I'm a huge supporter of small business. For the 1% who ride, this is the place to go. I ordered a 2 1/4" sprocket tool online and after waiting more than a week and a half, it still hasn't shown. Today I stopped by the shopped and Chayne and Steve-O took care of us and let us borrow the socket for a chair drive conversion. Called both Harley shops in the area and neither wanted to help us out. Salt of the earth kinda guys. Would love nothing more than to help their business take off to help more riders in the area. Need work done on your bike? Chayne is a Harley certified mechanic that won't steer you wrong. Ohh.... and they do powder coating too. They did my rocker covers in Harley Orange, very bad ass!! Need a new tattoo... Yep, they have a guy for that too. They have a tailgating party second Saturday every month at TailGators. Gentleman... thanks for the tools and the parts. Will definitely be coming here if I need anything for my bike. Cheers!!

I bought a 2025 Pro R 4 at GoAz in Prescott Valley AZ. Could not be happier with the buggy, sales…read moreand service. I had a Rugged radio installed and my 1st service completed. Isaiah in service kept me updated on the status of my buggy which I really appreciated. Upon picking it up today, Trey in service walked me through everything on the new Rugged system and additional questions I had. He was great and extremely helpful. I've had a 100% positive experience with GoAz. There are a lot of options when it comes to dealerships, but Im telling you, Leon the manager to sales with Derick & Brian and service with Isaiah and Trey made me a life long customer of GoAz Prescott Valley.

Today, while visiting Prescott I had s tire issue. I called GoAZ first I bought my Indian Challenge…read moreat GoAZ in 2021. GoAZ parts was great, she was friendly and helpful. They didn't have the tire in stock but could get it by Wednesday. I found a tire in Mayer at the Harley Davidson but I'll get to back to that. I asked if I got the tire and got there by 4 could they get me in to swallow the tire out since we need to be on the road in the morning. He said his guys were itching to go home. So I inquired about Wednesday and he said they didn't hsve to tools to swap the tire. Unfortunately there is no special tools needed for changing a tire. Liberty Harley Davidson had 1 tire for $400 however he was rude and acted like he was put out for having to go look for the tire. Then he let me know that he can't work on anything but a Harley Davidson. I let him know it was an unexpected emergency and he said they aren't allowed. The most helpful person in town was the manager at Discount tire. He called around tried to set stuff up and was friendly. I could her the guy from liberty Harley Davidson telling him he'd already told the guy on the Indian he can't change it. So we rented a U-hual and were taking home. The tire prices are about $100 more than the valley. Clearly Go AZ and Liberty Harley Davidson don't care about riders in the least. I wouldn't buy anything from Prescott Valley GoAz or Liberty HD. They aren't about riders.
