In my last visit, I purchased roughly $600 in light bulbs. Three packages arrived tampered with--the bulbs had been swapped before being restocked. I returned those three packages to exchange them for the correct items, totaling roughly $25 in returns. Apparently this raised a red flag with the new Store Manager, Brandon, who accused me of being the person who swapped the bulbs. This is completely false. Instead of investigating or addressing this directly with me, Brandon banned me from the store--and I didn't even find out from him. I learned about the ban from two part-time employees. The District Manager has yet to follow up or explain what triggered the accusation or decision. Years of loyalty and thousands in business mean nothing when management doesn't communicate professionally or investigate before punishing a customer. I will not be returning.

When I arrived they looked up the battery and found the warranty and them promptly pulled the old one out of my car and installed the new one. They were super friendly too!! Wow! I used to live in Phoenix and used Donnie at the pit for my work. I was in Phoenix for 1 week…read morefor 3 rides, after the 1st ride my rear wheel bearings decided to give out. I called Donnie forgetting it was Monday so I left a message on his voicemail. To my surprise he called back in about 5 minutes! Told me to bring it in Tuesday morning and he should be able to get me going. Showed up about 9:15 Tuesday and he took it right in the shop, up on a stand and started tearing it apart right away! Had the bad bearings out in a jiffy and made sure there was no hub damage and that he had the right bearings for my bike...which he did. I went and grabbed a quick bite and he had it ready to go by the time I got back. No up charge for the emergency visit just a very reasonable repair cost. I can't say enough about how he treated me, I really appreciated him getting me in so I didn't miss my 2nd ride. Highly recommend for any and all of your repairs.

We ordered a large auto part requiring special shipping. When the product was received into Ramjet's possession, it was dented. We were notified of that damage and they would order another for us. They did. For reasons not due to any fault of Ramjet, the second order received also had a dent. They offered to try again on a reorder. The shipper used was from a parts seller and seems to be at fault for all of this for improper packaging. We finally were able to get our part in acceptable condition. Ramjet staff surely went overboard with their customer service to ensure that we got the product we wanted. In addition, Ramjet's Speed Shop offered us no charge on the shipping fees AND a store credit as well!! With the store credit, hubby was able to purchase other items. We have no issues with this company and will continue to do business with them. Everyone working there was exceptional from the sales to the office staff.
