Two bathrooms with showers. Laundry room. The washers are really small; I could normally do a load of laundry but it took 3 loads. At $2 a load that added up. I was able to get all three wash loads into the dryer to give you an idea of how small the washing machines are. But I didn't have to go off-site and was able to go back to my RV to wait out the cycles. Showers are nice but smallish. Navy showers were the best way. There's a level walking path outside the back gate along a canal. Great place to get your steps in and let your pets have a good walk. We didn't try to use the tv. The WiFi was solid. Not every site has a picnic table. In fact neither of ours did. Space 8 and space 13. Others did. They do not sell ice but there is a Fry's grocery about 2 miles away. Others have complained about the motorcycle noise. We were out and about during the day so it didn't bother us. When we were leaving today at about 10 AM I could hear the motorcycle engines revving. I guess it would bug you if you are in the park all day but it didn't affect us. I would stay here again

The manager gave me a rotten spot right along the road where there were other open ones that were not in the sun. I requested to move and she said the only other one was one not in the shade. As it was in the upper 90's, shade was important. This spot cost almost double of any other RV park. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

We decided to stay here kind of late on Saturday and the manager was already off duty. He was very accommodating and gave us a spot for a very reasonable price and even assisted my husband in getting our motor home into the spot. My only complaint is that the park is small, so the aisles are narrow and it's hard to navigate the motor home. Throw in some cars parked along the aisle and you have a nightmare! Luckily they had a spot in front!

This place rocks. Seriously. I've visited a few retirement communities in my day, and this one takes the cake. The entrance is typical and unassuming, but tiddy. What's waiting on the other side of the stucco guard shack (safety: check) is a real treat. The streets and sidewalks are clean, the mobile homes are adorable and proudly display placques in each owner's taste (wether it be Steelers colors and a wood carving) listing their name and where they are from, nice touch. The tiny lawns are all well manicured, there's a nice Pleasantville feeling to it all. It's all very lovely, but the club house is what it's all about. There's a nice fitness center, a billards room, a pool and a huge spa, with a poolside bar. What?! That's right, a poolside bar! The bartender was clad in a colorful Hawaiian shirt, very Margaritaville, no wonder the golf carts were lined up and the bike racks full! Well, what if your hobbies include more than drinking? That's your choice I suppose, so while I'm chillin' with the 'it's five o'clock somewhere' crowd you can mosey on over to guest services where they will be happy to provide you with an activities calendar. Better pull out your readers, they had to use smaller font to make room for all the awesome stuff they have planned! Everyday has at least 15 different games set up! Bocce ball! Yup! Pickle ball and tennis? Uh, yeah! Every card game I've ever heard of and several I haven't? You've got it! Not to mention the special events and performances. How about a craft fair? Or maybe check out the comedic stylings of "world famous" Jimmy Keyes! I don't know who Jimmy Keyes is, but he's wearing a crazy coat in the promotional banner, so you know it'll be a good time. The second I find a single retiree with a sweet rig I'm ditching my husband for the life I was meant for: retirement. Cow manure and Javalina manure that managers refuse to pick up, which smells great baking in the sun! Tenants shooting animals with bb guns. Tenants drunk, lots, vulgar and driving through campground regularly. Javalinas rampant that wreck your property, disgusting campers with trash surrounding them and under them. Campers that look totally abandoned. Theft! Tenants having sex in the bathrooms multiple times, tenants walking from bathroom showers to sites in nothing but a towel. 1000's of cigarette butts everywhere! Homeless walking through often. Their major power issues literally melted our power cord and watch dog and instead of trying to work with us we get a letter telling us we need to leave as I informed them I will be letting the new owners know that the power issues were being hidden during the sale. Because that's not illegal! These issues ARE going to burn down an rv! Many are leaning due to the constant power issues and the constant lies about it being fixed. And they will charge you a $30 fee just for reading your meter! There are some really nice campgrounds in the area. This isn't one of them!

What we really enjoy is that while you are close to Fountain Hills when you are Eagle View RV Resort you feel mikes away from the city and the park has a peaceful and tranquil feel. In addition one more important thing to mention is the staff has been incredibly friendly, helpful and polite. And yes the park is dog friendly but people still need to use common sense and keep your dog on a lease and pick up after them.
