    Fantastic spring training.
    Susanne R.

Spring training to be near the Dodgers. Not a lot of options. If you are RVing you will be at the very end of the respite, which is predominantly full time manufactured homes. Well kept park. There are no toilet facilities in the RV park section. Lots of places to walk your dog. You can see abundant wildlife in the canyon. Tons of quail in the morning and early evening. Not a fantastic amenities-filled resort, but they have a nice restaurant, music and a tiki lounge. If Covid calms down and we can get back to Surprise for spring training this is where we will stay. Very centrally locates to ballparks, shops and restaurants.

Oh my god. The trash trucks are horrible. They come with a new trash bin, drop the new bin, pick up the old bin, drop the old bin, pick up the new bin, drop the new bin in the trash area, then pick up the old bin and leave. 1 1/2 hours of the trash truck running, Revving up, banging, revving up, banging. Absolutely no consideration. Twice in 4 days. The old people must take there their trash for something to do. My god, people are dropping off trash from 7:00am until 9:00pm (their bedtime I guess), it never ends. Trash lids banging, cars and golf carts literally lined up all day/ nightlong. Saturday, the trash company" broke the compactor. Hydraulic oil all over. 3 hours! Trash trucks, maintenance trucks, all running, you can't go outside because of the noise. What does the front desk say? "Oh well." This place could care less about the RV's. They care about the mobile home tenants, that's all. Poor water pressure, they put the RV's where the "pet walk" (I.E. dog pee and dog poop is) area. Every person in the mobile home park has 2 things. Trash and pets. I do not recommend for your own sanity and health. Poor customer service and poor RV area.

Staff as nice as pie, and a crazy number of cable channels, but for over $60/night, one would expect a LEVEL pad.

We had an Oasis suite and it was spacious and it looked newly renovated. The bathroom had both a tub and a walkin shower and we had a first floor room so we could walk directly to the adult pool. We went swimming every afternoon we were there and other than one person for 10 minutes, we were the only ones swimming. One nice thing is that they provide pool noodles so we could float to our hearts content. From the time we checked in, every person on their staff was helpful and friendly. We found when we checked in that the valets offered a free shuttle throughout the resort. So one night we went to the golf course and took a shuttle there. Since it was 112° it was a great alternative to driving or walking. If we had one quibble, the exterior of the resort, could've used an update. For example, the adult soft water pool surround was cracked in many places. I guess trying to grow grass in Phoenix in the middle of summer is difficult, but it made the common areas look unkempt. But overall, we loved everything else about the resort and would highly recommend staying here.

The family pool was extremely crowded with children, which is expected for a family-friendly resort. We spent most of our time at the adult pool, which was much quieter and child-free. Unfortunately, the adult pool area felt like an afterthought compared to the family side. Several tiles in the pool were broken, giving the area a worn and somewhat neglected feel. The lounge chairs were not as nice as those at the family pool, and the cabanas also seemed less inviting and less maintained. The food and beverage experience was another disappointment. There was no traditional menu available at the adult pool. Instead, you had to scan a QR code on the drink menu to access food options and then call in your order yourself. It felt inconvenient and took away from the relaxing resort experience. One bright spot was the poolside service. Our server was very attentive, friendly, and checked on us regularly throughout the day. She did a great job and provided excellent customer service. While the adult pool provided a quieter atmosphere, it lacked the quality and amenities I expected.

This was my first sale of a property in AZ and she had to do a lot of providing information I did not know. Sharon found the correct price point to meet our needs and attract the most customers. She was involved in all the things we did to prepare for the sale and gave us very good input. Working from out of state we had to contact her sometimes after 5 and on weekends and she always responded in a timely manner with a great attitude. We were able to get above our asking price and close in 1 week ( which is amazing). I will miss working with such a pleasant and professional person. We would definitely recommend her to any friends or family and will keep her contact in the event we buy a property in AZ.

At 30 years old, this was my first time ever staying at a hotel by myself, outside of business trips. I grew up with overprotective parents, and because of this, I always think to myself that I'm not allowed to travel anywhere out of state on my own (obviously I am). As someone being in a different state alone that looks younger than their actual age, I felt safe in this particular area. Since this was a short trip for me, I wasn't looking at staying at a fancy hotel. Room stayed in: 323, a queen room facing the pool area. Pros: +Conveniently located across the street from State Farm Stadium +Walking distance to many retail stores, restaurants, and entertainment sites +Close to my friend/former coworker's apartment complex +Digital key available through the Hilton Honors app +Comfortable bed - I slept quite well both nights +Kitchenette available, including microwave and fridge/freezer combo +Quick check in and check out +Little to no highway noise +Free continental breakfast +Fitness center +Free water upon check in Cons: -No streaming services available on TV I had some trouble getting the TV to work on my first night. I thought it was broken and I almost requested to change rooms, but then I realized that the HDMI cable was unplugged from the TV, so that solved the problem. I didn't come to Glendale just to watch TV and I would be away from my room for the majority of my trip, but I do like to fall asleep with the TV on, just like a little white noise kind of thing for me. Overall, I had an excellent stay here. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit Glendale!

Like many others have mentioned, the sales tactics were very pushy and it was difficult for them to accept "no" as an answer. The amenities were nice, especially the adults-only pool. Families also seemed to enjoy the large pool with its waterslide and water features. Our room, however, was disappointing. It was dated, located on the first floor, and our window looked directly at a pipe in the hallway--not the best impression for potential timeshare buyers. Overall, we're glad we experienced it once. There are so many negative reviews that I was a little concerned. But our room was updated, clean, and everything was in working order. The pool was amazing, with a slide, and a huge hot tub. A lot of the negative reviews were about the owner updates, which we always opt out of. I will say that they called three times before our arrival to see if we would like to have an update while we were there. I said no, so eventually they got the hint. So I can see them being aggressive. I'm glad I didn't have to deal with that. The resort is beautiful, but there isn't much to do right around it. Most activities would require going to Phoenix which is about 40 mins away. Just keep that in mind when planning. We enjoyed our stay at this resort.
