I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I figured I would risk the bad reviews he already…read morehad because I just needed a couple of replacement batteries for my dogs' shock collars. Almost before I said anything he said it's going to cost me. He wouldn't read the manual unless I paid him (????). I hung in there and said that I would read it to decide what I needed. He then took the battery out of one (that I had purchased elsewhere) and tested it. I did not ask him to do that. Then he said it he didn't work for free, had to pay his rent. I said I would be buying batteries from him if we could find what I needed. He flipped the battery over in the collar and handed it back to me. Weird, as it had been installed correctly. When I told him that, he basically told me to leave his store as he wouldn't be selling anything to me. What a whacko!

O'Reilly auto parts prides themselves on changing windshield wipers and replacing headlight bulbs…read more I went here last week. Stephen sold me a headlight bulb. I asked him to please replace it for me. I could tell he wasn't very keen on that idea so he came out (with attitude) and 1/2 heartedly pretended to open the area to replace the bulb. I could tell he just didn't want to do it. He said "yeah i can't do it" I asked if somebody else in the store could help me and he said no. I went across the street to AutoZone and asked one of the employees there if it was difficult to change the lightbulb out, an employee there said no it should take about 30 seconds. I told him I wanted to bring back the bulb to O'Reilly and buy one from him. He proceeded to let me know that they were out of stock for my car. he offered to replace the one from O'Reilly's for me!!!!!! He literally popped the area opened and replaced it in 30 seconds. I called O'Reilly's corporate office and I am hoping they took action.

We were leaving the area after family visit and were scheduled to leave for Nevada at 9am at the latest. To our dismay our car wouldn't start. Luckily my husband was able to jump start our car, and we drove to an auto parts store. Three stores later, we were still looking, because none of the stores had our Hybrid car battery. We called this O'Reilly Auto Parts store and employee Ken was able to confirm they had our battery. His pleasant, professional attitude was a bright spot in our now 2 hour long delay. Ken assured my husband that he would save a battery for us. Upon arrival to the store, Ken even provided my husband with the tools to install the battery. When you in the midst of a car malfunction, this kind of service is very appreciated. Thank you for your help Ken!

I remembered the local Flagstaff batteries+ having great service back in the day so I placed an online, ship to store order for an X2 AGM. Next morning an email came through saying the store declined my order. The Prescott location had them in stock and I figured this location could easily order one up for me so I wondered what went wrong. I'll never know though because they didn't contact me to explain or offer another option despite having my info from the order. Doesn't seem like a great way to do business. Fortunately we live in a consumer society where batteries+ doesn't have a monopoly on EnerSys or East Penn batteries and you can get them nearly anywhere so with one click I ordered an Odyssey battery online from my favorite auto supply chain. Shipped to my doorstep tomorrow free. Easy. Exact same specs, same manufacturer, same price, most likely the same battery, just branded and packaged differently. Tomorrow I'll have a new EnerSys AGM battery instead of an email saying my order was declined and I can decline to spend my money at store 103 in the future. It's great to have options.

The third time he did install the cover. It didn't fit right. There was a large gap between the front of the cover and the back windows. It also had a black kind of tar substance and during the really hot weather it was like tar. I took it back three times and each time he told me that it was normal. I looked at 2 dozen parked trucks at Fry's and NONE of them had that, even my husband's truck didn't have that. Back to Driven Auto and stated it was a shoddy job and do it right. I had gone to 2 other auto specialty shops and both said it was a "shoddy" job and it wasn't t the right cover. FINALLY he fixed it with some sort of foam. I don't feel as if with time and heat the foam will last and I will have to send it out to get fixed again. The owner's aditutude thru this whole experience was one that was unprofessional and rolling his eyes!!! If u want Shoddy work this is the place to go!! Customer service is not here!!!!
