I have had such an awful experience with this place. Me and my husband put a down payment on a property on 4/4/16. Our estimated move in date was originally June 15th, was then moved to July 15th, then to August 15th me and my husband waited because we honestly wanted this property, it's a nice neighborhood and the prices were fair. A few days after being advised that our move in date was postponed AGAIN I received a call on 6/15/16 at 11:05 AM and was advised by Claudia Moreno that they decided that they were going to sell the property, I was fine with it because Claudia advised me that they would have another 3 bedroom 2 bathroom available on 7/15/16. I told her I would speak with my husband just to be sure. I called back at 11:33 AM on June 15th and was on the phone for about 2 minutes with Mrs. Moreno. I advised her that I would like her to apply our down payment towards that property. I recall asking her about the floors and she advised me that most of their properties have vinyl I asked her the year 1998, and the square feet 1152 sq ft and I asked her if she had pictures(multiple times) and she said that she would email them to me. ( never did) but she did advise that she would reapply my down payment. Today on 7/1/16 my husband called in to see if we were still able to move in right on 7/15/16 and she says that I never called back so she sold the property. That's complete bull. So I called Mrs. Moreno and advised her that I have in my phone records that I did indeed speak with her. Mrs. Moreno continued to speak over me and state that she never spoke with me. I told her I had a conversation with someone that was pretending to be her then. I cannot make up phone records. I have proof. But apparently I had a full on conversation with myself at this number. Now me my husband and my son who is 4 months are homeless. This is such an awful thing to do to someone. If you don't want them living on your property then you should tell them that so they can at least have somewhere to live. And by the way do not leave a voicemail because they don't return calls.

Horrible. Dave at the front desk used the F-word on the phone when I called in. Very rude.

We peeked in about 5 of the trailers and each was very well done and uniquely remodeled. They provide adult-sized bicycles to ride around in and we had the foresight to bring my son's small bicycle. Then you have pretty much free reign to explore. We rode over to the 3 playgrounds and also the petting zoo to check out the animals. Back at the trailers, we used the provided BBQ to make dinner and the fire pit to make s'mores. The owners dropped off complimentary pieces of pie for each person which was a nice touch, and answered questions about the history of our trailers and the farm. It was clearly a passion project. Before going to bed, we placed an order for breakfast to be delivered at our trailer. We had Biscuits and Gravy, an omelette, and French toast - all yummy. After breakfast we took another another bike ride to the "U Pick it Garden" and then the bakery. Looking forward to doing this again soon. The trailers all had great A/C which was awesome. The only thing I will caution is that our particular trailer (Westwood Caravan) had such a small bathroom that anyone that might be a larger build would not find it feasible to fit in. However, all the other trailers that we looked in had bathrooms with plenty of space and did not have this issue and could accommodate all sizes.

In July, my husband and I booked Eagle Ridge Luxury Camps for a getaway on our 7th anniversary. The…read moretrip begins as your turn off the main highway onto a county road where the longer you drive, it feels as though you are stepping back in time. It becomes more secluded as the houses fade and you are left along with a baron forest and lots of gas wells. As you approach the locked gate, you are met by your wonderful hosts, Jason and Porscha. They then take you down to a hidden oasis tucked deep in the trees and overlooking Navajo Lake. Here you will find everything you need for a weekend of glamping. They have a very comfortable hang out area with big cushy chairs and a bar. They have a full bathroom with running water and hot showers. The tents were much bigger than I expected and very cozy. Additionally, Porshca went above and beyond and left us a little anniversary gift and note. The added touch was extremely appreciated and so thoughtful. There are lots of areas to kick back and read a book, meditate or do some yoga. Jason took us on a tour of the area and then we went down to the lake and did some paddleboarding. It was my very first time and so fun. We came back and had dinner. You can bring your own stuff to eat or they also provide dinner. They have a grill and kitchen area where you can cook and eat. The day flew by and it was time for our hot baths. I was so excited about this all day and it didn't disappoint. I had the Champagne Citrus and my husband opted for the basic bubble bath. They had us setup in the "Nest", which is a private area that overlooks the lake. We watched the sun go down while soaking and listening to the birds chirp before seeing the moon come up and a serene quiet was upon us. We sat in the tubs for almost 2 hours just visiting and enjoying nature. The champagne bath was unbelievable. I could smell the citrus upon walking up to it. It made my skin feel so good by the end of it. The next morning they had a great breakfast ready to go. Next time, we will come with some of our closest friends. It truly is a hideaway that allows the stresses of the world to disappear for a few days.

We requested to be next to the other person in our party months ago when we booked and was told no problem. Instead we were rows apart. Check in host (short blond hair lady) was extremely rude when we brought an issue with our site to her attention. Spots are not level. Be prepared to spend an hour leveling your rig. Other reviews mention this but camp host says they've never had a complaint. Sure buddy. The bathrooms are very outdated and smell like mildew. Playground is very empty and outdated. It had one single bench for parents to sit on. One swing set with 3 swings and a small merry go round. Some major improvements can be done here since this is a family campground. I have never seen a koa without a play structure for the kids. Long term guest leave their dogs in their campers all day barking and management doesn't care. Also stay clear of the middle dryer if you plan on doing laundry. I had to run it three times at $2.25 for a 25 min cycle to dry the small load of laundry I did. Don't try to follow the map posted outside the office as it's wrong. There are basketball hoops and a horseshoe setup but they are in a very poor location- they would be much better up by the playground vs in the back by the dumpster. When we brought our concerns regarding the extremely un level sites and rude workers to koa corporate they brushed it off with the excuse "each koa is individually owned and operated" but yet they carry the koa name and drag it thru the mud. I will not be renewing our KOA membership after this experience and will make it a priority to try to not stay at KOAs after this.
