When I got home and checked my credit card account, I was surprised to see a charge for $11.30 from Ocean Blue. I ended up chatting with their AI bot, which got me nowhere.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Jill on Sunday - and it was awful. She was very…read morerude and disrespectful towards me and also towards a lady with a little girl. She INSISTED I put too much soap in the front load washer. I put a quarter of soap. The soap would continue to come out because the door locked but doesn't shut all the way so everything comes spewing out. I cleaned it up kindly multiple times and she yelled at me no, saying I was wasting their resources. I offered to mop it and she told me no she would do it all the while huffing and puffing and complaining about me to anyone who would listen. There are signs that say no blankets in top load washer because they have agitators. So I put it in the front loading washer and I still got chewed out saying "there's signs all over." After I told her this was a front loader she continued to glare at me and did the whole entire time. 5 Stars - OCD Obsessive Car Detailing did an exceptional job…read moreI just got back from a brutal seven-hour road trip and my car was absolutely disgusting -- front end, grille, hood, windshield, and side mirrors all caked with splattered bugs and road grime. I honestly didn't even want to look at it. When they finished, my car looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. Not a single spot, not a speck of dust inside or out -- pristine. More than I ever could have asked for. I'm a perfectionist, and I don't expect anyone to be perfect with my car... but I literally cannot find a single thing they missed. It's absolute perfection from top to bottom. The name "OCD Obsessive Car Detailing" isn't just clever -- it's 100% accurate. These guys are the real deal. Eric was punctual and even waited for me when needed. He was extremely communicative -- probably sent me ten messages and replied super quickly the whole time. Just an all-around good businessperson who clearly cares about his customers and takes real pride in his work. Quick note: I saw a couple one-star reviews from folks who never actually had any work done by them -- probably just trolls. My experience was the complete opposite. If you're in Prescott Valley or the surrounding area and want your car (or truck) looking absolutely brand-new again, do yourself a favor and call Eric at OCD Obsessive Car Detailing. You won't just be happy -- you'll be impressed. I know I am. Highly, highly recommend. These guys are the kind of professionals you want to support and come back to again and again. Thanks again, Eric and crew -- exceptional job!

It is SO hard to find a self-serve car wash that is tall enough for a camper/RV in the Valley (my husband actually gave up looking and washed it in our driveway the last time we took it out) but as you can imagine, that is A LOT of work, especially in the summer heat! Galpin Auto & RV Wash has an incredible facility where you can wash your car or your camper/RV! It is $2 for 2 minutes and you can use all different kinds of settings - tire shine, rinse, soap, you get it! They take credit card which is amazing because let's be honest, who really hangs on to coins these days anyway!? We were able to give our camper a nice bath in 15 minutes when it would have taken at least an hour at home. We'll take it! I highly recommend this spot if you're looking to give your camper/RV a bath after a weekend in the wild! :)
