I explained this to bill I presume is the owner. He tells me come on in we will help you out. But it'll be about 930-1000am which I said is fine it was currently just after 9am. When I arrived bill asked what I needed I explained I was the guy who just called about chain problem. So he proceeds with an attitude, I can't help you out we don't have time for that. So I asked what if I bought chain could I borrow or rent the grinder to cut down new one. Bill said NO! So I told him thanks for wasting my time and I will put this on my blog and walked out. Once outside I started taking pics of the store to post. This is when bill came running out screaming at me to leave his property. I laughed and said absolutely no point in staying at this junk yard lot. Absolutely disgusting the way this shop treats customers.

He used 103 heads for my bike with a 96 inch piston and claimed it will work correctly two days later my bike engine blew. I asked him to change on all three sections that needed oil changes. He never completed it. the oil was completely black and low. I believe he took the working parts off my bike and swapped them with broken parts and waited for the bike to break down again. I do not trust him. I will not trust him and now I have a bike that is a pile of trash.

They didn't have the tire in stock but could get it by Wednesday. I found a tire in Mayer at the Harley Davidson but I'll get to back to that. I asked if I got the tire and got there by 4 could they get me in to swallow the tire out since we need to be on the road in the morning. He said his guys were itching to go home. So I inquired about Wednesday and he said they didn't hsve to tools to swap the tire. Unfortunately there is no special tools needed for changing a tire. Liberty Harley Davidson had 1 tire for $400 however he was rude and acted like he was put out for having to go look for the tire. Then he let me know that he can't work on anything but a Harley Davidson. I let him know it was an unexpected emergency and he said they aren't allowed. The most helpful person in town was the manager at Discount tire. He called around tried to set stuff up and was friendly. I could her the guy from liberty Harley Davidson telling him he'd already told the guy on the Indian he can't change it. So we rented a U-hual and were taking home. The tire prices are about $100 more than the valley. Clearly Go AZ and Liberty Harley Davidson don't care about riders in the least. I wouldn't buy anything from Prescott Valley GoAz or Liberty HD. They aren't about riders.

I called around asking shops if they did bead-locks rims as I had some tires I needed to swap out. Most shops don't do bead-locks. One of the employees in service said they did and the service on the rims and tire would be $49. But when I got there they changed the price. Now I live quite a few miles away from Prescott Valley and was trying to get the most value for my money as anyone would. Well I used them anyway but will not again. Have more to say about them but will hold my opinion.
