Okay, here's the deal. Matthew's Immaculate Detail is where you go when you want a truly professional job done correctly the first time. He has the tools, the "good" water, the closed bay shop, the knowledge and experience. The exterior and interior ceramic coating job applied to my vehicle looks fantastic. Do your homework. A lot of preparation of the vehicle's exterior needs to take place in order to receive the ceramic treatment properly. Sure, you can do an amateur job, but you get an amateur result. Really? You just spent a gazillion dollars on your "ride" and you're going to cheap out with inferior quality? The result may be more embarrassing than your high school yearbook picture. C'mon Man! Wise up! Get your ride to Immaculate Detail for some serious shine. read more

trash truck covered my vehicle in hydraulic fluid when a line broke. They did an amazing job cleaning and breaking down this fluid.

Matthew and his crew installed the PPF on our C7 Corvette last year. It looked and performed great and exactly how it should have but several months after install we had a small area begin to lift up at a tight edge around the fender vent trim. We called and Matthew scheduled us to bring the car in to check it out. They were able to quickly correct the problem in less than 15 minutes while we waited. Excellent customer service and they stand behind their work and warranty. We highly recommend them for their professionalism and good customer service. read more

I took my 2009 Ford Escape into Immaculate Detail a few weeks ago to have it cleaned inside and out. It had stains on the seats and carpeting that had been there for YEARS. I asked them to do the best they could and they said they would try but I figured they wouldn't be able to get them all out, if any, they were so old. When I picked it up the next day I was astounded at what an AMAZING job they did. I honestly didn't think it was my car. The car was IMMACULATE, just like their name says. Even my husband said it looked brand new inside and out. I highly recommend Matt and his company if you want a top-notch detail for your car. read more

Immaculate? Yes indeed! They did a great job on my new Forester. I got performance PPF and ceramic coat plus a ceramic window tint. What a difference it makes. Sooo much cooler now that the ceramic tint reflects the sun rays in AZ. Matthew and his crew are perfectionists and I would 100% go back for our next car. Matthew has so many packages that fit every budget and will work with you to tailor the packages to what you need. read more

Friendly, professional, and take pride in their work. I have been impressed with their work both times I have taken my vehicles in. While their prices may seem on the higher side, I am a strong believer in "you get what you pay for". Thank you for making my SUV look brand new again! I will definitely be back. read more

This is my first time using Immaculate Detail and I can honestly say they are very professional. I saw their advertisement on Facebook and decided to have my daughter's car tinted. Communication with Jon the owner was easy. Appointment time and finishing time was as scheduled. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and more importantly the price was right as well as being competitive. From a quick glance the actual work area is exactly like the ad. The garage is total white and very well lit. They also do other services which I may take advantage of such as interior cleaning and ceramic polishing. I highly recommend this company. You won't be disappointed. JC - read more

I couldn't be happier with the results from the Ceramic Pro install that John did for my 2013 Durango, the exterior was rough with sap residue, it had plenty of swirl marks on it due to me driving through the drive-thru car washes for the past five years. I didn't think it could be saved and restored like it is now! The metallic in the paint is back, the paint feels smooth to touch and it looks like a brand new car!! I also got my new Forester treated with Ceramic Pro for protection since it's brand spanking new. So in love with both of my cars!! I feel like I have two new cars and not just one. Not only is he good at what he does and knowledgeable, he's also punctual which is a big time plus in my books!! I highly recommend Immaculate Detail for your detailing needs! Oh and he's mobile so you don't have to leave the comfort of your home! read more

I am picky & my expectation bar is always high (a product of 30yrs in the Army). I truly appreciate any business that goes the extra mile in customer service, honest and direct communication and explanations, and attention to detail when conducting their business-related tasks. Immaculate Detail excelled at all of those! Very impressive small business team! They explained every service plan and option to my satisfaction without any hint of sales pressure or over-hyping. I asked questions, they patiently and thoroughly explained to my satisfaction. It's been a few days since I picked up my truck and I'm still blown away with the results, the attention to detail, and their work ethic. Great products, great company! read more

I highly recommend Immaculate Detail! Jon and his team are awesome! They took my 2013 Chevy Camaro Convertible and made it look better than it did when I bought it new! The 3 Stage Paint Correction removed the swirls and scratches. The Ceramic Pro coating now has the red paint really pop. Wow! We also appreciated their military discount in recognition of my husband's service. The attached is a photo Jon took in front of their shop. Thank you, Jon and team!! read more

Went to have my auto detailed. It wasnt cheap so I expected to have good results based on reviews. I had what looked like someones car door had scraped my passenger side door it looked like it could be buffed out, to my surprise I was told it couldn't. Last week I went to a body shop to fix a dent I asked if they could look at that spot that i was told it couldn't get buffed out, he said sure. I picked up my car and it was gone, he said it was no problem. I feel like because im a girl that I was taken for a ride, I paid lot and expected a good result and now to find out it could have been buffed out makes me wonder if they did what I paid for or did they just washed the car and put the coating on it. I paid 800.00 + for a full detail..wont ever go back read more

I just purchased a 2019 Corvette Grand Sport with extremely low mileage and a virtually flawless finish. This is my first experience with a vehicle detail service and protective finish products. My reason for going to Immaculate Detail was more of a concern to protect what I already had. More of a preservation vs a restoration. The Corvette is arctic white so I really didn't expect to gain much in the way of a "glow factor." Boy was I wrong! When we went back after a few days to pick up my baby, I was totally blown away. The glow factor was at least twice what I had started with. I kept saying, unbelievable, over and over again. It really was that awesome, and then some. I'm pushing 73 years right now so I've had a lengthy history of dealing with service vendors of every description. The team at Immaculate Detail was a strong eight on a scale of five. I have already handed out their business card to two of my neighbors that were impressed with the quality of their work. If you're considering any vehicle detail work from cars to motor homes, this is the place to go. You will not be disappointed. read more
