Today, while visiting Prescott I had s tire issue. I called GoAZ first I bought my Indian Challenge…read moreat GoAZ in 2021. GoAZ parts was great, she was friendly and helpful. They didn't have the tire in stock but could get it by Wednesday. I found a tire in Mayer at the Harley Davidson but I'll get to back to that. I asked if I got the tire and got there by 4 could they get me in to swallow the tire out since we need to be on the road in the morning. He said his guys were itching to go home. So I inquired about Wednesday and he said they didn't hsve to tools to swap the tire. Unfortunately there is no special tools needed for changing a tire. Liberty Harley Davidson had 1 tire for $400 however he was rude and acted like he was put out for having to go look for the tire. Then he let me know that he can't work on anything but a Harley Davidson. I let him know it was an unexpected emergency and he said they aren't allowed. The most helpful person in town was the manager at Discount tire. He called around tried to set stuff up and was friendly. I could her the guy from liberty Harley Davidson telling him he'd already told the guy on the Indian he can't change it. So we rented a U-hual and were taking home. The tire prices are about $100 more than the valley. Clearly Go AZ and Liberty Harley Davidson don't care about riders in the least. I wouldn't buy anything from Prescott Valley GoAz or Liberty HD. They aren't about riders.

I have done business with Outdoor Sports twice first time was definitely a good experience. The…read moresecond time ,and last time, was not. I called around asking shops if they did bead-locks rims as I had some tires I needed to swap out. Most shops don't do bead-locks. One of the employees in service said they did and the service on the rims and tire would be $49. But when I got there they changed the price. Now I live quite a few miles away from Prescott Valley and was trying to get the most value for my money as anyone would. Well I used them anyway but will not again. Have more to say about them but will hold my opinion.

After inquiring about purchasing a jacket, I was referred to the store manager, Chantelle, who asked me to text her the details and assured me she would get back to me. She never responded. When I followed up later, I was told she had been trying to find me the best deal. If that were true, a simple text or phone call to keep me informed would have taken less than a minute. Instead, I was left wondering whether my business mattered at all. Good customer service starts with communication. Unfortunately, that was completely lacking. Because of this experience, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I expect better professionalism and follow-through from a Harley-Davidson dealership.

Prescott Cycle Center also adjusted my clutch, my review mirrors and placed my battery tender cable in a more appropriate place without me even asking them to do those things and they did it at no charge. They just did it because they thought it should be done. I can't say enough good about Prescott Cycle Center and I would definitely take my bike back to them and recommend them to my friends.
