This is an outstanding dealership! I purchased a Genesis Supreme toy hauler from a local dealer here in Panama City Florida. It had been purchased in Arizona and brought here by one of the many workers that converged on our area in 2018 when we were devastated by a Cat 5 hurricane. The unit was less than a year old and in excellent condition. It has served our purposes well. The only negative has been the quality of service from the dealership locally. After talking to several RV owners, it seems that experience is typical. On a recent trip I had a blow out that damaged several parts on the unit. I called Genesis and they said they would need to send the parts to a dealer and I could purchase from them. Not wanting to do business with our local dealer and not having a Genesis dealer anywhere close, I asked if they could recommend a dealer out west. They recommended Rowley White Mesa. From the first contact , my experience with them was great. Everyone was professional and courteous, and did exactly what was promised. In every way I was treated like I had just made a major purchase from them when I was actually only ordering a couple of hundred dollars of parts. I was treated exceptionally well even though I live across the country and would be an unlikely customer, for anything major, in the future. My experience was so good that I would seriously consider making a trip to Arizona (from Florida) to purchase my next RV from Rowley White Mesa! Don't buy a toy hauler or travel trailer without at least checking them out. I have purchased multiple toy haulers from RW, I worked with Mike and Brad and they were outstanding. When I bought my fist one Mike gave me his cell number and told me to text him if I needed anything. Our first toy hauler ended up being to small for us and after months of research of toy haulers by many different manufacturers from many dealers we finally found the perfect toy hauler for us and again at RW Mesa. I text Mike and gave him the the stock number of the new one and asked him to get me an out the door price. He came back with a price way higher than expected for my trade and a sales price way lower than expected for the new one. I quickly replied done deal thinking they must have made a mistake but nope it was correct. When I showed up I mentioned a few things they stocked that I wanted and they hooked me up with them for a huge discount and installed it all for free. When they were hitching up the toy hauler to my truck the turn signals weren't working and they all helped figure out what was wrong, one guy was checking the toy hauler, another was checking the receiver end of my truck and another was checking under the hood, it ended up being a blown fuse in my truck. They grabbed one from the shop and got me on my way. These guys are the best in the business. read more

I purchased my trailer - 19 ft toy hauler from the Mesa location and had a very good experience. All of the salespeople were friendly, honest, quick, and caring. I recently had service done at the south phoenix location, and I also had the same excellent experience. We wanted a screen door/zip up window installed in the back door, an additional battery and some balancing jacks. The whole team from the mechanic to the assistants and cashier were incredibly helpful and they go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. Working with these guys was great. I live in Utah but saw that Rowley White was offering a great price on a trailer that had more features than my local dealership. Jed was the sales guy I worked with at Rowley White and he was very fast at replying to questions and was accommodating in adding on accessories that were not included at the factory. I decided to make the trip down to Arizona to pick it up. Although there were delays from the factory in getting the trailer transferred from California that set us back about a day, Brock, Jared, Brad and Jed stayed late on a Friday ensuring that the trailer was set up right, accessories were added, and even helped me install my weight distribution system. I expected to have to deal with typical dealer BS hassles and was presently surprised on how easy and friendly they are. We bought our first one at their Mesa location and our second at their Phoenix location. When you call with a question, they are so helpful! Bought a stellar toyhauler ( 30k +) complete with ext warranty at sand sport show, 2 trips on trailer and had white led light go out in the bathroom. I took the light to the phoenix store and Joby took a picture of it and said he would call when in. now approx 4 months later after repeated calls by me, no light, no calls, no service. Called again this week and somebody did call back to say would a black one be ok. Yea, like I want 1 black light instead of a MATCHING white one. They keep blaming it on the manufacturer stellar. Stopped in to look at some new travel trailers. Half the stuff I wanted to see that they had on their website they didn't have in stock, it was virtual. The sales guy wasn't very nice. I visited every RV dealership in town and this place is hands down the best price. There prices are posted at a discount and that is the price which was refreshing after visiting La Mesa, Camping World Little Dealer. All there prices are listed about like jewelry, an exaggerated retail price with a fake discount. Rowley While did not do this, their listed price was greatly discounted and they are the only dealership that did not charge DOC feees, dealer fees or bs pre delivery fees, 600 dollars at Little Dealer, 750 at La Mesa and I walked out of Camping World with all their fees. They also added a generator, hitch at cost, half the price of the other dealers. On my first trip the generator did not power the Ac and the fridge dd not work. Upon return they fixed it and gave me a free 200 power tongue jack installed for my inconvenience. Save your time at the big places with all the bs fees and just go here. THe place is not fancy and you don't get a free burger little the big places but you save thousands. read more

I would easily give 10 stars if that was an option. I recently took my 5th wheel in for bearings and brakes. I had been holding off because last time I checked at Camping World the price was ridiculous. My buddy highly recommended them and all the reviews were almost to good to be true. I had a trip scheduled and was asked when I was leaving then given an appointment well before so I could keep my trip. I arrived and Robbie assisted me in unloading the unit, he explained everything and gave me his card and told me to feel free to call or email if I needed updates. I gave him a green light to repair anything else that was needed (a mistake at most auto stealerships) and was promised a pick-up date. The trailer was ready before the promised date and when I went to pick it up , all the parts were shown to me and no unnecessary repairs made. The labor on the brakes was less because they said the wheels were already off so it was cheaper. The honesty and follow through is not often seen these days but the work was done on time, as promised and at a price easily 60% less than my first quote. It is beyond obvious this is a family owned business because everybody cares and goes above and beyond. Even non family employees are pleasant, helpful and care about customer service. I am a customer for life and will use no one other than Robbie and his family for any of my RV repairs. read more

We bought our toy hauler through the Cave Creek location. There were a few glitches from the factory that did not come as ordered but the crew fixed them as best they could. They did not however do a Complete walk through with us. Just outside features. We were told we would have to figure out what light switches worked what. They hooked our trailer up while we were signing papers and did not check or did not tell us that the lights were not working. Found out after we traveled 150 mi back home we found out they weren't working. Also, the interior lights were not working and 2 fuses had to be replaced. Spare tire was loose and barely hanging on under the trailer. They had said they had done a complete walk through before we got there but I don't believe they actually checked everything. We should have checked things better, but we trusted them when they said they had done it. Our mistake. If you decide to buy there, make sure you go through everything with them. read more

Spent a very long time there looking through many toy haulers this weekend. All of the sales people were busy and couldn't help us so we enlisted the assistance of the cashier to help us find some information about the toy haulers. When we did finally get to speak with a salesperson and finance guy, we ended up feeling dirty and not good enough to purchase anything. So we left and will not return. I was ready to buy a new TH and went straight to RW. The drive from Lake Havasu was totally worth it. On the sales and ordering end, Jed was a great help and way easy to deal with.
