Matthew and his crew installed the PPF on our C7 Corvette last year. It looked and performed great and exactly how it should have but several months after install we had a small area begin to lift up at a tight edge around the fender vent trim. Went to have my auto detailed. It wasnt cheap so I expected to have good results based on reviews. I had what looked like someones car door had scraped my passenger side door it looked like it could be buffed out, to my surprise I was told it couldn't. Last week I went to a body shop to fix a dent I asked if they could look at that spot that i was told it couldn't get buffed out, he said sure. I picked up my car and it was gone, he said it was no problem. I feel like because im a girl that I was taken for a ride, I paid lot and expected a good result and now to find out it could have been buffed out makes me wonder if they did what I paid for or did they just washed the car and put the coating on it. I just purchased a 2019 Corvette Grand Sport with extremely low mileage and a virtually flawless finish. This is my first experience with a vehicle detail service and protective finish products. My reason for going to Immaculate Detail was more of a concern to protect what I already had. More of a preservation vs a restoration. The Corvette is arctic white so I really didn't expect to gain much in the way of a "glow factor." Boy was I wrong! When we went back after a few days to pick up my baby, I was totally blown away. The glow factor was at least twice what I had started with. I kept saying, unbelievable, over and over again. It really was that awesome, and then some.
