    We played a round of golf here and enjoyed it very much. It's a rather flat, forgiving course so it was a much needed confidence booster for me. I played the orange/copper combo. Copper was a bit too long for me (I think it was closer to 5700yds) and orange was too short (I think 4700yds) so the combo was closer to 5100yds. Unfortunately, the orange tees were just in the middle of the fairway, no official tee box. As typical desert course, not much water. Sand was fairly placed. Fairways were open. I don't think I lost any balls which was a first for my Arizona golfing. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Nice round.

The outdoor cafe was delicious, the timeshares are spacious and modern, and the grounds are well kept. I loved the ease of navigating the green as a newcomer.     We stayed here a few weeks back. Staff- they were amazing. Very personable the moment we checked in to departing. We had a snafu in the middle of the week, but they resolved quickly. Room- the resort itself is older and they make a very good attempt to keep up with times but it does show its age. The blinds in our room didn't work very well. And since the master bedroom looks straight out to the golf course so we constantly had to shut the master bedroom doors especially in the evening. I was a little nervous because our son slept out on the pull out. There are no USB outlets anywhere in the room so be prepared to bring a block to charge devices. We had trouble with the TV remotes in both the master and family room. You had to really keep working the volume and the channels for it to connect. The furniture was dated and was okay comfort. We did like the bracelet room key, especially when our hands were full. The grounds- it definitely showed its age. There are areas especially in the quad areas of the buildings that showed age you can tell where they try to do repairs overtime or the pavement was very uneven in areas as well. Parking- we were in the far buildings closest to the pool. If you're not at the resort to park during the earlier part of the evening be prepared to park in the bigger parking lot by registration. They do have a service that they will pick you up and bring you to your room via golf cart Services- They do serve Starbucks coffee, tea's, breakfast items in the back part of the lobby outside. We would stay again if we had to, it was just a little bit of a distance from our local family

    I actually played violin here for a wedding yesterday (and another one last year) and this is such a nice spot to have your wedding! Ceremony, cocktail hour and reception is close to one another so it's really a one stop shop! Jennifer the coordinator is SUPER helpful and Isela is AMAZING as well! Great staff, extraordinary views, and the food is amazing! Definitely worth having your wedding here!

    Greens and tee boxes were in TERRIBLE condition, especially for this time of year. Wasn't worth $10, let alone the $110 they charged us.

    Golf was one of the best in the valley. Hank and nicole and tommy were all crazy friendly and i will 100%%% be back here to golf and to eat.

    Yes. I believe a large bucket is $14-16.

    HOW DO YOU GET AHOLD OF THIS PLACE??? I've been calling the 948, 6100 number for an hour and it just rings and rings?? I am BEYOND FRUSTRATED TRYING TO BOOK A ROOM?

    I did not call the resort. I booked online. Once that was done, they actually called me to verify dates and for additional things I had questions about. I'm sorry this is happening to you.

The booking is for November 2017 (next week). About a month after booking Bruce emails and asks me if i can take another home called the "City Lights" home - he states it is an upgrade and he will do it for free. I tell him "no I need an 8 bedroom house." Then 3 days ago (we are scheduled to leave for our trip, 14 adults, next week); I email Bruce because his "company" called RENTAL GUEST sends me a new rental contract to sign for the "City Lights" property. I then ask Bruce why I am receiving this new rental contract since I already booked the Delcoa home and told him the 6 bedroom City Lights property would not work for us. Bruce then tells me it is an upgrade and that Home Away is 'forcing owners out of business." He gives me this long bullshit story. Also, he tells me he cannot accept my Damage Deposit by credit card and needs me to wire $800 to his bank account. I tell him I have never had to pay a damage deposit other than through Home Away and I refuse to wire him money. I also tell him the "City Lights" house is NOT going to work for us and I want a refund. Bruce calls back and offers me pool heating for free, then a $500 discount, then $1000 discount, then $2,000 discount. I tell Bruce even free, the house doesn't work for us and I no longer trust him. He tells me he will process a refund. It is now 3 days later and he is refusing to process a refund. He keeps arguing that one of my messages gave him approval of the change, but there is no rental agreement signed and there are NUMEROUS messages indicating that the "City Lights" house won't work for me. He is a SCAMMER. BEWARE OF ANYONE NAMED BRUCE TRYING TO RENT VACATION PROPERTIES IN ARIZONA. HE WILL PULL A BAIT AND SWITCH AND TRY TO GET YOU TO ACCEPT A PROPERTY THAT YOU NEVER SIGNED UP TO RENT. HE WILL TRY TO GET YOU TO SIGN A RENTAL AGREEMENT OR HE WILL TWIST YOUR WORDS INTO PERCEIVED ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGE. HE WILL ALSO TRY TO GET YOU TO WIRE FUNDS FOR A DAMAGE DEPOSIT. Unfortunately, the Phoenix market has proven to be challenging in driving enough income to be sufficient for this specific property and I'm converting it to a long term rental. In no way do I view this to be the fault of Casago as they took all possible means to drive the needed return. In fact, they have provided honestly and transparent market analysis to ensure I was armed with the appropriate information to make decisions on my investment. However, when we arrived, both the pool and jacuzzi were completely cold and unusable. When we reached out, the hosts told us they could heat it for an additional fee, which we were willing to pay. But this was never disclosed upfront in the listing, which already felt misleading. Then, to make matters worse, they came back and told us the water heater was actually broken--and that they were planning to fix it three days into our stay. No prior notice, no transparency, just a casual "oh well." This is completely unacceptable. If a key advertised amenity is not functioning, guests should absolutely be informed before booking or at the very least before arrival. We would have never booked this place had we known. On top of that, the cleanliness was also an issue. The toilet was clearly not properly cleaned and had visible stains, which is the bare minimum expectation for any stay. Because of all of this, we had no choice but to cancel our stay early (within 3 hours of checking in) . Overall, this felt misleading, poorly managed, and extremely frustrating--especially traveling with kids. and the worst part - they won't refund us back after all this. I will never go through Casago ever again.

We spent an inordinate amount of time trying to figure out how to work the fans, hot tub, coffee maker etc. The fireplaces flat out did not work. The fireplace in the main living area didn't even have gas going to it. The blinds in the master did not work, the hot tub only worked 2 out of the 4 nights, there was no hot water going to the bath tub in the master. I tried calling the after hours help line and the staff were useless and unaccountable. Took them forever to even locate our reservation. They dispatched "maintenance" who was equally useless, their instructions were the common sense basics we had already tried. I have written to the property manager and VRBO support numerous times asking for a full or partial refund and they have not done ANYTHING. So I will be filing a formal transaction dispute with American Express to seek a full refund as I DID NOT get what I paid for. I have pictures, videos and all the message history to back up my claim. Do not book with this company. Their customer service is terrible and they clearly don't care.

The frustrating thing is this was booked months ago so while Air Bnb offered us a credit, it's close to 10,000 to book a home here the day you're supposed to check in. We had asked permission for packages to be shipped to the property and got the go ahead. We ordered things before the cancellation. When our packages arrived we were told we cannot be on the premises and it's against their policy to ship packages to the home. If it's against policy why we were given permission? I wish Kelsey the best of luck. She says she's a nurse and I hope she is more compassionate with her patients than she is with her rental properties. People do not deserve to be left in the dust with no support.

As far as your pool and gardener, that's your job to know when they show up and inform your guests! What if someone is naked sunbathing? Ridiculous. Get yourself a real upscale place and not is basic house run by some Karen!

Chris made commitments that he did not keep. They set up our property as their own Airbnb and deposited the money initially into their own account, sending confusing and mixed messages when they did return calls. We still did not have any money in our account by mid April. They rented out our property from March 2019 until possibly the end of May 2019, as he was not communicating with us and they did not give us access to the Airbnb site. During that time we were getting phone calls from our HOA about complaints regarding guests making noise and commotion in our suite. Again neither Chris or Jessica responded to our messages. And then finally I received a phone call from him July 27 after repeated messages from me asking him what was going on. Finally, he tells me, "Well to be honest, I stopped the service already because of difficulties with the pool FOB that the HOA had turned off, due to all the problems with the guests he had in our suite". And he failed to even let us know this. The final shock was when I returned to Scottsdale, a few days ago, our place being empty since the last guest was here, possibly May 2019, I discovered that I had been robbed by Distinction Cleaning. Two of my Comforter sets, several expensive sheet sets, towels, were missing as well as some miscellaneous items. I contacted both Chris and Jessica, initially thinking that perhaps they had taken them to be dry cleaned and just forgot to bring them back. Of course, my phone calls were ignored. I called the Scottsdale police and they informed me that there was nothing they could do because I did not have a contract with Distinction, which, of course was my own stupidity. Please, these people are not honest, do not use their service.

They repeatedly neglected basic maintenance and failed to perform services they promised to deliver. There was a high degree of turnover in the staff, probably a reflection of poor internal management. Their ability to market a property properly using technology is wildly oversold, ineffective, and primative. They made us look bad as owners, and made many renters unhappy by not attending to guest and owner needs. They made everyone's lives more difficult, not less -- don't let them do the same to you. They do NOT deserve your business!
