And of course I can't leave out Lucas... He's the Chihuahua guard dog and greeter. After meeting me he made himself right at home in their lounge, on the couch, and sat down next to me.

Took my 21' lowrider s to get a diag to fix a crank no start. Ended up blowing the crankshaft out…read moreof spec. Settled with a rebuild on the motor and upgraded some parts. Bike got into the shop January 14th, just got the bike back August 18th. If you want your work done in a timely manner don't go to this shop. Also took my S&S crankshaft 3 months to show up when it wasn't on back and called S&S directly and confirmed that. They also had 3 different service advisors in that time span. Got hit with every excuse in the book as to why my parts weren't showing up in a timely manner and ordered half of them myself because of this. Their service advisor is an idiot, was told the bike would done between 11-12 sat around for 45 mins before it was actually finished. They also forgot to order half of my parts for the rebuild, called me n told me that instead of just ordering the parts and biting the bullet on their own mess up. Dyno numbers were also disappointing. Going to have to take it somewhere else for a retune, and spend more money. Don't waste your time or money here.

So when I went looking for a new bike, I thought of them. A 2026 Triumph 900 Alpine edition was what I was looking for. Now, I search to get the best deal, regardless. So I found a bike at a different dealership, but out of state. Screaming deal, and I have the written sales offer. I call up GoAZ Scottsdale, ask if they price match, and explain the situation. "No problem, come down, we will match the price." The next day, I call to see how late they're open. It's only a half-hour before closing (Sunday) so I say I'll just come down tomorrow. That's where the problem starts. First I hear the bike I have the deal on looks like it's a demo bike. I tell them no, that's a bike in California, it's not the bike I have the written offer for. This bike is brand new, no defects whatsoever. Then, a day AFTER I gave all the details, I'm told the Tiger GoAZ has on lot is damaged and has had to have "a lot of parts replaced". I ask how that happened, and I'm told someone "dropped it in the basement". Sure. Someone dropped a bike in the basement and caused so much damage you're too far into it to price match, despite your advertising such. Very convenient. So, either GoAZ is selling a damaged motorcycle as new, or they are reneging on their price matching. You be the judge.

They got the battery going so I could drive back to O'Reilly. When I arrived they looked up the battery and found the warranty and them promptly pulled the old one out of my car and installed the new one. They were super friendly too!! I saved a ton of money getting my battery here as the Mazda dealer wanted to charge upwards of $500 for a new battery -- forget about that!! Go to O O O'Reilly's!!!

Wasn't sure what was causing the bad grinding/vibration kind of noise. After having no luck calling two Harley shops and a private shop, I talked to the guys at Blue Collar Customs. They said they know what it's like to be traveling and brake down. We got the bike to them just before closing and they got right into it to find the problem. After finding that my drive belt had some teeth missing, they called a bunch of contacts to find a new one in stock. We drove to Phoenix to get the new belt and back to Blue Collar to drop it off so they would have it Saturday morning. They put the new drive belt on, new seals and fluids to have it ready for me before close that day. Jim & Chayne were awesome and completed the flawless repair as quick as possible so I could continue with my travel plans. They went beyond normal customer service to help a stranded biker.
