We stayed there from June 1st 2019 till February 1st 2020. The people at the park where great and went out of there way for us. We did have homeless on the side road for a short time. And roaches got into our trailer from the trailer next door. But over all the time we spent there was enjoyable.

The manager was really good to us. She got us into a bigger site. Pool was closed due to Covid at the time. Everyone was very friendly. Water, sewer and garbage. Laundry. Walking distance to Walgreens and Safeway/Starbucks

    Bathrooms are closed at night

At night, this park locks the bathrooms, from 9 pm to 8 am. That means they are closed almost half of the 24-hour cycle. Why? I asked and the manager said it was because people make a mess in the bathroom at night. Huh? This makes no sense at all to me. There is already a combo lock on the bathroom to keep out strangers. Did anyone ever make a mess in the daytime? Why not close them for good? Also, there is no soap in the bathrooms. No soap? Not like the dispenser is empty, it's not even provided. The garbage pail is chained down but no soap is provided. This is a low-end park in what seems like a marginal neighborhood run by someone who doesn't understand customer service. If she ever suffers an inconvenience, I think her instinct is to punish everyone. I will never, ever go back here.

Pool and hot tub area. Feels like your own private pool.

At that moment Kay told me to go rest, and to not worry about moving until I was able (which I did first thing next morning) but before that she said she was calling Dave (head of maintenance) to get him to help me remove arms, he was at my site in less than 30 minute, refusing any help from me, and 10-15 minutes later he had both arms off my trailer, then he refused my offer of a tip, payment, or anything. I was blown away by Kay, and Dave's kindness, and generosity. They are some of nicest, and helpful people I'd ever met, and was blown away by that fact. And Kay runs a pretty tight ship in Mesa Garden, telling you now, mind your manners, and especially your speed in that park....It's been completely renovated and it it's kept to highest standard, very clean, very clean restroom, clubhouse, you name it. I'm looking forward to my next trip down in most likely 4-6 week, just hoping there's at least one vacancy when I head down again!

Eagle View RV Resort has many great spots with wonderful views, nice amenities all for a very fare rate and and centrally located to everything you could need in Fountain Hills AZ. Just minutes away and yes even a free shuttle to Fort McDowell Casino . What we really enjoy is that while you are close to Fountain Hills when you are Eagle View RV Resort you feel mikes away from the city and the park has a peaceful and tranquil feel. In addition one more important thing to mention is the staff has been incredibly friendly, helpful and polite. And yes the park is dog friendly but people still need to use common sense and keep your dog on a lease and pick up after them. We have really enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return visit again soon. I would just like to include a very sincere thank you to Kris. Thank you for choosing a beautiful spot for us. I really appreciate your time, consideration for our dogs and all your help. You made our stay wonderful And yes, please check out my pics. Yes the pictures of the cows were real . They just strolled right down the street along the fence line of our camp site doing a little grass and weed maintenance . They just made the stay even more memorable. Have a blessed day

They are single family manufactured homes available for rent or purchase. The office and maintenance staff are genuinely friendly and maintenance response is quick. The crime rate is very low. Neighbors are friendly. Pet- and family-friendly community. Great location, easy freeway access, and close to shopping centers. There is a large lot in the south of the complex with open grassy area, a gazebo and table for picnics etc, and a jungle gym for kids. The rent is fair; it varies per unit, but we are paying $700 (+ tax) for a 2010 two bed two bath manufactured home, and the only reason we did not purchase was because it was actually less expensive to rent. We also have free access to the pool, gym, and only a pet deposit vs deposit + add'l pet rent. It is a GATED community, and infractions regarding are taken very seriously, which to me is a great thing! Previous places I lived that were "gated," the gate was open almost the entire time, so what was the point of that? Yes, the water is shut off every 4 weeks, but they give plenty of notice, and it's always the 4th Tuesday of the month. It was never inconvenient.

In 20 years they havent fixed the roads, many of which are so bad, they are nearly unwalkable.
