    Tim in sales, and forgot to get his name the gentleman in parts with a 02 heritage both super helpful friendly made us feel welcome and valued! Free popcorn water and otter pops were a hit. Thank you chandler HD (scorpion HD)

    I almost didn't come here looking for a motorcycle after I arrived on a Sunday because they were closed. Come to find out, they're closed on Mondays also. So I went to look at Indian motorcycles, which I fell in love with. I was set on a new 2025 Indian Scout Bobber. But I decided to wait until Tuesday when the Harley dealership opened so I could look at the Softails. Well I'm glad I did! I saw a 2022 HD Softail with only 4500 miles on it and they slashed the price by $4000.00. Someone else was looking at it. So I grabbed a salesman Aaron right away and told him I was interested in the bike. He grabbed the Finance Guy to put together a deal after I told him what I was willing to put down. He returned with an offer (monthly payments more than what I thought was reasonable) I was slightly unhappy with considering my down payment and length of the loan I wanted. He went back and returned with terms I was willing to agree to. So the negotiation process was quick. No haggling back and forth for hours. I am now the proud owner of my second Harley! The only problem I have with the bike so far is the forks won't lock with the key they gave me. So they ordered a new one and I am currently waiting for it to arrive. If you're in the market for a Harley new or used; I recommend this dealership! No pressure sales here!

    Do not buy a bike from these guys. Once the sales guys and I agreed to the price of the bike then he had the Gm come on the phone "Danny Boy" and tell me he Could not sell me the bike at that price because it cost him $3,200 (referring to HD corporate offer for. 0% finance for 7 month) so he tried to charge me more to use HD finance offer. Then he tried to tell me we did not have a deal. I text the sales guy and informed him that 3 things that you need to be under contract in AZ. 1. Offer 2. Consideration (price) 3. Acceptance . A bait and switch dealership with a rude and unethical GM. I set them thr email add from Desert Wind HD I asked them if they could do it. They said yes. And it was a HD thing and not specific to Desert Wind Harley in mesa.(I will add the photo of the text convo) This should show the consumer that this dealership is utterly dishonest and will lie about anything in my opinion . Again in my opinion you should avoid them at all cost and buy elsewhere. Trust me you will feel better about not giving an organization that lies to you any business.

    I came here to get parts for a family's Harley & the department & overall employees were pretty cool...especially the guy making fresh popcorn for my Nephew. After we got the parts, I sat on some smaller Harley's for my distance yet imminent purchase. + one of the employees let me sit on his monster of a Harley while giving me the basic 411...definitely too big for me. & shout out to one of the service members who came out & asked if I had any questions that did not include any "selling". I'll be back to pick up some T-Shirts as I'm beginning to re-learn riding on my Nephew's mini bike LOL.

    Southern Cal has lost "one of the Best" and Chandler Harley (Scorpion) has "acquired the Best" in Edwin! (Parts Manager) We've been coming over from Southern Cal visiting parents for over 20+ years and Chandler HD has always been a visit/hang. We've always enjoyed the "You are Family" vibe with the Salesman, Motorclothes and Parts at Chandler HD. We've known Edwin for years from a HD Dealership in Southern Cal and now that He's at Scorpion.....maybe we'll need to move over to AZ. Edwin's crew in parts are awesome! Alexis and his sideman (didn't catch His name) know how to treat/listen to customers! Something as simple as a K&N Air Filter for a M8 114....must of read "how picky" we are and went "above and beyond". We purchased and Thank You!! Southern Cal and Edwin's Following has definitely missed "their Edwin"....but it's only a 6 hour ride.....road trip. Thanks again for all the years and to many more!!

    My husband's Harley got stolen in may, it's been a struggle dealing with Harley insurance. But the worse thing is we have called, called, E-mailed, no one ever reached out that they received the bike. When they Finley called they wanted the key mind you my husband is a mail man and we both work 2 full time jobs OUT OF SCOTTSDALE , Chandler is not just down the street, so we call and call..... Call..... Sundays are are days to handle house stuff. NO ANSWER !!! NO COMUCATION OF ANY DEPARTMENT. So we drove not once but twice to see what's going on, not only we they not busy NO one new anything as matter fact they had my husband's Harley on the sakes floor to sale.. WTF! All of our friends from are MC told us not to do business at Chandler Harley... NOW WE NO WHY PLEASE SHIP ARE BIKE TO SCOTTSDALE HARELY.

    I have contacted this dealership several time asking them to remove my number from their contact list. They continue to send marketing G texts and calls. The worst thing I could have done is purchase something from them. They do not respect customers privacy.

    Purchase a used 2019 HD Road Glide. The entire team was awesome. They really took care of me and my needs. They have a customer for life.

    Update on my experience with Chandler HD Service Department. I followed up with the service manager Mike and this guy was terrific! He didn't waste a single minute of my time with excuses and attentively listened to my concerns. I was promised a real good deal on my next set of tires (which I will take) and he even threw in an oil change. Now here is the cool part...not one second did he make me feel like I was asking for anything or if he wanted to cover for the poor experience. I really do appreciate the excellent customer service received by the Chandler HD service manager Mike. Like I stated before he listened, didn't take my concerns as complaints and took care of my repair needs with respect and value to the customer. My digital screen is on back order and they put on a loner part to make sure I am ready for my cross country ride next week. Tell me that is not great customer service! Thanks again to Mike and his staff at the Chandler HD Service Department.

During financing, I was initially presented with a payment of $335 per month at 17.99% APR for 60 months. After reviewing the numbers myself, I questioned the payment and had it corrected. As a customer, I shouldn't feel like I need to double-check basic financing calculations during a purchase. When I politely declined the extended warranty, the finance manager responded by saying, "I'll give you more time to think on it." I understand offering additional products is part of the process, but once I declined, I expected my decision to be respected without additional pressure. The biggest issue was the lack of communication after the paperwork was completed. My family and I, including our two young children, sat waiting for approximately 20 minutes because nobody informed us that the transaction was complete and that we were free to leave. It wasn't until I got up and asked that I was told everything was done and the motorcycle was ready. To top it off, the bike was delivered with only about half a tank of fuel. When I later reached out about it, I was told that state law limits how much fuel can be stored on site. While I understand there may be regulations and operational limitations, it felt like another example of a lack of attention to the overall customer experience. Again, I am very happy with the motorcycle itself and appreciate the deal I received. However, the buying experience felt rushed, poorly communicated, and lacking the level of customer service I would expect when making a major purchase. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

    I just called to get tires mounted on a honda ruckus i bought here. They want $60 per wheel to…read moremount and supposedly balance 10" tires on loose wheels. These wheels don't get balanced because the bike only goes 35mph and are not balanced from the factory. Nash disagrees and insisted on charging $60 per tire to mount/balance. Ill take them to ride now in gilbert for $30 per tire to mount. This has left a bad taste in my mouth considering my car tires are $40 per wheel to mount and actually balance. I Dont think ill consider Nash anymore for service or vehicle purchases.

    I bought a Can Am Maverick X3 on Friday 05-29-2026 I was initially sold a Can Am that was not CA…read morecompliant that was realized by myself after I insisted Dylan Werner my contact double and triple check for CA CARB sticker he told me multiple times it was CA compliant and after I asked him to make sure please he finally came back with its not but they are getting me one from another store that is and said thanks for catching that. This is a terrible practice as it would have cost me money and time to correct without possible litigation. Besides that the experience had been good as Dylan is a good salesman and helpful when he wants to be. Dylan Werner, is the finance manager I believe. I live in Murrieta Ca., and had agreed to meet a Nash employee near the AZ/CA border to pick up the vehicle this was a stipulation I had in the purchase. On Friday after the corrected purchase went throuh Dylan had agreed to call me later or have his driver call me to make meeting arrangements no one called on Friday or Saturday. I had mentioned to Dylan on Friday we could possibly meet the next day at around 1030 am but that time was never agreed to by Dylan instead we were supposed to make arrangements. I did not receive a call even after I called Dylan 2X and texted him 3X (Ghosted) so I left blindly hoping someone would be there. I called the store at 845am Siena transfered to Dylan but then told me he was with a client. She helped me and apologized. I did eventually get a text from Dylan stating he cant always answer his phone hes busy etc. I ended up waiting in Quartzite AZ for 2 1/2 hours. I spoke to Kevin GM he apologized was super cool. It gets worse I had told Dylan on Friday I was purchasing my own trailer that was measured at 18.5 ft and he offered me a trailer at a good deal to be included with my Can Am. I agreed but asked him for the precise measurement of the trailer to see if it would fit in my garage he told me it was 19.1 ft I told him I had exactly 19.4 ft of space . I asked him to physically measure the trailer with a measuring tape and he told he would and told me once again it was 19.1 ft. I asked him if he was sure at least 4 times as he seemed to have measured too quickly. He reassured me he had measured himself. Well either he lied or measured it wrong because the trailer is slightly over 20 ft long. I just called to let him know I had to tear down some cabinets to make room andwasn't cool. He told me mistakes will happen when you have a 100 moving parts and they had bent over backwards to meet me at the border. This is the reason I am writing this review. His disregard for my wasted time and money spent. I spent my entire day to tearing down cabinets to make room and then repair the wall and paint it and the trailer only fits at an angle. Other dealerships in the area offer to deliver to CA. I called today to speak with Dylan and he sounded annoyed and irrated with me I asked for the GM Kevin but he wasn't there yet. I told him Dylan im trying to be reasonable here but he he blew me off. Everyone else from the driver Ricardo to the GM Kevin are awesome but Dylan has made this a terrible experience overall.
