Two bathrooms with showers. Laundry room. The washers are really small; I could normally do a load of laundry but it took 3 loads. At $2 a load that added up. I was able to get all three wash loads into the dryer to give you an idea of how small the washing machines are. But I didn't have to go off-site and was able to go back to my RV to wait out the cycles. Showers are nice but smallish. Navy showers were the best way. There's a level walking path outside the back gate along a canal. Great place to get your steps in and let your pets have a good walk. We didn't try to use the tv. The WiFi was solid. Not every site has a picnic table. In fact neither of ours did. Space 8 and space 13. Others did. They do not sell ice but there is a Fry's grocery about 2 miles away. Others have complained about the motorcycle noise. We were out and about during the day so it didn't bother us. When we were leaving today at about 10 AM I could hear the motorcycle engines revving. I guess it would bug you if you are in the park all day but it didn't affect us. I would stay here again

This place rocks. Seriously. I've visited a few retirement communities in my day, and this one takes the cake. The entrance is typical and unassuming, but tiddy. What's waiting on the other side of the stucco guard shack (safety: check) is a real treat. The streets and sidewalks are clean, the mobile homes are adorable and proudly display placques in each owner's taste (wether it be Steelers colors and a wood carving) listing their name and where they are from, nice touch. The tiny lawns are all well manicured, there's a nice Pleasantville feeling to it all. It's all very lovely, but the club house is what it's all about. There's a nice fitness center, a billards room, a pool and a huge spa, with a poolside bar. What?! That's right, a poolside bar! The bartender was clad in a colorful Hawaiian shirt, very Margaritaville, no wonder the golf carts were lined up and the bike racks full! Well, what if your hobbies include more than drinking? That's your choice I suppose, so while I'm chillin' with the 'it's five o'clock somewhere' crowd you can mosey on over to guest services where they will be happy to provide you with an activities calendar. Better pull out your readers, they had to use smaller font to make room for all the awesome stuff they have planned! Everyday has at least 15 different games set up! Bocce ball! Yup! Pickle ball and tennis? Uh, yeah! Every card game I've ever heard of and several I haven't? You've got it! Not to mention the special events and performances. How about a craft fair? Or maybe check out the comedic stylings of "world famous" Jimmy Keyes! I don't know who Jimmy Keyes is, but he's wearing a crazy coat in the promotional banner, so you know it'll be a good time. The second I find a single retiree with a sweet rig I'm ditching my husband for the life I was meant for: retirement. You'll find the two of us enjoying the live band at the pool, margaritas in hand, in one of the many comfy cabanas!

The staff was fantastic and very helpful. Casino is almost within walking distance. Wild horses, road runners and other wildlife came through park during my visit. Well maintained and quiet at night. After frequently driving SR 87 for 8 or 9 years the park is so camouflaged from the main road, I never knew the park existed until recently. Double thumbs up on this park!!

Eagle View RV Resort has many great spots with wonderful views, nice amenities all for a very fare rate and and centrally located to everything you could need in Fountain Hills AZ. Just minutes away and yes even a free shuttle to Fort McDowell Casino . What we really enjoy is that while you are close to Fountain Hills when you are Eagle View RV Resort you feel mikes away from the city and the park has a peaceful and tranquil feel. In addition one more important thing to mention is the staff has been incredibly friendly, helpful and polite. And yes the park is dog friendly but people still need to use common sense and keep your dog on a lease and pick up after them. We have really enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return visit again soon. I would just like to include a very sincere thank you to Kris. Thank you for choosing a beautiful spot for us. There were 6-8 recycling bins that were busted to pieces.... Now only 4 for entire community with recycling flying everywhere. They used to do weed control, now harrass tenants to do it at their expense, yet they never put weed bariors under gravel. Water lines leak n they do nothing for months wbile yatds flood. In 20 years they havent fixed the roads, many of which are so bad, they are nearly unwalkable.

I moved 1000 miles away, I have left messages on the answering machine, with Cindy and with another office girl. Still no response. Funny how they are by the book building a porch but won't follow the law. Good luck getting anything done.
