She INSISTED I put too much soap in the front load washer. I put a quarter of soap. The soap would continue to come out because the door locked but doesn't shut all the way so everything comes spewing out. I cleaned it up kindly multiple times and she yelled at me no, saying I was wasting their resources. I offered to mop it and she told me no she would do it all the while huffing and puffing and complaining about me to anyone who would listen. There are signs that say no blankets in top load washer because they have agitators. So I put it in the front loading washer and I still got chewed out saying "there's signs all over." After I told her this was a front loader she continued to glare at me and did the whole entire time. She needs an attitude adjustment - you have no idea what people are going through when you talk to them like that

I drove clear across town from the far East side of Prescott valley and nervous at first I was quickly re assured that I had found the right place . The guys took great care of my new van and even got a ladder out to wash the roof. When my van was ready it looked like it just rolled of the showroom floor. Excellent quick oil change place. Last time I went in for a…read moresynthetic oil change. it took less than 7 minutes to get me on the platform. They checked all lights ( headlights, brakes, backup etc ) and topped off all fluids. Unfortunately one of the techs broke the oil pan screw during the oil change and I was informed that I'd have to drive to a close mechanic for drilling and repair. Long story short, the manager followed me to the mechanic, gave me a ride home, picked me up and drove me back when finished AND ended up doing the oil change and repairs for FREE. They did the right thing and made a long time customer out of me. I'll definitely return !

We went to La Z Boy to replace our older livingroom furniture. We bought couch,chair a, 3 tables,…read more3lamps, 2 large rugs, and some ugly painting artwork. Within weeks the couch started to show seam and leaather dye wear. Then one of the large rugs tarted to come apart. Service replaced the inferior leather and the rug. In the end we spent thousands for what we thought was quality, waited months to get it. We have since old it all on craigslist for pennies. Never again. You won't get what you pay dearly for.
