Full Speed Motorcycles actually picked up the phone, listened to what I needed, and got me in that same afternoon. They got right on it and diagnosed my bike, and didn't waste any of my time. They even noticed my clutch needed adjustment and dialed that in for me. I was back on the road with what felt like a new bike and the clutch adjustment is amazing. Wasn't sure what was causing the bad grinding/vibration kind of noise. After having no luck calling two Harley shops and a private shop, I talked to the guys at Blue Collar Customs. They said they know what it's like to be traveling and brake down. We got the bike to them just before closing and they got right into it to find the problem. After finding that my drive belt had some teeth missing, they called a bunch of contacts to find a new one in stock. We drove to Phoenix to get the new belt and back to Blue Collar to drop it off so they would have it Saturday morning. They put the new drive belt on, new seals and fluids to have it ready for me before close that day. Jim & Chayne were awesome and completed the flawless repair as quick as possible so I could continue with my travel plans. They went beyond normal customer service to help a stranded biker.

I called around asking shops if they did bead-locks rims as I had some tires I needed to swap out. Most shops don't do bead-locks. One of the employees in service said they did and the service on the rims and tire would be $49. But when I got there they changed the price. Now I live quite a few miles away from Prescott Valley and was trying to get the most value for my money as anyone would. Well I used them anyway but will not again. Have more to say about them but will hold my opinion.

We called them from 2 miles away and they told us to bring it in. With my husband there explaining, and our regular mechanic on the phone, they fixed the issue and got us safely on our way. With a 1 yr old baby and all of our stuff packed, I was worried about having to stay somewhere, not having access to our stuff, and so on, but they got us going again and I am forever thankful that they fit us in. I had an awful experience with this shop and would not recommend them to anyone. I brought my car…read morein to have the transmission rebuilt. The owner called me and said it was the worst possible scenario and would cost the highest price they charge. I trusted them and paid the full amount, hoping to have a reliable car again. The car drove once and then wouldn't start. When I called to report the issue, they immediately tried to blame me--saying it must have been something I did. It turned out the computer programming (which they outsourced to another company across the street) was done incorrectly. I had to pay out of pocket to tow my car back to them, and the owner refused to reimburse me, arguing with me the entire time. They kept my car for another full week. When I finally picked it up, it started--but the A/C no longer worked, even though it was working perfectly before. When I called, the owner dismissed it and said it was just a "coincidence" that it went out at the same time. Every time I brought up a concern, he backpedaled to avoid responsibility. Later, a mechanic inspected the A/C and said it looked like parts were broken--right around where they would have installed the battery. On top of that, the incorrect programming kept frying my battery, and I had to buy two replacements. When I got my car back the second time, the brackets for the battery weren't even reinstalled--they were just left on the floor of the car. The final straw was when I noticed greasy, oily handprints all over the inside roof and visor above the driver seat. When I called to ask about it, the owner responded sarcastically with: "You're upset about a little dirt inside the car?" He was incredibly rude, did poor-quality work, broke things, and refused to take accountability for any of it. To this day--five months later--my car still isn't fully repaired. It continues to have issues, but I'm too afraid to bring it back to them even though I have a warranty through their shop. That's how little trust I have in them now. I ended up having to take out a second loan and buy a new car because I had already paid everything I had to fix this one--and they left me with an unreliable mess. This place caused more damage than repair and has zero professionalism or integrity. Avoid them at all costs.

My husband jacked up the car again, and changed the hoses in our 100+ degree heat in Phoenix. When he put it all back together, we could hear the pump trying to work, but no wiper fluid. He said he was done, so I called Integrity in Camp Verde and made an appointment. The technician looked under the car and saw a loose connector. After he pushed the connection together the system worked. When I went to pick up the car, there was no charge. We have taken our cars to them before, and have always been pleased. They could easily have taken advantage of us with this repair. They did not. Integrity appears to be more than just a name with them.

They did a thorough inspection of the whole vehicle and realized that my battery was almost shot. They also knew that based upon the sticker on the battery; it was still under warranty. So, after asking my permission to do so, they contacted the local parts store where the battery had been purchased (yay for stickers that last!) and arranged for a new battery to be delivered to their shop and took care of a problem which I didn't even know I had! Now that's service!!!!
