We called all over looking for a spot and all we got was rude people that either wouldn't tell us their rates or just said they were full after a few questions. Danette was the first person to be polite and helpful in getting us a spot and making sure we had everything we needed. The maintenance man Stone is always hard at work keeping the place clean and in order. It's nice and quiet and everyone seems to be polite and neighborly. The pool is great and our little ones enjoy hanging out there when it's hot. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to park your RV or Trailer. read more

We stayed there from June 1st 2019 till February 1st 2020. The people at the park where great and went out of there way for us. We did have homeless on the side road for a short time.And roaches got into our trailer from the trailer next door. But over all the time we spent there was enjoyable. read more

At night, this park locks the bathrooms, from 9 pm to 8 am. That means they are closed almost half of the 24-hour cycle. Why? I asked and the manager said it was because people make a mess in the bathroom at night. Huh? This makes no sense at all to me. There is already a combo lock on the bathroom to keep out strangers. Did anyone ever make a mess in the daytime? Why not close them for good? Also, there is no soap in the bathrooms. No soap? Not like the dispenser is empty, it's not even provided. The garbage pail is chained down but no soap is provided. This is a low-end park in what seems like a marginal neighborhood run by someone who doesn't understand customer service. If she ever suffers an inconvenience, I think her instinct is to punish everyone. I will never, ever go back here. read more

This RV park fit my needs. Upon leaving my space I received an email on 10/15/20 asking where my deposit refund could be sent & to date I have not received the refund. After many attempts to get my deposit refunded it has been extremely difficult to connect with staff to get an update on where my refund is 6 months after leaving. If you don't need any assistance in any way and don't need to work with the office staff this is an ok place to park your RV. read more

My wife and i lived in an RV for 12 years and at the Green Acres RV Park for four of those years. it is a very pleasant place, quiet and clean and the Manager Pam Clarity, and assistant manager Djuana were always on top of things. one of the things I noticed was when a package of special mail would arrive it would be brought right to our door. Restrooms were always very clean and the laundry area and swimming pool were as well. Price was reasonable and the guests were screened as they should be. Would I stay there again? ABSOLUTELY !. We will never stay here again! Upon parking our little trailer we noticed a raw sewage aroma coming from our Next door neighbor (who are long time residents). Checked with manager but nobody could find a leak. Next was 110vac power. We plugged into the socket and there was no power. Manager reset the breaker at the street box and mentioned the last occupants had the same issue...breaker tripped every few minutes. It took two days of complaining, returning the cable box, and finally they called an electrician who found a problem and fixed it. Other minor issues: The long-term couple who argued most waking hours. The dozen or so feral cats. No answer at the "emergency" phone number. WiFi can't handle the bandwidth load of residents (we were right next to a repeater and couldn't get good coverage). Bathrooms are locked at 9:00pm and often run out of TP. On the plus side: the manager is friendly and helpful. read more

I lived at Green Acres for almost a year. It does have pluses- close to many things, secure, pool, excellent maintenance guy named Lee, free basic cable, laundry room, etc unfortunately the minuses win. The spaces are very close and some spaces arent really spaces. The free wifi doesnt work worth a crap.The bathroom smells moldy and musty due to lack of exhaust fans. The manager is a backstabbing witch. Trust the other reviews. I had to move suddenly half way through the month and not only did she keep my deposit but she rented my space that i had paid for up until 10/17. I went back 2 hours after i moved to pick up a plant and an RV was already there. She'll act nice at first but dont trust her, shes crazy. I say avoid that place like the plague. read more

Horrible management from Pam. She is extremely rude and snappy at customers. She needs to learn the law and customer service skills. Sad it took someone to get bit by a dog after 6 months of me complaining for it to be taken away. Although I still think the dog is there since this person gets favoritism. This park would get 5 stars if Pam wasn't the property manager. read more

Stayed here while working at Sky Harbor, just not worth the money. No privacy to close, horrible internet, cable is as basic as you can get. And dogs barking 24/7 right behind park. And line mariachi music until 10 pm in evenings. Better places for your money. read more

"Requested" a reservation, (you can only request, not "book"). You have to put any discounts, (AAA, AARP), as well as your credit card info for the reservation. The site says they will contact you via email within 48 hours. On day 3, I called them, assuming I would just be confirming the reservation, (since they had all my info, including credit card). The lady on the phone acted like they never got the email, then told me they didn't have any availability! Seems they could have told me that within the 48 hour window they talk about! Had I known this wasn't a 'guaranteed' reservation, I never would have put in my credit card info! (That's my bad.) read more

This park has improved since I first came here 7 months ago. If your space is close to Main Street it can be quite noisy, but considering the rate, convenient location and basic amenities it is probably one of the best values in the greater metro area. The park grounds manager, Lee, is especially diligent and always willing to help. If you can spend the 30 bucks more a month to get a space in the north lot is it well worth it - the spaces are larger and it is much more quiet. read more

Tiny RV park new Tempe, with a crotchety old owner who's actually really nice. RV parks are always defined by their price and their "amenities". The price is fair, but the "amenities" are nearly non-existant. Yes there's a bathroom, but it was the worst bathroom and shower that I've experienced traveling the country. Water just got everywhere, and there was no way to hang a towel or anything. Plus there was no plug in you needed to shave or dry your hair or anything. It's also not exactly where google maps says that it's located, so it's a bit difficult to find. read more

Paula at Green Acres is amazing! This is a small park in Mesa. My site had a cement slab that ran in front of the entire RV and a small tree. There was plenty of room to park my car in front of the RV. Paula was very flexible and accommodating. She is extremely polite, friendly and understanding. My overall experience was excellent thanks to her. read more

Rude staff. Small tight spaces. Really bad neighborhood. Homeless people stay in parts of the park after office hours. They come in off the light rail to spend the night. Not a safe place. Staff very unhelpful. There are better places to stay. Left after four loud nights. Police visited the park often. read more

Out of all the different Rv Parks I have stayed at throughout the US, this was probably one of the worst. The manager Pam truly has no business managing anything. I never met someone so unprofessional or rude throughout my travels. It was ran more like some trashy trailer park, than an Rv park. There are definitely better places to stay for the same price. Oh, and as for them being pet friendly, they are anything but. Be prepared to walk your dog across the road to some run down ghetto lot so your dog can relieve it's self. Happy camping :) read more

Just spent 3 months here with my wife. We both felt it is a very nice and clean RV park, restrooms very clean, pool area was really nice. Management was really great Pam Mgr. and Lee grounds Mgr. were always helpful and nice. If we are ever in the Mesa area we would stay here again. read more

Old, rundown park surrounded by some new retail stores and shady neighborhood streets. This park offers 65 sites but only 2 (yes 2) restrooms (one male, one female). The daily rate when we inquired was $42 but yet the sign in the restrooms is clear that "at these rates, we cannot afford someone to keep the restrooms clean so clean up after yourself". This park is meant for low income monthly stays as evidenced by the many people who live here in their old RVs. The WiFi works about 20% of the time and when it does, is slow; basically unusable if you want to send a picture or rely on a decent connection. When we visited (monthly stay), we were placed in an overflow space (basically parked on the road) and even though we asked the "nice" lady at the office repeatedly when we could move to a real spot (there were about 7 spots available regularly), we were finally told "never". Also, airplane noise from the arriving planes and nearby train horns. Not recommended. Plenty of other parks with nice people. read more
