They used some kind of heat on the console and several months later that area is still dripping some kind of adhesive. It's really frustrating to have to continually clean this up.

They rewashed it and did the inside (after there was no attendant readily available). Five minutes to sit there and hit their call button and try to actually call the location. Finally someone came out.--and I was the only car there to get washed; Then they rewash and do the interior which was almost clean but a few details I wanted them to work on. Let's just say, I had time to sit for 2 minutes and they were already calling me to say it was finished. Interesting. By the 10 min drive back to the house, I took the time to inspect everything. The outside was hard water spots all around, the inside, the cupholders weren't touched, the seats weren't touched, and Im not sure what they considered an interior detail. I contacted their "info" line and was ignored for several days. I resent the email and was talked disrespectfully to and disregarded. I replied that I was not going back to the location and requested my refund for a car that was more dirty than when I started $38 ago. Now I'm just being ignored. I do NOT recommend this location.
