I have done business with Outdoor Sports twice first time was definitely a good experience. The…read moresecond time ,and last time, was not. I called around asking shops if they did bead-locks rims as I had some tires I needed to swap out. Most shops don't do bead-locks. One of the employees in service said they did and the service on the rims and tire would be $49. But when I got there they changed the price. Now I live quite a few miles away from Prescott Valley and was trying to get the most value for my money as anyone would. Well I used them anyway but will not again. Have more to say about them but will hold my opinion.

Wasn't sure what was causing the bad grinding/vibration kind of noise. After having no luck calling two Harley shops and a private shop, I talked to the guys at Blue Collar Customs. They said they know what it's like to be traveling and brake down. We got the bike to them just before closing and they got right into it to find the problem. After finding that my drive belt had some teeth missing, they called a bunch of contacts to find a new one in stock. We drove to Phoenix to get the new belt and back to Blue Collar to drop it off so they would have it Saturday morning. They put the new drive belt on, new seals and fluids to have it ready for me before close that day. Jim & Chayne were awesome and completed the flawless repair as quick as possible so I could continue with my travel plans. They went beyond normal customer service to help a stranded biker.

Pulling off in Prescott to check directions and get a drink, a good samaritan pulled into the gas station behind me to inform me my rear tire was worn down to the cords. I knew it was squaring off but this meant my trip was in jeopardy. Friday afternoon 2pm I'm frantically calling around for a motorcycle shop that had the tire I needed *and* would mount it same day. After a couple calls to Mesa (whoops) I found these guys. Initially they asked if I could bring them just the wheel off the bike - me with my meager road toolkit said...maybe? After explaining my situation (I needed to be home by Monday) - they agreed to squeeze me in. Got a new Diablo Rosso III mounted balanced and out the door quickly and for a very reasonable price. Browsed their great selection of gear and bikes while I waited. Made it home no problem despite monsoon rains in Arizona. Highly recommend these guys.

I visited Sergio's Tire to get a quote for a oil change and alignment. A young man (I think one…read moreSergio's sons) came out and looked at my vehicle. He recommended a tire rotation in addition to the oil change and alignment. I asked what all that would cost and he quoted me a price of $180.00. I made an appointment and took the car in. When the technician looked over the tires we decided that one tire needed to be fliped so the worn side would be on the inside. He said there would be an additional charge for that and I agreed. When I went into the office to pay, woman in the office told me my bill was $240.00. When I questioned the price she said $80 for the oil change, $100 for the alignment, $40 for the rotation and $20 to flip the one tire. When I told I had been qouted $180. She asked if I bought the tires from them and I said no. She said the young man who quoted the price must have assumed I bought the tire from them, so the price would be $240.00. I have been doing business with Sergio's for 15 years and have bought several sets of tires during that time. I also thought the woman in the office was very cold and rude. I told her I wouldn't be back because I don't do business that way. I recommend that if you do business with them, make sure you get a written quote listing all the work to be done.

They told us, great news the back has no issues, you just need the front redone sweet we get that scheduled, after completion I thought it was wierd all we got was a receipt, no diag notes or mechanic check sheet. fine, go home, its still clinking when we drive. ok take it back in thinking they need to fix something, nope they now tell us the back needs full replacement, another over a thousand dollar quote. They thought they could get us in for half then make us pay double when we find out the whole thing did need replacement. I go in to ask for mechanic notes on all the visits and was told they dont have them. when I pushed she states we do have them but they are only available upon request, at which point I remind her I just requested them. I was told to pick them up from their second location the next day. ok fine. I show up to pick them up and the lady acts like she has no idea what im talking about. once I explain she then makes it clear she is fully aware of the conversation the day before (as i knew she was because i was in front of the other employee while she called this one) She then says she will not be giving me anything and will be calling the cops if I do not leave. Their notes incriminate themselves and we will be pursuing this. They are dirty crooked bullies. Buyer beware do not take your vehicle here they are shady.
