall at all. Without hyperbole, this is the worst I've ever experienced. I could hear my neighbors talking as clear as day - as though they were in the room with me. It immediately felt like I had no privacy. That's enough on its own to never come back here again. Besides this, the room smelled heavily of cleaning products when I came in, the paint was peeling in the bathroom I stayed in and the shower head and faucet were loose. Also - I think my laptop has a bigger screen than the room TV. But it all worked fine. The room itself was clean, the staff was nice enough and they did have a pool and jacuzzi on site. If the room were more soundproof I'd happily give it a 3 or maybe even 4 out of 5 star rating as a business hotel or a place for travel where you need a clean comfy bed to sleep in (my bed was actually quite comfortable as well). But the paper thin walls are a deal breaker. That Priceline categorized this spot as a 4 star hotel next to Hilton, Hyatt, or Westin is baffling.

He said I should notify the hotel for future guests. I called and confirmed we did not need a code for the medical discount. (We needed the code at a diff hotel in Scottsdale.) When we checked in, I verified we were there for medical reasons and asked what the rate was. He said we would get it at checkout. I have never stayed in a hotel that would not tell me the rate upfront. He ran my CC, but said it would not be charged until we checked out. (I did not prepay) Upon check out, the GM, Tammy would not honor the medical discount. She said because I made the reservation via Expedia, she could not give me the discount (even though I called ahead, and was told when we checked in that we would be on a medical discount rate). Luckily it was only a 3-night stay - but I was mad enough with just those days being at a higher rate. House keeping did not clean our room on the scheduled day. Although we will need to return in 6 months, location is perfect - close to medical facility and restaurants... We will never return to this hotel.

The rooms are spacious and clean, a little dated, but comfortable. The staff was friendly enough. I had to check out of my room but still had time before my flight and needed to take some meetings. The downstairs lobby area has plenty of seating and even little nooks where you can sit and work and not be disturbed. I never go down for the breakfast, but they had some decent options in their market if you are arriving late and need a little snacky snack. If you're looking for an easy and convenient space to stay, I recommend. I mean I think most people know what they are getting with a Residence Inn, but just in case the nice thing is you do get a small kitchen and there is usually some living space separate from the bed. I really felt like I had a ton of room to spread out.

I booked through Booking.com with a "pay at the property" option. However, one night was charged to my account prior to arrival, which was unexpected and confusing. At check-in, there were issues with my payment method. The front desk told me they "only accept real bank cards" in reference to my SoFi card. This was surprising and came across as dismissive, especially since it is a legitimate bank card and had already been successfully charged prior to arrival. After asking me to wait, I was then told the card had declined, which did not appear to be the case. We offered an alternative card, but were told that was not an option. The situation felt inconsistent and could have been handled with clearer communication and more flexibility. Additionally, on the morning of checkout (11:00 AM), we stepped out briefly and returned at 8:45 AM to find that our room keys had already been deactivated. When we asked about it, we were told it was because we were checking out that day, even though it was still well before checkout time. This created unnecessary inconvenience. Overall, the main issue was not just the policies, but how they were communicated. A more professional and guest-focused approach would have made a significant difference. We hope the hotel can review these processes, as the property itself has potential. With improvements in service and communication, the experience could better reflect what we experienced during our first stay.

There are also EV charging ports available if you have an electric car. The hotel has a gym and amenities but I didn't use them, so I can't review their quality. Nice experience overall though.
