Brian has been nothing but helpful, very accommodating, and has handled a host of problems, including installing a tankless hot water heater, installing a new furnace motor, installing a toilet where the flange had been glued in place but then cut making it impossible for me to install on my own, addressing loose faucets, and installing a new gfi outlet made almost impossible due to a very very shallow wall.
