Our new 26 Honda passport did not come with an XM satellite system. Honda no longer puts this in any of their cars. We visited A.A. as they sell and install an actual Sirius XM kit that hooks in to the existing stereo system. Came with roof top antenna, tuner , power module, and all wiring needed to make a seamless xm system. They explained everything before we bought it. Kit came in early, they had us in two days later, told us about 2-3 hours for install. We decided to wait because we live kind of far away. The Tech came out in about an hour and a half and said everything was ready. Took us out to the car showed us where they hid all the wires, then proceeded to explain how the set up worked. We came home, registered the system with Sirius XM, they transferred our license from the car we just traded in. We punched in all our favorite stations and we now have a very nice working setup. The only thing we see is what shows up on the factory screen. Everyone we dealt with at A. A. was knowledgeable and professional. We would highly recommend them for your cars sound system needs. They have a nice selection of speakers amps and tuners for your cars sound system. read more

Had an question about getting a part that was to help me install/hardwire my dash cam and without even having an appointment they very kindly took my truck around to one of their bays and took a look at what I was trying to do and attempted to get the couple of wires I was trying to hookup to power for me. Sadly, my fault was thinking that I could directly hook up the wires to a fuse after cutting the cigarette lighter plug. Well if you didn't know, now you do, it doesn't always work out that easy. Haha. Instead we're all thinking that when they went to plug in the dash cam to power, it was too much voltage and cooked it. Again not their fault. They worked on it for almost an hour and as I went to pay, they said it was no charge? It really caught me off guard as I was not going to fight them about the cost of their labor but rather just handed me my keys back and said we'll try it again on another dash cam. Any way we can say how great these guys are? Other then giving them your business and on top of that getting more then what your asking of them in a professional way, I can't think of any. Worst place to go to for an interlock . They don't even have a shop at this location anymore and they changed their name a little but they are still in p.v. over by vapenato. Brought in my 2010 Tundra to upgrade the Stereo (Head Unit). Spoke with Devin the manager and he helped me choose the right system based on the features I wanted and the price range. Brought in the vehicle the next day for installation, quoted install time was 1 1/2 hours. At 1 1/2 hours Devin explained that it was going to take a little longer than expected due to having to re-route the wiring for my rearview camera from my rearview mirror to the new unit. A little later Devin said the install was complete and we went out to the vehicle. The install was very clean and neat, it looked like the Unit came with the vehicle from the factory. Devin took the time to help me set up the Unit and get my Apple Car Play and Bluetooth configured. I could not be happier with the System, the install and the service by Audio Adrenaline and Devin. We purchased a home in the area in 2023. We chose Audio Adrenaline to do a whole home upgrade that we needed specifically for lighting, and home automation. We primarily worked with Aaron and Chris. There are not enough nice words to say how happy we are with everything they did. All our lighting was upgraded. They even automated/put in motion sensing in our closest for not only better lighting, but also convenience. They did this in our master closet, laundry room and front closest - so we never have to reach for a switch with our hands full. Our home automation included automated lighting, thermostat control, media operation and a home security system. Our back patio had practically no lighting. Aaron assessed the situation, carefully listened to our wants and needs (including lighting over the grill). He came up with the very creative solution of bistro lighting. This not only satisfied the need for lighting, including the grill, but it is also beautiful and we get positive comments on it. In fact, since the installation, several of our neighbors put in their own bistro lighting. Aaron also offered the idea of an electronic shade installed outside of our 4 panel slider to the back deck. It is fantastic!! You can see out and for security, you cannot see in. We couldn't be happier that he brought up the idea and the result we achieved. Everything is working fantastic. They are both super friendly to work with, really listen to what you need - for both function and convenience - and find creative solutions to accomplish the goals. The system is very easy to use and their training on the system was so good - we rarely have a question. We have since called them back to connect a new home humidifier system to the automation system. Again, always friendly and helpful - especially since the HVAC company had never worked with the thermostat that Aaron and Chris put in. Separate from our home, I also visit the local store and had a cellphone extender installed on my vehicle. Everyone there was also incredibly friendly and efficient. In all cases, it how is incredible to watch how efficient they are, how respectful of our home they are and also the attention to detail - one specific example is anticipating wind and weather in designing how best to install and secure the bistro lighting so it will survive harsh weather conditions. We cannot recommend Audio Adrenaline enough. They will not only solve and satisfy anything you are thinking of , but will also offer opportunities for things you haven't thought of. Give them a call. For a couple of years the new radio head replacement in my car was not working at its full potential. The backup camera was not configured correctly. Audio Adrenaline fixed everything within a short period of time, and even addressed a "slow battery discharge" from the faulty radio head installation (saved my battery)! The Good : They open on time ! The Bad: the tech actually tried to tell me the crack on my dashboard had always been there. Manager did little more than apologize. Tech's word against mine but if the pictures I took post you'll clearly see this tech tore the shit out of the monitor removing it. I sit in the drivers seat 10 hours a day, pretty sure I'd noticed a cracked dash. What pisses me off isn't the fact they tore the monitor or cracked the dash but didn't accept responsibility for it. Owners welcome to contact me anytime. My advice is take pictures of any areas these people are going to work on before they touch it. read more

On 8-17-22 I took my Jeep to Audio Adrenaline for a stereo install and subwoofer. After getting my Jeep back I noticed a deep scratch on my dash directly next to the new dash piece they installed, a cut on my leather steering wheel, and a crack on my door panel. I made the business aware of the damage. The manager looked at the damage and offered to take $20 off the invoice. I informed him that the damage would cost a lot more to fix than his $20 offer. The manager then proceeded to tell me he didn't see how his technician could have done the damage. The manager then tried to tell me the damage may have been overlooked by his technician when inspecting the Jeep before the install. Again, trying to convince me the damage wasn't done by his tech. The manager refused to offer any resolution to repair my damage other than the measly $20. At this point I told him I would never do business with Audio Adrenaline again and informed him I would never recommend his business. When I told him I'd write a review identifying his lack of caring and accepting responsibility for damaging my Jeep, he replied, "I'm sorry you feel that way." After reading other reviews with the exact same complaint as mine, I'm mad at myself for not checking this business out on Yelp prior to using them. Many other people have had the same experiences I've had (damage to their vehicle and the managements lack of taking any responsibility). My experience is terrible. And I cannot recommend anyone else to do business with them. They are good at taking your money. They replaced my motorhomes Jenson dash stereo and backup monitor system. Scuffed the dash, didnt install the gps antenna, left dirty footprints in our carpet and only left me a quick start guide - not the owners manual. Took weeks of phone calls to get the gps antenna, have refused to provide an original owners manual (but offered a link where I could print out a copy using my paper and my ink) and of this writing still have a scuffed up dash. People I talked to there are Devon, Joe and Josh. Everybody is happy to take your money. But when it comes time to fix their own mistakes thats what differentiates a good company from a terrible one. The stereo installed picks up engine noises. I was told that they put in filters. I went back to get that fixed and they said it was the mid-range amp. They would disconnect that amp for more money but would give me a break on that price. Why would I want a new stereo with one amp disconnected? I just wish I had just installed one myself. I have worked as an industrial mechanic, electrical, electronic, and mechanical. But at my age I want someone else to do this. Very disappointed. read more

These guys are the best,starting with Manager Cavan who booked my appointment, then Gilbert their lead audio technician who worked on my new 2017 Subaru. Gilbert took about 1.5 hours and very carefully disassembled my dash board to find a very annoying rattle coming from the center dash used sound deaden material, no squeaks or rattles now, dash is solid now,thanks to Gilbert's skills. P.S.Approach two different Subaru dealers under warranty who told me dash rattle very difficult to find rent a car and leave it for 2-3 days,I made the right decision and paid myself,not sure now I'll even go back to the dealer for an oil change. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!! Went to this place to get a quote on installing back seat head rest video monitors into my new 2015 Nissan Pathfinder, and the customer service was awful. Only two technicians were working, and one of them said "I only do home audio equipment" and turned his back and walked away from me. Over his shoulder as he was walking away, he said, "you'll have to wait in line, and you have another person in front of you!!!". I come in willing to spend $1,200 on service, and get treated like I am an inconvenience to you, then fine, I will take my business else were. I turned around, and walked out. Went down the street to Audio Plus, and they helped me out, and treated me like an actual human being. Have an appointment Wednesday (July 1) to get the monitors installed, and couldn't be happier with what I have seen so far. BOTTOM LINE!!!!! Audio Adrenaline - Car Stereo Installation Near Me - Prescott Valley, Arizona

They sell and install the same products as every other car audio place. We got a stereo and a cruise control installed on my wife's car. The installs were properly done, EXCEPT, during the 25 mile drive home, the cruise control didn't work. When Kyle was showing my wife the controls, she asked him if the car had been test driven to make sure it worked, and he assured her that it had. When I called back, we scheduled for the following Saturday for them to look at it. It turns out that the wrong cruise control was installed, so much for it being test driven. The correct part was ordered and 3 weeks later, installed. This one required dealer programming to enable it, and once that was done, works well. I just recently retired from being a body shop service writer at a major dealership in Phoenix, so I know just a little about customer service. Things happen and occasionally something like the wrong part being installed happens, it is NOT an automatic bad review What could they have done differently? 1, When something goes wrong, like installing the wrong part, correcting that mistake has to go to the TOP of your priorities list. Mistakes happen, but when they do, you are expected to make correcting it your FIRST PRIORITY, not, as Kyle did, make the customer feel like you are getting it done as you have time to get to it. 2. DON"T LIE. This cannot be stated enough. He told my wife flat out that the car had been test driven, and everything worked. It didn't, and couldn't have due to being the wrong part. 3. When presenting your proposed solution to the problem to the customer, do your homework FIRST. When discussing the installation of the correct part with Kyle, I asked if the price of the parts was the same. I had done my homework and knew that there was a major (over $100) difference in my favor. Kyle told me yes, the parts are the same price. When called on it, he said he didn't really know, but would check with his distributor about it. So, he either a) lied again, if he really didn't know, or b) was planning on overcharging me on the less expensive part to make up for doing a second install that was their mistake to begin with. Mistakes happen and in almost every case, you will be given the benefit of the doubt. It is what you do to correct the mistake that counts. Had this problem been handled correctly, they would have gotten 5 stars even with the screw up in the beginning. The only reason it is two instead of one stars, is that they did make it right on the difference in the price of the parts. I'll be looking elsewhere next time. read more

I needed to have a my radio and speakers changed out and a voice activation added to a new vehicle I purchased. It is a 2019 Dodge Caravan that was converted to transport my wheelchair. It was supposed to come with hands free calling but we found out after the purchase that it did not. Obviously this feature was an important aspect when purchasing this vehicle and I was in dire straits at that point and didn't know what to do. The dodge dealership was not willing to fix this issue so I went to Audio Adrenaline in Prescott Valley and spoke to Devin about my options and the cost. If you remotely care about your vehicle or time you would run far from this shop. I had a Kenwood touch screen head unit installed in a 2011 Suburban and they couldn't have possibly done a worse job on the install. After the initial install I noticed that it wouldn't adjust the angle of the screen and that there was a big crack in my dash, which they of course claimed to not do, so I took it back and they ripped off the trim kit and said it wasn't possible to do with the trim kit installed. So now after driving home disappointed that there is a huge gap around my receiver the AC functions would no longer work. Back to the shop I go. After they ripped the receiver out in the parking lot they said they have no idea what the problem was and that its working perfectly fine. About a week later the receiver constantly would cut out and restart until the 3rd time and then it would shut the music off completely and give me a warning to pull over and restart my car. At this point I can no longer trust them with my vehicle. I then took it to Audio Express to have them fix it. They were astounded at how terrible of a job "Audio Adrenaline" did. They said there were bare wires all over the place along with loose connections. It took them ALL day to attempt to fix and they weren't even sure if it was possible to fix or if they shorted the system out. Well after sitting in their shop from open till they were about to close, they managed to get it patched up good enough to get me bye. Hmm and somehow they managed to make the proper trim kit work which "Audio Adrenaline" said wasn't possible. Audio express said it would be iffy and that I would probably need a new head unit. So now its been a couple months and its starting to show issues again. I fear I just wasted $2000 and days of my life. It wouldn't have stung so much if I knew I took it to a place that was a cheap installer to save a few bucks but no I thought I was paying more for a quality install. It appears to me that the owner doesn't give 2 craps about his customers because after being there waiting and waiting multiple times for the initial install and for them to fix all the problems they created, the owner wouldn't even give me the time of day. I know if I owned a business and a customer had to come in multiple times for one install I would be down there talking to him to figure out whats going on with my company. He apparently cant afford to hire a good installer because he wasted all his money on his 2 teslas he was pulling up in. Now if you're getting your exhaust done, the tech for that is very experienced and did a phenomenal job. The staff behind the counter is also very nice and knowledgeable. That all means nothing though if they cant even install a head unit correctly. I will NEVER trust them with my vehicle again. Thanks for screwing a vet out of his hard earned money. read more

Bill Alden 08/10/2018 My alarm was failing and needed to be removed . I took my truck to audio adrenaline to have it removed . I asked if my headlight running lights and door lock remotes could remain operational with alarm removed . I was told yes they could . After 3 or 4 weeks the door lock remotes quit working ,I called and made an appointment to come back to get them fixed . After checking in and waiting 20 minutes I was asked if I could come back or would have to wait a couple of hours to have locks checked . This is how their appointment system works . Made another appointment and went back . I was told by tech that the portion of old alarm that controlled lights and locks was failing . The old alarm should have been removed , I was charged $ 165.00 to have it removed . The tech showed me the parts that were failing and said that the wrong voltages were being sent through system . I was under the impression that after paying these people to remove my old alarm it was gone . Why would a bad part be left in system ? . I asked if they had system for just locks and lights , they said yes and would be $ 200.00 . They said they could not install then I would have to come back . And charged me another $ 45.00 . I started burning up starters and solenoid , they would engage going down the road . I took my truck to the mechanics I use and found out the starter was burned up . I had them replace that starter . That starter failed in one day . They warrantied that starter and changed it out with a starter from another vender . Then that starter engaged going down the hiway and burned up . I had to have the truck towed to my mechanic . They had the truck for a week tracing down the problem . When I went to pick up my truck the mechanic handed me a box of parts and said theirs your problem . The box contained the old alarm system parts that audio adrenaline's tech said were bad the second time I had to take it back to them . They charged me $ 45.00 that time and still left the bad parts in . My mechanic said the old alarm parts that I paid to have removed were sending stray voltage through the starter solenoid and electric system of my truck . The bill to fix this mess is at $1200.00 counting towing . I called audio adrenaline and asked to speak to the owner or manager and was informed they were not in and was told when they came in this would be discussed . They called back and asked where I took my truck and would like to see invoices , which were supplied to them . They called me back , not the owner or manager but the same person I spoke to . He said his name was Joe and did not give his title . I was told that I should have known what they were doing and nothing they did or did not do caused any of this . So if you take your vehicle to this place and something is not done right know from the start it's your fault !!! With this kind of work why should you pay them for their expertise in nothing but taking your money . These people definitely do not know who pays the bills . read more

DO NOT GO HERE for ignition interlock systems. they all act as if they are better than you and don't care to answer any questions. if your ignition interlock system has issues god forbid that they think it's their fault or the systems fault. if you try to watch the video they probably have music so loud playing in there that you can't even hear what's going on. an interlock system is supposed to be something to help someone get their life on track and these guys are not helping whatsoever... apparently it's just a bother to them. and on top of it all there careless with my vehicle, probably because I'm not paying a couple thousand dollars to get a new stereo system put in my car. they don't acknowledge you when you walk in you practically have to beg for help. I most definitely do NOT recommend anyone going here if they have an ignition interlock system that needs to be installed in their vehicle. read more
