5 Stars - OCD Obsessive Car Detailing did an exceptional job I just got back from a brutal seven-hour road trip and my car was absolutely disgusting -- front end, grille, hood, windshield, and side mirrors all caked with splattered bugs and road grime. I honestly didn't even want to look at it. When they finished, my car looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. Not a single spot, not a speck of dust inside or out -- pristine. More than I ever could have asked for. I'm a perfectionist, and I don't expect anyone to be perfect with my car... but I literally cannot find a single thing they missed. It's absolute perfection from top to bottom. The name "OCD Obsessive Car Detailing" isn't just clever -- it's 100% accurate. These guys are the real deal. Eric was punctual and even waited for me when needed. He was extremely communicative -- probably sent me ten messages and replied super quickly the whole time. Just an all-around good businessperson who clearly cares about his customers and takes real pride in his work. Quick note: I saw a couple one-star reviews from folks who never actually had any work done by them -- probably just trolls. My experience was the complete opposite. Eric has been detailing my car for quite a few years now because he does such a fantastic job. We recently purchased a 2020 vehicle with black interior. Unfortunately, our dog has white fur and the car rugs were covered with her hair. How Eric got all that hair out, I'll never know. I was able to get an appointment to get my 2013 Ram 1500 detailed at the last minute so I could put it in storage for an extended period of time. Bret showed up to the house EARLY and went right to work. Bret was able to get the spiderwebbing out of the clear coat and then put a thick coat of wax on it to protect the body. The engine bay looks brand new like it had never been driven, and the interior is fantastic. I had a case of dog hair and Bret did a fantastic job. Bret used only water based cleaners so it wouldn't damage anything like an Armorall would. I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you! My car is clean and obsessively detailed to the point I do not want to drive it anywhere for fear of getting it dirty. Paying Eric was quick with his card reader. Eric's personality and work are extremely high quality - anyone and everyone can appreciate his attitude and his final product. Everyone's reviews of Eric's work are top notch and hard to ignore; as this is why I hired him in the first place. What the only contrary to my car's detailing is that my car will get dirty again. Inevitably, I may need to give Eric more of my money. There are no alternatives to Eric's precision to detail - as the scratches that were on my brand new vehicle are once again no longer there. While he kept saying he wasn't able to get all of the dog hair out of my vehicle from my two short haired dogs, he did fantastic work.
