Pulling off in Prescott to check directions and get a drink, a good samaritan pulled into the gas station behind me to inform me my rear tire was worn down to the cords. I knew it was squaring off but this meant my trip was in jeopardy. Friday afternoon 2pm I'm frantically calling around for a motorcycle shop that had the tire I needed *and* would mount it same day. After a couple calls to Mesa (whoops) I found these guys. Initially they asked if I could bring them just the wheel off the bike - me with my meager road toolkit said...maybe? After explaining my situation (I needed to be home by Monday) - they agreed to squeeze me in. Got a new Diablo Rosso III mounted balanced and out the door quickly and for a very reasonable price. Browsed their great selection of gear and bikes while I waited. Made it home no problem despite monsoon rains in Arizona. Highly recommend these guys.

Prescott Cycle Center also adjusted my clutch, my review mirrors and placed my battery tender cable in a more appropriate place without me even asking them to do those things and they did it at no charge. They just did it because they thought it should be done. I can't say enough good about Prescott Cycle Center and I would definitely take my bike back to them and recommend them to my friends.

I have done business with Outdoor Sports twice first time was definitely a good experience. The…read moresecond time ,and last time, was not. I called around asking shops if they did bead-locks rims as I had some tires I needed to swap out. Most shops don't do bead-locks. One of the employees in service said they did and the service on the rims and tire would be $49. But when I got there they changed the price. Now I live quite a few miles away from Prescott Valley and was trying to get the most value for my money as anyone would. Well I used them anyway but will not again. Have more to say about them but will hold my opinion.

They didn't have the tire in stock but could get it by Wednesday. I found a tire in Mayer at the Harley Davidson but I'll get to back to that. I asked if I got the tire and got there by 4 could they get me in to swallow the tire out since we need to be on the road in the morning. He said his guys were itching to go home. So I inquired about Wednesday and he said they didn't hsve to tools to swap the tire. Unfortunately there is no special tools needed for changing a tire. Liberty Harley Davidson had 1 tire for $400 however he was rude and acted like he was put out for having to go look for the tire. Then he let me know that he can't work on anything but a Harley Davidson. I let him know it was an unexpected emergency and he said they aren't allowed. The most helpful person in town was the manager at Discount tire. He called around tried to set stuff up and was friendly. I could her the guy from liberty Harley Davidson telling him he'd already told the guy on the Indian he can't change it. So we rented a U-hual and were taking home. The tire prices are about $100 more than the valley. Clearly Go AZ and Liberty Harley Davidson don't care about riders in the least. I wouldn't buy anything from Prescott Valley GoAz or Liberty HD. They aren't about riders.

Wasn't sure what was causing the bad grinding/vibration kind of noise. After having no luck calling two Harley shops and a private shop, I talked to the guys at Blue Collar Customs. They said they know what it's like to be traveling and brake down. We got the bike to them just before closing and they got right into it to find the problem. After finding that my drive belt had some teeth missing, they called a bunch of contacts to find a new one in stock. We drove to Phoenix to get the new belt and back to Blue Collar to drop it off so they would have it Saturday morning. They put the new drive belt on, new seals and fluids to have it ready for me before close that day. Jim & Chayne were awesome and completed the flawless repair as quick as possible so I could continue with my travel plans. They went beyond normal customer service to help a stranded biker.
