We called Troy's and he was polite and accommodating and said "Bring it right down" so we did. We took a Lyft to breakfast and settled down to wait for the call. Well we got the call before we got the food and the diagnosis, reasonable quote and the news that since it was unfortunately the Friday of MLK weekend the parts wouldn't be available until Tuesday and he'd have it done Wednesday. Troy made no false promises, no bologna just the straight poop. How refreshing! We could see why his shop is rated so high.
