Worst customer service ever. Enterprise made a reservation for 7:00 over the phone. When we arrived at 7:15 a nasty woman told us they don't open until 8:00. Really? Why do they make reservations for 7:00? She then ranted about the cars not actually being there and would need to be cleaned when they arrived. We went away and came back at 8:30. Now, we were told, " sorry, there are people ahead of you now." Really? Did they have 6:00 reservations? Going on 9:00, still no car, no apology. Never use this Enterprise rental agency. read more

We could have traded it in for something else, but we didn't because we didn't need a rental for to long. So we dealt with it. Recommend this location. Fast and friendly. We have rented frequently from this branch of Enterprise and always received great service until today. The manager was totally incompetent. This incompetent Hispanic person who claimed to be the manager tried to make us pay for a dent in the drivers side door that was already there and was noted and marked specifically on the contract. My husband pointed this out to her and she still tried to get him to sign a paper, which he refused to sign. We left and went to the location that we had picked the car up at and told the manager what had happened and he agreed that the dent had been noted and he would take care of it. Needless to say we will never return to rent from this location again! Enterprise "TAKE NOTE" and replace the incompetents at this location or I am sure others will find the same bad experiences here at this location with incompetent(s) in charge and will not return! read more

This was the worst experience ever, got picked up after dropping off my car for service. There were six of us, it took them and hour and a half before i got my car. I have never waited this long to pick up a car. I use enterprise all the time but this location is not good. No where to park, employees who are in no hurry, long wait times. read more

Best rental car experience I have EVER had!! The staff is absolutely incredible. I was having my car worked on and knew I was going to be in a rental car for awhile (which is always not fun) and I really wanted a specific car. The staff went out of their way to make phone calls to other stores to get me exactly what I wanted (more than what I wanted). I would be very careful using this enterprise or probably any of them, especially if you're using the company through a Farmers insurance claim. I had received authorization for a rental car through Farmers insurance at Enterprise and then over a month after returning my rental car, when my own vehicle repair had been completed, did I receive a phone call from Enterprise that there was a balance on the account of over $700. At no point during the entire rental period did anyone mention that I would be responsible for $700 worth of the claim. I had no knowledge that Farmers Insurance had quit paying on the claim, yet enterprise did not feel like that information should be passed along to me and started charging me full price for the rental car. I would have gladly taken the rental car back, had I known I was being charged $50 a day. I unfortunately have multiple medical problems and don't really get around much and mostly used the vehicle for doctors appointments, etc. It actually sat in my garage, a large portion of the time and was completely unused on several days. Like many corporations, Enterprise takes no responsibility for their own actions or the lack of action by their company or employees. Apparently Farmers has decided to not cover "the claim" as they indicated that when Farmers had quit paying on the claim, that it was Enterprise's responsibility to notify me that the Farmers payment had ceased, which Enterprise had failed to do. Needless to say, I am being held responsible for the total amount. Enterprise has refused to take any responsibility nor to even consider a price reduction/discount. To add insult to injury, when you go to call Enterprise and while you're waiting on hold, you have to listen to this message about how Enterprise is such a family-based company and "will only do right by their customers", and how they "always go the extra mile". None of that customer service happened in my case. Nevertheless, please be careful if you ever get stuck having to use Enterprise with your Farmers insurance or probably any other insurance product for that matter. I've now been informed by Enterprise that as part of their family based company and customer service oriented business, they have submitted that $700 debt to collections. Obviously I will be disputing this debt and this process will probably go on for many months, if not more than a year. Thank you, for taking the time to read my review. read more

We have always had good service but it cost me with insurance over 500.00 for one week. I checked on monthly rate, it was outrageous

My truck was being repaired & I had been without a vehicle for almost a week. Husband is disabled and I needed to run various errands. Rented the car through Enterprise. Used it for 1 day to run all the necessary errands & bring my husband to dr. They picked me up to bring me to office and dropped me back at home when I returned vehicle. Ladies at office were awesome and it was quick and painless. I highly recommend and would use them again. read more

I rented a car for the holiday and everything went really well except for the pick up. I was told to call the morning of my rental to schedule my pick up and when I did I was told to call back an hour before. I called at noon and they indicated that the pickup would be at 1:00 PM when they did not show I called back and they indicated that the driver was lost so they sent Erin. She came within minutes and I had the car by 2:20 which was about a hour behind schedule. The car ran well and everything was great from there. I was a little disappointed at first because they did not have the size of vehicle on site that I had rented and would have had to wait for someone to bring one to their location. Day before scheduled car rental, approximately 30 min before Enterprise closed for the day, they call and leave voice mail about car availability problem......Please call back to confirm reservation. By the time I can call back, they have been closed for 5 min. The next morning I call, Enterprise wants to know if I will be flexible with the type of car I receive. I say, sure. I said, I will be calling for a pickup around 9am. Oh, we are sorry, we have you scheduled for a walk in and we are all booked up until the afternoon for pickups. Without telling me they wont do it, there is dead air on the phone. I said, I need a yes or no answer. Their answer was, no. Friday, stuck without a rental car. First time I ever received a pickup denial from Enterprise, also the last. Must be noted that this is the first time I attempted to use this specific location. Not a way to keep customers. Especially when door to door service is part of the sell. read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service at this location. We had originally made reservations through Priceline, and after making said reservations we called the enterprise store to confirm that they would have a car ready for us at 3:30pm that day. They said yes, everything was good to go. So we get there about 3:30 and they take our info and tell us that they don't have anything in the system for us. No resolution is being offered, they basically are telling us we're out of luck, that we're at the wrong location, that we didn't make reservations with them. The "manager" I guess he was, was a total asshole. He had a snarky little grin on his face the whole time, kept calling my fiancé "bro", and had a sarcastic attitude the whole time. That being said, we absolutely got pissed off and gave the attitude right back, to which he said "let's keep this professional".... Again, after calling my fiancé bro several times. In the end, the guy told us that he would take our information and see if he could find us a car and would call us if he could. Which was not sufficient because, again, we made these reservations earlier in the day and we needed to be out of town by 5pm. So, we left, and we went to their other location on alma school and Broadway. MUCH better customer service!!!! The gentleman at that location looked up our information and let us know that we did in fact have reservations, and that someone at the greenfield location had GIVEN AWAY our rental to a woman with the same last name. Luckily, this awesome person was able to set us up with a rental and we were on our way fairly quickly. Clearly the employees at the greenfield location are incompetent. Can't check names before issuing a vehicle to a person, can't figure out how to look things up in their computer system, and can't figure out how to treat customers with respect. read more
