Double site for only $100 extra per month
    Stephen F.

Not sure why some people don't like it here but I just spent 21 days and the only complaint I have is that I had to wait 30 minutes for an escort to my site. The pools are warm and spas are hot, the showers and bathrooms are also good. The water went out one day due to a broken pipe but it was fixed in a few hours. The park model residents were friendly and only got one nasty look from a maintenance guy after my dog peed on a tree just outside one of the dog parks. I didn't see any scorpions or rattlesnakes and it's warm enough for both. No power fluctuations but they only have 50 amp pedestals so you need an adapter if you don't have a 50 amp rig. I gave a 4 star due to the pool and spas closing at 11pm while every other Encore park I have been to in AZ is open 24/7.

    Scorpion inside the RV...yuck!

Lived in AZ my entire life. Have never seen a scorpion. This guy hitched a ride on my pajama bottoms and was in our RV! . I was outside sitting in our lawn chairs and never felt this thing on me. My husband smacked it off my pajamas and killed it. I went out with a blacklight the following evening and must have seen 20-30 of these things. We packed up and left.

    Molding pool furniture

What a slum. Weeds everywhere. Maintenance is poor. Staff goes flying around parkbin golf carts as fast as they can go. Speed limit is 10MPH if you complain nothing is done. Alot of empty spots. We have been coming here for a few years but probably not again. Streets have concrete heaving along with concrete in lots breaking up. What a trip hazard. Staff parks rigs in spaces to small. 1 5th wheel was parked hanging over sidewalk and someone cut their head open on it. They have to fill pool up 3x per day. So old won't hold water all 3 of them. Hot tub hardly warm let alone hot. Concrete cracking around pools trio hazard along with tiles cracking and mold along edges. Heaters in pools not working numerous times takes weeks to repair. Dog parks stink and have no gravel in them just dirt. Lots of park models for sale and empty RV spaces. Trashed piked high in dumpster area and that stinks too. Streets have pot holes so beware when riding bike. Laundry room old and stinks. All we do is pay rent and no money is put in park. Homeless sleeping on benches. I can go on and on but I think you get the idea.

Great photo of my glove box ripped apart while parked next to my trailer. Place is a dump. Don't come here.

Eagle View RV Resort has many great spots with wonderful views, nice amenities all for a very fare rate and and centrally located to everything you could need in Fountain Hills AZ. Just minutes away and yes even a free shuttle to Fort McDowell Casino . What we really enjoy is that while you are close to Fountain Hills when you are Eagle View RV Resort you feel mikes away from the city and the park has a peaceful and tranquil feel. In addition one more important thing to mention is the staff has been incredibly friendly, helpful and polite. And yes the park is dog friendly but people still need to use common sense and keep your dog on a lease and pick up after them. We have really enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return visit again soon. I would just like to include a very sincere thank you to Kris. Thank you for choosing a beautiful spot for us. I really appreciate your time, consideration for our dogs and all your help. You made our stay wonderful And yes, please check out my pics. Yes the pictures of the cows were real . They just strolled right down the street along the fence line of our camp site doing a little grass and weed maintenance . They just made the stay even more memorable. Have a blessed day

My tips when visiting saguaro lake:…read more - Arrive early if you're planning to rent a boat or kayak, especially on weekends. The marina can get crowded and boats are in high demand. - Bring plenty of water! Arizona heat can be brutal, even in the fall and spring. Make sure to stay hydrated, especially if you're hiking or spending time on the water. - If you're visiting for the first time, be sure to take a boat tour to get a unique perspective of the area. - Watch out for wildlife . You might spot herons, eagles, and even bighorn sheep along the trails, so keep an eye out! Plan your visit during the off-season (fall or spring) to avoid the summer heat and the crowds.

I visited Lake Saguaro on a Saturday.. Good thing I arrived early at 7:30am. I was able to unload…read more my vehicle and get on the water fairly quickly. By this time all of the front beach spots at the Butcher Jones area were completely taken up by large camping tents. It was tough to squeeze by people to get my stuff on the water. The water was crowded with many different paddle boards, jet skies, boats pulling other water toys. If I return it will likely be on a weekday when school is back In session. Nice lake otherwise. Oh yeah, when I left at around noon, there was no parking down near the beach. That parking lot was packed full. There were cars parked on the side of the road all the way up where you turn into the street driving towards the Butcher Jones area. Appeared to be a LONG walk down too. The FULL signs were posted at the turn off.
