I just missed it off of 4 miles of the tank and they took $30 of it so I do not recommend this place at all highly unorganized. Horrible experience. This place has so many issues. First, I tried to make a reservation at the airport location at Falcon Field but there were no cars available. I reserved a car with my corporate account at this location. My arrival was late as is common at airports. I arrived at this Enterprise and waited In line. The Enterprise employee wasn't going in order so that was making people upset. When she eventually called me up I gave her my name,, reservation number, and phone number. I showed her all of my paperwork showing my reservation. She looked at me and said I didn't have a reservation. I asked if she thought I was making all of this up and was imagining that I had made a reservation. She then asked if it was after my pickup time. I told her it was. She said this was why and that my reservation had been cancelled and then it is completely removed from the system. They have no car for me. I asked her how this could be as flights come in late all the time. She said that this is the way Enterprise does it. I was like you can't be serious that nobody can find the reservation as people would be livid showing the employees their paperwork that is proof that they have a reservation. She made no effort to locate a car and I was eventually able to find a smaller car two miles away at the other Enterprise. I won't be back. My company allows me to use different companies to rent cars. Treating people like this is horrible. I Will NEVER USE Enterprise again. read more

I reserved a car several days prior to my trip. The evening before I was scheduled to leave I received a call from the enterprise manager informing me he had rented my car out and the car was no longer available. I believe it's a nearly exact quote. He informed me he would try to get a car for me but my departure time was 8 am. I got a call in the morning on the day I left telling me they found a car for me. Hours after my scheduled pick up time. I was half way to Vegas by then. This was the most unreliable rental experience I've ever had. I will likely never use enterprise again. read more

I'm updating my review. This is not a reflection on the office or the car. This is reflective of my ratings for Enterprise's use of for "Car Connect." After my initial review and photo post, I received a call from the office manager who was contacted by Enterprise Customer Service. The charge for gas will be credited. My only caution to future renters: check to see if they use Car Connect and watch your charges. How many people have been wrongly charged for gas or other incidental? How many of those don't don't review the receipt or bother to speak up because it's only $18? read more

Exceptional customer service at this location! I was in a bind when my AC went out on my car. I booked online with just 30 minutes notice and immediately received a call that the exact size wasn't available, and inquiring whether I'd like a free upgrade. They arranged a driver to pick me up right away, and he was an absolute delight. I arrived, the manager was great, and was out the door 5 minutes later. Absolutely terrible. My fiance was invloved in an accident. The rental car came from Enterprise. The front end had damage. (Already a red flag) Then, 2 days later....the car stopped working. (Probably a battery issue) What did they do???? They give her a lower end car??? I recently rented a car from this place which I had reserved a month ago. I called in early on the day of pickup to verify everything was okay and I talked with Bryce. He let me know that the standard SUV was not available but that Phil (the manager) and him were allowing me to drive in an upgraded one due to the inconvenience. When coming in to pick up the car, I was met with Bryce at the check-in desk and he had excellent customer service. I was then brought out to look at and inspect the car with Phil and was also met with great service as well. In the future I will be using this location for any car rentals needed as the entire process was smooth, service was great, and the car was reliable. My car was getting fixed and this enterprise was the only one available with a same day pick up and it was close to my boyfriends house so I would have to do. Service was great and staff was friendly although I had to wait while car was getting cleaned, and the inside was clean but the outside was not. That's neither here nor there but the inside of the car smelled like a cheap motel like people were smoking cigarettes and it was very disgusting. I've rented from them a few times now and they've always been able to get me a car , maybe not the requested one but it worked . My wife and I have been using Enterprise for over 20 years now. They have always provided good rentals at a fair price. This time around we used Main location in Mesa for trip to California. Unfortunately during a hotel stay, rental was scuffed and small dent on rear fender. Really very minor repair so I thought. Received a bill from their DRU for $1700 demanding payment. Also kept initial $200 deposit with no credit on repair invoice. I know body and paint work is not cheap, but this is outrageous! We have spent thousands of dollars with this company, so it really saddens me it's come to this over minor damage. I guess I'll work out the claim with my insurance, but will NEVER use Enterprise again!! read more

This location is horrible with communication. Jennifer should not be in this line of work. I had a rental car arranged through Farmers insurance, who showed they offered pick-up. I was suppose to get a call from Enterprise last week. No call. I call today to find out they do not offer pick up to my home 6 miles from them. I was told to call Uber. I just moved to the area. No friends or family here. No funds for Uber, so I have to walk to get a car. I call customer service after to find out they don't even have me booked for any car, but show a compact. I explain I wanted to make a formal complaint on pick-up zones and communication issues. I instead was transferred back to Jennifer (mind you she doesn't know what she's doing). I am planning to walk over tomorrow to get an SUV. Do not come to this location if you can help it. It's a hassle. Update: When I arrived, as I told them I would and the time, they still had a smaller car for me. I again explained I need the same size vehicle. I have kids in softball and need to fit kids and equipment in the car. I'm now running late as they needed to clean a vehicle, which takes 20 minutes. read more

I did not like the car they gave me, I actually did not even get a choice. The Hyundai Accent is a little ugly car that doesn't compare to my confort. I asked if any of their cars have window tint because the sun in Arizona is super hot but the lady attending me said none of their cars have window tint. The lady attending us was very rude and it's the main reason why my visit with enterprise was terrible. The only good thing I have to say is that it was all done very quickly. I hope my car get fixed fast because I DO NO LIKE THIS CAR RENTAL. I wish I had a nicer car and specially one with tint. Enterprise did not give me 2 days credit that I had comi for the 2 days I returned the car early. I called twice and then asked to speak to a manager. The manager gave me another number to call. I called that number and was told the same thing, which was 5 days were the same charge as 7 days. And this was NOT what we were told when we picked the car up. I then asked to talk to a manager. He was in a meeting and was told he would call me back. He didn't call back so I called again. I was told they were too busy to talk to me and would call me back. Didn't get a call back and when I called again, the said they were going to discuss and hung up on me! read more

I'd give this company location no stars if possible. On Thursday, March 21 I arrived to pick up a car I'd reserved over a week prior. The king of the Enterprise rental counter, whose name I wish I'd gotten so that I could name and shame him, had a terrible, condescending attitude right off the bat. It's one thing if your reason for not honoring my reservation is some wonky company policy, but it's quite another to talk down to me in a smarmy voice, be needlessly difficult, and rude. I was informed at the counter that my Visa debit card was not considered a "major" credit card, even though I use it any and everywhere such a thing is required, and have for 20 years. I was asked for several pieces of mail to prove myself, but then told that even if I with all of that extra identification he couldn't rent to me the intermediate size SUV I'd reserved. At every turn Counter King would place another hurdle in front of me, and if I would comply, he'd think up another reason not to honor my reservation. He repeatedly used phrases like, "Let me explain it so you can understand..." Are you kidding me? When it became clear that I was not going to get what I had reserved, I decided there was no way I'd take a downgrade and give that company my money. Counter King warned me more than once that any other rental company I went to would be the same, if not more difficult. Well, the most difficult thing about getting the car I did rent an hour later was the drive to Budget. With my Visa debit card, without having to give or even being asked for mail or proof other than my driver license, I zoomed out in a nice little Ford Escape. Thank you, Budget. I've always used you, and should not have looked elsewhere. Enterprise....never again. You are shunned. read more

Here's a list of my grievances: 1) Waited over an hour to get a car. There is no reason for this. None. Hire some extra service reps, you're a big corporation, you can handle it. (They tried to mollify me with an "upgraded car" but my time is worth more than that seeing as I was 2 hours late to work between their delay, and the traffic that I then hit, which I normally avoid... So I still lost money in the end). 2) Somewhere in small talk, I mentioned I was shopping for a new car. I got SIX phone calls in 4 days. I don't answer unknown numbers, so I finally told the guy he had the wrong #, and 5 minutes later my boyfriend's phone rings. He left a voicemail, and it turns out, that number that called me 6 times was their car sales division, who thought it was appropriate to call my emergency contact to try to sell me a car. 3) I returned the car this afternoon and was hit with a $400 bill for 5 days. I checked it out, and the damage waiver I agreed to was on there... for 5 days. An extra $100. This was not explained to me. I was told it was "an extra $18.99". The salesman did not once say that it was per day, or I would NEVER have gotten it. Nobody in their right mind would pay an extra $20 a day for that. I will be calling corporate and making a complaint, because this is just ridiculous. I will never be renting from Enterprise ever again. read more

This Enterprise is currently trying to charge me for a dent that clearly I didn't do. I rented a car for one day and because the initial person who walked around the car missed a dent, they are trying to stick me with the charge. The car had scuff marks in front of and behind where this dent appears so obviously it was in some accident. All of these were seen with the initial agent but since the dent can't be seen unless you kneel way down no one saw it. As soon as I took the car back a different agent came out and almost immediately kneeled down right where this dent was. This is not your typical enterprise location I would avoid them. I got helped by the manager, Syed Tirmizi. He was not only extremely rude, he did not care that I had made my reservation a week ago. He told me all the last minute people were more important and basically he did not care that I had a highly important appointment I had scheduled for 3pm that I needed to make in LA. He didn't even care that we left, he did not attempt to retain our business. I have rented a lot of cars in my time, even from Enterprise, this is the rudest experience of my life. They came out to pick me up in Apache Junction and the driver was very courteous. They gave me a choice of two vehicles on the lot after asking what was i used to driving. They were very concerned about how i liked the car. Called me two hours after i got the vehicle and then again before settling the bill since i returned it somewhere else. Even though it's the only car rental in town, Enterprise in Lexington always goes above and beyond, and this time is no different. On a recent trip back from out of town, I hit a coyote with my minivan, which required a two week stay at a body shop. My insurance company contacted our local enterprise, and they called me to confirm my need only seconds after I hung up with my adjuster. After hearing my preferences, they told me to come by any time. An hour later, I had a rental, but when I stuck my head inside, it reeked of smoke, so they kindly and quickly gave me another, even a slight upgrade for the same cost. I made a reservation with the 800 number and then when I contacted the Enterprise that the reservation email indicated they said that I needed to go to another location, this one. The guy that came and picked us up was nice, we rented a car, at an upgrade. When I got home I found that they had charged me for 2 days not 1. Several calls later I got the charge reversed. I have rented cars many places and I have seen much better customer service. Would only go back to this one if I absolutely had to!! read more

I call 1 855 266 9565 tell customer service I will return the van a little bit later. She tell me just drop off the van and go home. I ask her there is any extra charge. She said no. Now Enterprise charge me 3 day rent $566.87. I rent only 1 day $129. read more
