That may be true but I was dealing with YOU not the manufacturer. Your company should know or at least investigate the shipping costs and allow the customer to decide at that point if they still want the item. I wasn't given that choice. You charged me for it and sent a copy of the invoice including shipping in the package when it arrived. You certainly had many weeks to find out what it would have cost to ship it. If I contact your company to purchase an item you should be responsible for the entire transaction, not place the blame on a third party. That's bad business practice. I appreciate that you want to explain but you did tge charging on my cc... not Jayco read more

Buying our new Jayco was a hassle free, plesant experience. Brandon did a fine job for us. Service department is very poor on customer service, We live in Oregon and as with any new RV had some issues, most were able to remedy using Oregon Rv dealer No mirrors on bathroom medicine cabinets, passenger side slide would not retract, and a few other small issues. One item I tried to remedy through World Wide RV was that it was to come with a remote for slides, lighting, leveling, Etc. contacted them and was told they would take care of it. well 3 months later and numerous unaswered emails they have not even bothered to contact me, so BEWARE if you want a dealership that will stand behind and/or follow up on your service needs shop elseware. if you look on the web this is not an isolated case. many many complaints about the service department. read more

Went in there today at 4:50pm. Online it says they are open until 6:00pm. First my husband and I go into the sales office and it looked like all the workers were just sitting in the corner talking. Not one person came up to greet us. We finally walked back to see if we could look at some travel trailers. One guy got up (think his name was Tim) and he finally greeted us. He was nice but as we told him the features we were wanting in a new trailer he said they were going to closing soon and everything was locked up because they were getting ready for the three day holiday weekend but that he could show us some options on paper.... they weren't going to be closing for over an hour! Not professional at all! It's not like we had gone in there 5 minutes before closing time. Not to mention my husband had driven 45 minutes from San Tan Valley to try and look at new trailers. Just the fact that not one person actually got up initially to help us in hopes for a sale which my husband and I were ready to make was shocking. We left and went down the road to camping world and they closed at 6:00pm as well. They were so nice and helpful and don't care that they were closing in an hour. So now in the process of making a purchase through them. Save yourself some time and don't bother going to World Wide RV. They obviously don't care for your business. I wish I could give zero stars. read more

Do Not buy parts from them, they charged 171.00 shipping for a ladder and the ladder cost 171.00. When I asked for the break down they lied!! I asked about it and they hung up. I called back, they are slime just like every other RV dealer. I have been RV ing 15 years. Never will I use them. If you choose to get your parts from them get an estimate and a brake down of shipping ect.... hold them to it!!! Good Luck. I hope they enjoy my $ read more

World Wide RV is the best. They saved our vacation. When our trailer brake line broke on our pop up camper on the day before we planned to leave, we stopped in to ask for help. Of course, at this time of year they are always 2-3 weeks behind. I saw our vacation plans being crushed. But they came through, one of their repairman was willing to do it right then. This is 5 star customer service. We've dealt with several other camper dealers in the valley. These folks are the best. read more

These folks have destroyed our RV. We took it in for warranty work in 2016. It took over 2 months. They put a hole in our paneling as you walk in the door...of course they denied it and blamed it on us and did not fix it. They bent a bracket on the main living room slide and did not fix it . They never fixed the levelers that we took it in for. Are you starting to see a pattern here. We had to have another dealer take care of it out of warranty and work it out with the manufacturer. Trim fell off of the ceiling between the dealership and the 5 miles to the park we were staying at. We fixed it. They cleaned out the refrigerator and my bottle of perfume was "thrown" out. Last but not least they unfortunately painted the back and cone of the RV. It's almost been two years. They informed me it's out of warranty. Of course! I didn't expect anything else from this establishment. I've never seen anything like this before. This is disgusting I can't even sell it. I'm not writing this to be vindictive. I'm writing this to save others from going through what we've been through. Find a reputable dealer. read more

I regret ordering parts from this dealership! They are extremely difficult te get a hold of once you do business with them. I ordered a $34 part but they wouldn't quote me shipping costs until the factory shipped my part. Turns out after 2 weeks of just waiting, they decided to fulfill my order and I ended up paying $32 just for shipping! Without my authorization! If I would've known the shipping chargers if front, I would've never ordered from them. Be ware of ordering over the phone with these guys! It does not cost that much to ship a part that weighs less then a 5 ounces! They will just charge your credit card that you leave on file for what ever they feel is necessary to make them a few extra bucks. read more

One Star...because I could NOT give ZERO STARS! World Wide RV service department has serious Jayco customer service issues! I was told that my 17 discrepancies from my first RV trip in my brand new JAYCO Precept were fixed and my RV was ready for pick-up. When I arrived, I found that my RV batteries were depleted and 9 of the original 17 repair items were not repaired, could not be verified as repaired (and some were not), or were repaired improperly. Unbelievable! BEWARE! read more

I have a little VW eurovan that I needed to have a curtain rod replaced in. I had gone to several other rv places and they couldn't be bothered with such a small job. Not only did these guys do it but since it was such a small job they handled it right away. Nice service and I didn't even buy my van through them. Glad to have them around. read more

We bought a 1991 Pacearrow that was promised to have AC & Generator working perfectly for us to live in full-time for us to sell our home during the HOT Arizona Summer. 1st day we got it home, the generator failed & the dash AC blew hot air like a convection oven, that almost led to a tragic incident. WWRV's Service Mgr, Bobby Barbary asked us to bring it back & if they couldn't fix it, they'd outsource it to a specialist. At first, the Dealership fell back on an AS-IS document, but after I pleaded, they offered to take care of it. When we got it back, the Generator not only worked GREAT, but instead of only running one roof AC, we were finally able to run both roof ACs at once & they went the extra mile to replace the dash AC's sealed R22 to R134 with a piercing valve. No Arizonan in their right minds would buy an RV without proper AC. Thanks to Bobby, everything's ICE COLD! We took it out for a test run to Saguaro Lake & we loved it. We cooked our meals, ran the fridge, & the ACs were SO cold, we had to turn them down! Then we found the vehicle battery wasn't holding a charge & some other smaller issues. When we got back, they fixed the smaller issues & reseated all the electrical connections & reassured us it should be fine. Got it home again & it was still losing its charge in 2-3 days. Bobby (Service Mgr) reassured us & had John (GREAT service tech) look into it & figured out the battery issue. Their electrician (can't remember his name) was also honest & answered all our electrical questions for a possible future upgrade. Great guy. Bobby Barbary, has gone above & beyond expectations on several occasions & I appreciate his complete honesty & professionalism. Used RVs, you never know what will go wrong next, but we trust that WWRV's, Bobby Barbary (Service Mgr), will make things right. This time it's our LP gas that stopped flowing... we're hoping Bobby will be able to help us with this, too =) We'll keep you posted with another star to be added ;) read more

I live full time in my travel trailer. I have had this in the service department three times now and every time I get it back something else goes wrong. This time I asked that a slide out window lock be fixed, it was not, I have to SLAM it shut for the window to lock, however they did install the shade to the slide out window that was broken from before. I requested that the under carriage be reattached in the corner to keep pest out as I was told that this model was completely enclosed to keep varmints out. This is the second time I asked for this, it still was not done. I asked to have my propane tanks filled and when I picked up the RV, I was told that they were filled but when I got back to the RV Park and tried to turn on my stove there was no propane in one tank and half empty in the other. Now my city water leaks and fills up my potable water tank which then is draining out of my overflow valve which floods my lot space and makes the managers unhappy. I also asked for this to be fixed the first time, second time and it still is not fixed. I asked for a print out of the work that was done but was told everything was fixed under warranty. There's more but I'm too tired and disappointed to go on. read more

Please don't take the bad reviews lightly, stay away from this company. I can't put into words the amount of frustration I have with the service department at World Wide. I have had my TT in for issues with the awning 4 or 5 times now and never has it been fixed when I was called to pick it up. Even though I was told it was tested several times. Numerous times I verified over the phone if it was checked again to make sure it was working before I arrived to pick it up. Each time I'd get there, climb into the trailer and extend the awning with the same failure over and over again. This last time over two months ago I was told they would call Jayco and just order a whole new awning assy. I called in a week later and it was never done. I was told they'd take care of it and call me back. A week later I call back after hearing nothing. Again part not on order. I'm told they will take care of it right when we get off the phone and I'd get a call back. That was two weeks ago and I never heard a word. I call in today and find out it was never ordered after I was told on three different phone calls it would be. Now they're telling me that I would have to take my TT back in to be looked at before they could order the assy. I don't know who's running the service department here, but it is horrible. No follow up, no accountability, no customer service. I want to make sure everyone knows I'm referring to the service department here, not sales. The buying process was excellent. Service manager, Rick, called to see if we could get my issue resolved. I've called back the past 5 days now, left messages on his phone and with the other service personnel. Still no call back. I really wish I could get a hold of the owner of this company, so he knew how his customers were being treated. read more

My husband and I have been looking for a motorhome for some time. We found World Wide RV in Mesa AZ and walked away with a beautiful used motorhome. From the minute we stepped on their lot we had great service. We were shown a coach in our price range, our salesman Greg Pope was very helpful showing us see everything inside and out he worked side by side with the finance team to secure our loan. The concerns we had are being addressed and fixed while in the final inspection and detail before we take possession. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new or used recreation vehicle. read more

We were greeted by Cordell Secrist. We told him we were there to look for a future purchase. We saw several fifth wheels and enjoyed talking with Cordell. No pressure or pushiness. We will be back! Thanks Cordell!! The main thing is we were comfortable with Cordell and we did not leave unhappy and say we will never go back there like other places we went to. read more

We should have known this was too good to be true. We had to wait two hours for our walkthrough. The walkthrough really wasn't that great. I had to watch You Tube to figure out the leveling system. They were fixing defects on the morning we went to pick up the unit. We only camped 4 days and documented 43 more defects. One of which was the grey water isolation valve for the shower tank failing to close. I got a bath outside the camper when I went to dump for the first time. The following week we saw the owner, he said these defects were cosmetic. It took them over 2 months to fix our 'cosmetic' issues. Another cosmetic defect was daylight coming from the top of the refrigerator due to the molding buckling. I tried to enlist the aid of Joe from ABC 15, and the BBB. The BBB even went onto say that World Wide RV is one of their AA rated businesses. Basically, they both said that as long as the dealer is 'fixing' the issues we don't have a case. I also feel like Mark F, I was sold a lemon. All I can say is be smarter than me and drive past World Wide RV. Or to quote the mom of a famous movie hero, "Run Forrest Run !!!" read more

I bought a NEW 2017 Jayco Pinnacle from World Wide RV. It has been the biggest nightmare I have ever gone through. When I took delivery there were parts of the unit missing and was promised they would be replaced immediately. That was February 6th 2018. The tires were worn much more than the 1500 miles from factory to Mesa AZ. They have tried to blame Jayco and that didn't work they tried to get the axle factory to replace axles so I could get new tires on a new coach. When that didn't work the service manager tried to give me undersized tires that someone had taken off a new coach that they didn't want. Why do I want something someone else didn't want. This is a 39 ft coach. When I bucked him on the tires, he told me he would not offer me nothing. DON't be stupid like me and buy from World Wide. Once they get your money, it is GOOD BYE AND KISS YOUR BEHIND FOR ANY WARRANTY. I farmed for 40 yrs and a trucking business on the side. I am not an idiot like they wanted to think I am. Time to get an attorney. They are a bunch of crooks. Sick of their run-a-round read more

My husband had been searching for our first toy hauler for a couple of months. He finally decided on Jayco. He went into WWRV and spoke w/Greg Pope. When he came home, he couldn't say enough good things about Greg. He said Greg was very knowledgeable. A week ago, we went in to check some Jayco's out and I had the pleasure of meeting Greg. I've read a few bad reviews on here about the sales people and I guess they weren't as fortunate as us bq we can't say one bad thing about Greg. I hope to be able to say the same thing about the service dept in the future. read more

I had a great experience today at Worldwide RV. My wife and I knew exactly what we were looking before, and went in and had a great time haggling with Greg Pope there. He was very genuinely nice, very knowledgeable, and had a great attitude. After many many offers and counters, we arrived at a price I felt very comfortable with that was significantly lower than the sticker price. Throughout the negotiations, we were having fun, as I really enjoy the haggle. I can't speak yet for the service department, but I do think that sales were top notch. read more

We stopped by Worldwide RV yesterday afternoon and one of the sales managers, Cordell was just getting ready to leave. Instead of locking up and telling us to come back tomorrow he more than happily helped us with what we needed. We store our 5th wheel there when not using it so his customer service was even more impressive considering we were just dropping it off. He's a great guy, as are all the employees at Worldwide. I highly recommend them. read more

My wife and I have been talking about a travel trailer for quite some time. We had been to many RV Sales and Shows. We knew we had to go light, under 3000#'s. There were minimal requirements too as to the amenities. We stopped at Robert Crist and were directed to Worldwide RV a short distance East. When we arrived we were greeted by Greg Pope. We explained what we were looking for. He understood our limits and directed us to some new trailers. Nice units, but my wife has much input on her requirements. We inquired about used trailers. They had one they just took in. As soon as we saw it we liked it. We opened the door and my wife loved the inside. We made the decision then to purchase a 2011 Jayco Skylark FKV. I have to say that the previous owners took great care of this unit as it was in pristine condition. Now the fun begins as we don't even have a hitch installed. The short version is we had some delays and setbacks, but throughout the entire 2-3 weeks it took us to actually tow it off the lot the folks at Worldwide we patient and worked with us. Because this was my 1st RV purchase I was very cautious almost to the point of paranoia. The folks there we understanding and answered all questions. Just this last weekend we took our trailer on a ride to Superior. It towed well. I became familiar with this trailer during the weeks it took to finalize the deal. I want to mention Ben Wolfe who helped us with financing and Chevy C. who helped us spend another $200 on accessories. They were all things we needed and Chevy guided us through the entire process. Can't add much more. We of course purchased an extended warranty and have 5 years of pretty much worry free travel. If you show up at the right time of day at Worldwide there are donuts, but any time bottled water and soda. Very nice people. read more

I bought a Jayco RV at Show low AZ in September 2013. I PURCHASED a warranty when I purchased the RV. I trade the Jayco in February and purchase a new one. I call World Wide RV in Mesa AZ in March to cancel the service contract. I have called over several times and getting no where with their finances section. On April 17 2015 and they said they would have a check ln the mail in the first week in May. Here it is June and still no check. This is very bad for a major dealer. read more

Bought a used 2008 Jazz model travel trailer on Sept 18th 2015. World Wide RV in Mesa AZ, said, they went through every thing and we that are good to go. We drove up to Snowflake AZ, and had leaking in the bathroom sink, the hot water tank was leaking and when it rained we had water all over the floor in the bedroom, from the slide out. Which we were not happy campers! We called World Wide RV, made an appointment and had to bring it back down to Mesa. The valve-pressure relief needed replaced and the slide out needed to be re-adjusted, which was a 3 hour job. They replaced the line fittings in the bathroom sink. We picked it up, had a space rented in a RV park for that day, so we could leave the follow day to go back up to Snowflake. Well, the sink still leaked that night and had to make another appointment. The internal valve body of the facet was cracked and need replaced. Luckily I bought the warranty! So, far as the slide out, the warranty didn't cover that! World Wide did pick up some of the cost and I paid for the rest. That was a good thing. Off to Snowflake, after the 2 days of repair trauma. The sad thing is when we got rain again, the slide out leaked just as bad as it did before. We had a RV company come out to our trailer and look over the situation. We had the gaskets replaced on the slide outs. It rained again and it leaked again. We had the RV guy come back out to look over the situation. He said, the slide out was not quite adjusted right. That we should return it to World Wide RV and have them fix it. Again we came down to Mesa to get it fixed, got a space at a RV park. Went to World Wide to come to the sight to fix the slide out. I wanted them to come to me, not me to them. If anyone knows how inconveniencing it is, to move and set up a travel trailer? Most older people need the service of someone coming to you! Not them! Why is it, Lakeside AZ has a RV place the comes to you. I really like that service!!! Make sure if you are thinking of buying anything used, at World Wide RV in Mesa AZ. You could have a BIG LEMON like we have! read more
