Quality was good but communication is lacking. I never received any communication after booking whether I was supposed to bring my car in to a store or if it was solely a mobile service even though I asked in my comments on my booking. Also, the price was not clearly communicated, I was quoted $175 and then it was raised to $200 which I thought included the extra fee for a specific dirty spot in my car. But, it ended up being $325 which I was not informed of until half way through the cleaning. Also, the car looks good inside, but it took more than 3 hours, and it definitely did not need to. read more

I trusted my car to Kevin for a ceramic coating and paint touch up. The ceramic coating is very nice but the paint touch up is awful! I have a unique color on my Mazda, it's called Soul Red Crystalline Metallic. I expected the color to match perfectly, instead it is very obvious where every little drop of touch up paint was applied. I've shown his work to several friends and co-workers and they all have said the same thing, "did you ask for your money back"? read more

I was disappointed and probably would give a grade of C. Kevin arrived an hour late. I was told it would take 5 1/2 hours and 45 minutes to clean up one of the head lights. Later, I asked for an additional 2 headlights to be cleaned as an add on. Kevin was done in 4 1/2 hours for all. I had to clean up the mess on the truck with the 2 headlights as it was splattered with white all over and required me to get on a ladder to reach the hood, etc (being a 77 year old female, was not easy). The windows on the car are left smudged, wipe marks, and the gear shift area not touched. I do not know how to put the cover back in the Subaru left in the back. For $325 plus a tip, it was not money well spent. I did not contact Kevin back and discuss this with him. No time with husband in the hospital which is why I wanted good care for the car. I did like the idea of having the service done in my own driveway and not having to wait in a waiting room somewhere and had easy water and electricity available. read more

My little Prius was a dirt clod from driving on dirt roads to remote hiking trails and hadn't been detailed in over 5 years. It now looks as good as new, inside and out. The added benefit of being a mobile service is great so you aren't waiting somewhere for 3-4 hours. Quality work and great customer service! read more

Kevin (owner) did a great job on headlight restoration. He takes pride in the services he performs. The headlights had become a bit "fogged" over the years. Now, they look bright and sharp! Kevin is a excellent communicator. Upon initial contact, he took my information, confirmed the information, and set the time for arrival. He texts me on the day of service that he was on his way. Average job, overpriced. Spilled some white colored wax product on the concrete driveway that won't come off.

So so SO happy with the work done. My car needed it badly, and I mean badly... I was sure that some of the spilt drinks in the car and dirt and dog hair wouldn't come off and I can't say I expected much more than a good cleaning but the amount of detail was amazing. Plus he's so nice and professional. It was so comfortable to bring my car there and get it back. 10/10 would recommend and if I need my car detailed again, this will be the place I come back to. read more
