I was hoping to buy some parts to install myself (yaay YouTube) and save some $$. Jeremy assisted me at the counter and, to my surprise, he took care of the installation as well. He was very friendly and professional, and we had a nice chat while he worked on my vehicle. He even gave me some advice in case I needed to do that type of work on my own in the future. I have never gotten such nice surprises from Bezos, LOL. I stopped here to give my business to this place because recently they helped me with a diagnosis and I ended up having to buy the part elsewhere because I had to leave in a rush. I make an effort to support local and brick/mortar businesses, and this location will be in my list. Almost before I said anything he said it's going to cost me. He wouldn't read the manual unless I paid him (????). I hung in there and said that I would read it to decide what I needed. He then took the battery out of one (that I had purchased elsewhere) and tested it. I did not ask him to do that. Then he said it he didn't work for free, had to pay his rent. I said I would be buying batteries from him if we could find what I needed. He flipped the battery over in the collar and handed it back to me. Weird, as it had been installed correctly. When I told him that, he basically told me to leave his store as he wouldn't be selling anything to me. What a whacko!
