Just a few examples: Bushes are trimmed, empty sites look good and trash bins aren't overflowing. We love the large concrete space to relax in the fresh winter air. Bonus for me is the wafts of gardenia from bushes at every site. We also enjoyed the Mardi Grad themed party that included a small dinner, raffle prizes and entertainment. We look forward to staying here again and enjoy all the wonderful things Mesa and surrounding areas have to offer: hiking, kayaking, variety of dining choices, theatre, shopping, bike riding and more. Eagle View RV Resort has many great spots with wonderful views, nice amenities all for a very fare rate and and centrally located to everything you could need in Fountain Hills AZ. Just minutes away and yes even a free shuttle to Fort McDowell Casino . What we really enjoy is that while you are close to Fountain Hills when you are Eagle View RV Resort you feel mikes away from the city and the park has a peaceful and tranquil feel. In addition one more important thing to mention is the staff has been incredibly friendly, helpful and polite. And yes the park is dog friendly but people still need to use common sense and keep your dog on a lease and pick up after them. The first job was rebuilding a balcony, which he did in a single day at an affordable price with expert workmanship. Nick is highly conscientious, dependable, thorough, & honest, & his prices are highly competitive. He also does work that's second to none. As far as pricing goes, I'd rather pay a little more for a top quality job than to pay a bargain price for a job that turned out to be mickey-mouse; i.e., crappy. In the case of the latter, it would only cost more in the long run to have the job re-done the right way. He will not overcharge you. His prices are fair. Instead of merely doing patch-work, Nick filled the two walls with rebar & concrete. Although time-consuming, that is the best way to ensure sturdiness & durability. Then, he added stucco to match the original stucco & matching paint. There isn't any job that DIGN Homes cannot do, & I give you my word that you will be thoroughly satisfied with the results. MY RATING OF HIS WORK: From 1 to 10 with 10 being best, I give DIGN Homes a 10+, which is as good as a AAA+ rating.
