In the shop with my jeep!
    Evan M.

Kevin and Mark did an absolutely amazing job making sure I found a solution for my Jeep's death wobble. I went in with a very tight budget to fix my death wobble and unfortunately ended up having another issue as I was still saving up to fix it. My steering gearbox blew out. I made a phone call and said I will use my deposit to fix that, and worry about death wobble another time. They insisted that all the problems will be fixed and we would worry about the financial situation when the time came. After all, they wanted to make sure I was safe. Fortunately I was able to save up enough to fix it in time. But these guys absolutely care about their customers and only want whats best for you. They will do anything in their power to have their customers leave with a smile. Kevin, Mark, and all the others that helped get me back on the road, thank you. I am one of many happy customers.

If you are looking for a good auto repair shop that is honest and trustworthy give this place a try. They are especially good with Jeeps and 4x4 vehicles. You will likely need to make an appointment. I would not give them an A+ rating for starchy professionalism, cleanliness and tidiness but they do great work and get the job done when promised. Honesty and integrity are very important factors in this business and Kevin stands behind his business and his work. Kevin has a great reputation in town. I recently had some work done on my 99 Grand Cherokee and have been satisfied. I had an after market warranty to work with and Kevin handled it all very well. Good job guys!

I had recently purchased this jeep and wanted it gone over to see what I could not see. They spent a good amount of time and when the inspection was over, Lee discussed all of the issues, Texted and Emailed me the results of the inspection which included videos which clearly described everything that should be looked at and replaced/repaired. I was given a very clear document which included costs for repairs. I was very pleased at the entire experience. Wynn S.

To their credit, they did mention early on that if it wasn't the track bar, it could potentially be the bearings, but they still moved forward confidently with repairs. On the first visit, I spent nearly $6,000 replacing the track bar, shocks, and other components. For a short time, I was hopeful the issue might be resolved, but within a few weeks, the death wobble came back. Fustrated, I brought it back in. This time, they told me the problem was surely the bearings. Another couple thousand dollars later, those were replaced as well. Again, I was hopeful... and again, within weeks, the death wobble returned. At this point, I brought the Jeep in yet again. They attempted to duplicate the issue and performed an a tire balance and rotation saying they inspected the jeep and e writhing looked good. Unfortunately, nothing has changed, the death wobble still persists. After more than $7,000 spent, I'm left with a Jeep that is in worse condition than when I first brought it in. It's gotten to the point where we can't even drive it straight down the road with confidence, forget about taking it on the highway. It isn't safe for anyone to drive. The staff is nice enough, but it's clear they are not equipped to properly diagnose or fix this type of issue. When you're charging customers thousands of dollars, there needs to be accountability for results, not just guesswork and parts replacement. At a minimum, I would have expected some level of ownership, whether that be a partial refund or some kind of resolution for the ongoing issue. Instead, we're out thousands of dollars with nothing to show for it except a worse-driving vehicle than we started. I certainly do not feel comfortable bringing my car here a fourth time and would strongly caution anyone dealing with complex suspension or steering issues to look elsewhere.

She insisted it needed to be lifted. I called around and Steve gave a decent price for install. That's about where it stopped. At first he seemed very helpful, but he does not stand behind his work and if he breaks something he won't tell you or blames others. Do yourself a favor spend a little extra money and go to someone else. The few hundred we saved at first cost us alot more in the end!! I upgraded my shocks from the rough country that came with my kit. He quoted me a $111 for front struts and around $90 for the shocks. He told me kit would take two days to install. On day 3 I call to see if it will be done, he says no. Upgraded struts ordered were the wrong one's. He says he's going to pick up the right ones today. He fails to mention that the new ones cost an extra $60 a piece and expects me to pay for there screw up. But stuff happens so I told him no big deal. Day 4 rolls around he tells me my truck is at Big O being aligned. I get a ride home from my job to wait almost 3 hours. I get truck home and after a few days truck is making noise. I hop underneath the truck to find both upper and lower ball joints are mangled. So I message him he says he must have been to the rough with them. I give him my Vin so he can look for replacement ball joints and a day later he messages back He says unfortunately your truck doesn't have replacement ball joints both upper and lower control arms need replaced. He tells me it is about $250 per arm plus install. He tells me he can do it for around $1400. I told him you screwed it up it's on you. He says now it was fine when it left his shop. Not like earlier when he said hehgot too tough with them. I contac big o they said they don't touch ball joints on alignments. They called him for me and he immediately called me back and said he would get it fixed. I message him after a week he says he found replacement boots for it. I said when can we get it fixed. We agree upon July 3rd. I message him July 2nd and ask what time he would like it dropped off. He ghosts me. My wife messages him and he says that he had other things being worked on and he couldn't do it that day. She tells him that is horrible customer service and he no longer speaks with her. The truck had less than 1200 miles on it when it was dropped off. It still had paper tags on it. It already needs upper and lower control arms replaced. Lamb quoted Around $1500 to have it fixed. He also removed all our comments from Facebook because he tried to look like he was trying to fix it. Once I sent messages of him not doing it he blocked our reviews.
