Steve is real time waster. He wastes a lot of time and his rv park is awful and overly jammed up and in a noisy neighborhood full of rv sales. A nice quiet place right in the heart of Mesa. Camping World and about 6 or 7 other dealerships on Main Street. With only 15 spots it's very small but very well done. There is a laundry with 2 each washers and dryers. Only 1 bathroom each man and women but it's spacious with sink shower and toilet together. Steve , the manager is very helpful and always makes sure to ask if everything is good and if you need anything. Cubs spring park is 16 minute drive. read more

WARNING! Steve the manager was sketchy upon arrival. I had paid a deposit of 309 dollars to hold the site and when I arrived he said he didn't have a space for me. Then proceeded to be extremely rude and short. When I asked for my deposit back he agreed and then never refunded the money. This is a great park if you're looking to waste time and money. read more

Steve was a great owner of the park. I just got done staying there for well over 3 months and it was seamless the entire time. He always was helpful throughout the summer. Steve always had great stories to tell and I really enjoyed staying with him. Twin Palms is in a quiet nice part of town with pretty much anything you need is within a 5 minute drive. Whether it be fast food or fry's and target. The park is feels very secluded since there's a building and walls around the park. Steve takes his security very seriously and it made me feel safe the entire time. Whether it be security cameras or locks and codes on all of the doors. There is a bathroom for a man and a woman, plus a fully functioning washer and dryer. The bathroom is super nice when you need a break from taking a shower in the little RV shower. Overall it is a very well setup nice place which I had no problems signing up and leaving. Steve is a great owner and I would recommend this place to anyone I know. read more

Steve and his manager are both very easy to work with. We had booked a trip for spring training at the very last minute and even though we had to move from one space to another during our visit, it was great that they were willing to work with us. Two bathrooms with showers. Laundry room. The washers are really small; I could normally do a load of laundry but it took 3 loads. At $2 a load that added up. I was able to get all three wash loads into the dryer to give you an idea of how small the washing machines are. But I didn't have to go off-site and was able to go back to my RV to wait out the cycles. Showers are nice but smallish. Navy showers were the best way. There's a level walking path outside the back gate along a canal. Great place to get your steps in and let your pets have a good walk. We didn't try to use the tv. The WiFi was solid. Not every site has a picnic table. In fact neither of ours did. Space 8 and space 13. Others did. They do not sell ice but there is a Fry's grocery about 2 miles away. Others have complained about the motorcycle noise. We were out and about during the day so it didn't bother us. When we were leaving today at about 10 AM I could hear the motorcycle engines revving. I guess it would bug you if you are in the park all day but it didn't affect us. I would stay here again read more

We stayed here while in the Phoenix area for a friends wedding. It's quite small but laid out very well. The manager on duty was very helpful when we arrived and upon our departure. This park is kept up very well, with each space being level and having its own bushes for some privacy. They have wonderful bathroom and laundry facilities. This park backs right up to a nice bike path which was wonderful for walking our two pups. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it by a few more days. The owner was very nice and accommodating. Would highly recommend this park if passing through the Mesa AZ area. read more

We had a wonderful 3 nights stay here! Small, very very clean, quiet park with Full hookups. Steve (owner) also owns a cycle shop.. Some of the reviews say there is some motorcycle noise but we never heard any of it.. They have beautiful clean bathrooms with a shower . One person only. They have a gate leading out back to a canal where we could walk our dogs and we also saw many people on bikes and walking. Nice feature if you travel with dogs or like to bike or take walks! Paul was a great help with getting us parked in our spot and was extremely happy to help in any way! We will definitely stay here again!! read more

So we chose this place after reading a review from another about how nice they are. This place is behind a motorcycle repair shop. Google mapping the area it seems iffy, but if you are looking for a place to stay in the RV for something such as spring training this place PERFECT. They are incredibly nice and accommodating. Of course like most of the area it isn't a kids run around type of place. We brought kids and it was fine because we didn't stay here for the amenities of the park. We slept and took the RV to the stadium and back. We will stay here next time and I highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay to give it a shot. read more

I highly recommend this park. It is small but there were some big rigs parked and we didn't have any problem getting in and out. Everything was clean and comfortable. The park host was exceptional. He went out of his way to be helpful and even recommended two great places for us to visit, Tortilla Flat and Wind Cave Trail. We will be back. read more

Stayed here at Steve's lot for 4 months. The access to the canal from the back was awesome for our 2 dogs, the place is always neat and kept up, and the bathrooms are luxurious if you ask me. They definitely take real good care of this place, and although it is small it was perfect for my husband and myself. Peek in Steve's Cycle shop which is in front of his RV Park. I don't ride motorcycles, but I was impressed. We recently stayed at Twin Palms for 2.5 months with our two dogs. Park was the epitome of cleanliness and safety, all for a very fair price. Bathrooms and laundry facilities were impressive compared to other parks we have stayed at. Twin Palms is located on a canal, which is great for walking dogs or riding bikes to the nearby grocery store. We met many delightful people during our stay here, our favorites being Paul and his lovely wife. They are genuinely just the nicest and most helpful people and we are so happy to have met them! My Wife and I full-time RV and found Twin Palms RV Park on the internet. We stayed 30 days and had a very enjoyable stay. The park has about 16 spaces, kinda tight, but they accommodated our 40 foot fifth wheel toy-hauler. The spaces are not all the same length. They have 50 amp power, with water and sewer at each site. The park is behind the owners motorcycle shop, Steve's Cycle. The park is very clean, and quiet. The motorcycle shop was not a problem. They have a laundromat and restrooms have showers. We liked the fact Camping World is right across the street. We would stay there again. Why I didn't give it 5 stars, is the park has gravel with a concrete pad. We have two Harley's and gravel is not a friend. The road thru the park is paved. Thanks Steve, owner, and Paul, manager for a great stay. read more

My fiancé and I parked here for 8 days at the end of May so we could visit her family and go to a wedding. Steve was helpful and courteous every time I talked to him. It's a small park, but the spot itself was plenty roomy for our 34.5' rig. We're no good at backing in, but Steve was able to guide us in with no problem. If our travel plans again call for multiple nights in the Valley area, we'll definitely look to stay at Twin Palms again. read more

Twin Pams is a great place to stay while you're in Arizona. The park is cozy and quiet, the grounds are meticulous and the bathrooms are beautiful and clean. The people in the park are quiet but friendly. The park is well managed and maintained. I am a runner, so I enjoyed the access and entrance from the park to the paved sidewalk along the side of the canal. It's a park that is very fairly priced and well taken care of. The owner is wonderful, a good manager, who is friendly and fair with his tenants. I would definitely stay here again and recommend Twin Palms to my family and friends. read more

Park is small and everything very tight. Drove pass cause hard to do the quick u turn for driveway entrance off East Main. Every time a new camper came into park their RV we would need to move our vehicles. We have a 36 ft class A with one vehicle. Patio pad was short and tight....not much room to sit out. No picnic table and none available. Laundry room adaquate 2 washer n 2 dryers each with a cost of $2.25 which can add up....either were oversize. The real sting was the charge for electrity. This happens on a month stay. We were told verbally it was a pass through charge......not true. Charge was over $5.00 per kilometer. I would recommend something in writing for sure. Oh yeah there's a water/sewer charge which wasn't mention verbally or on website. Plus a pet charge of $2.00 per day ...really what for? Managers Steve and Pam very nice. Lots of through traffic from cycle shop. Plus traffic on Main Street zoomed all night long.....definitely not quiet. read more

The staff (aka Steve) at Twin Palms RV was great. We missed the turn so on our second lap we saw him standing on the sidewalk to guide us in. Then he didn't have ice but ran out to get us some to our surprise at no charge. It's a small lot but it is conveniently located in Mesa. Small lot, but we had no problem maneuvering our 41 ft rv into our spot. The hookups were good, bathroom/shower clean and it was convenient to Camping World so we walked across the street to pick up a couple items we needed.
