Our 2006 Dodge Ram Leer Cap had leaky windows and had paint defects on top. Jerry & his team removed the top, had it painted locally, resealed the windows, repaired a frozen tail window lock, and properly connected wiring. All very well done at a reasonable price. I'm sadly going to have to give this brick n mortar business a generous 2 star rating. I've bought a new camper shell plus a bedroom rug for my truck. I understood the the shell and bed rug had to be ordered and this shop had no part of how fast the delivery was. When the camper shell arrived, I received no phone call to let me know. Only after I happened to call them they said it was in and ready. So communication is at best poor. You'd think spending about $5,000 for all these accessories they'd be eager to get it off there lot and installed but it seems I'm wrong. Installation was ok however I didn't sit in their lobby but rather had some other transportation arranged. So they had about the full day to get everything installed. Upon inspection it with the, owner I believe, the bed rig wasn't laying flat like it was supposed to but the owner told me it'll lay flat when we had some warmer weather. All the holes needed done looked pretty good. After about a month, perhaps it was two, the bed rug was still not laying flat as it's supposed to. The owner found that when they installed it, there was about a half inch it needed to move forward. After they did this, the bed rug laid as it was supposed to. Everything worked such as the camper shell locking with my trucks locking/unlocking of doors via key flob. However my locking tailgate and key flop button to open my tailgate no longer works. I was told it must not have worked before but as the owner of the truck I'm very well in the know that it did etc. So that issue isn't fixed but I'll deal with that on my own time. I've now been back to this store for a 3rd time, once for the install, bed rug and now the fuse block I broke. Each time I'm not had the owner smile, or seem interested in my business or whatever. This is part of the lower rating then I'd loved to have given. At this point, with all the interactions I've had, I've not yet ever felt appreciated for the business I've given them. They have no idea that I have 2 other trucks I'm wanting to get shells for. This very much isn't the type of shop I'll use next time. I'm very disappointed as I always want to support my local brick n mortar businesses, sadly not here for my next trucks. read more

I purchased a shell for my '21 Gladiator. I had to make an appt to have it installed but that is what I expected. What really got me was the follow-up service. I was having trouble with one of the two rear window latches. At the dealership, the owner was out of the office and a young man ( his son ? ) was at the desk. I asked him for help to adjust the latch and he refused. ( as he sat, playing on his smart phone ). Said I had to make an appt to have the latch looked at. Told him that I lived over 40 miles away and it was an inconvenience for me to drive all that way back just for the latch. Still, he refused - and never even looked up from his smart phone. As I left, he said " I'm sorry". I replied - " So am I. You just lost another customer". Good products but their customer service sucks. read more

Go elsewhere if you possibly can. In the past I have bought two camper shells from Driven (paying full retail). Recently I received an email quote for a Thule roof rack. Using email, I then told Driven to order the rack, and I received a confirmation that it would be ordered. But after waiting 5 weeks (with no word), I called to check, only to find out that somehow, my order never got placed. Not only that, the owner then informed me that he was now not even willing to order my parts, due to some confusion about part numbers. I ended up ordering my roof rack and parts directly from Thule, which is what I should have done in the first place, but I was trying to help out a local business, which turned out to be a huge mistake. read more

We ordered a new bed liner for our 2017 F-150 FX4 thru Driven and had them install the bed liner. The price quoted was exactly what we paid and the price was very, very competitive meaning we were thrilled with the price. The bed liner was installed in less than an hour and looks great. The bed has "pick up box tie downs" and bed lites. All of these items were accommodated for by installing the appropriate bed liner designed for my model truck. There are several plugs to protect items in case we choose to load sand or rocks in the bed. I could not be more happy with the product design, price and service from Driven Auto Accessories.
