I thought it was a transmission which they ruled out after paying $400 to check it which was fine but when I left there, my bill was $2200 and the noise isn't gone and the problem still there so I don't really know if I would recommend them. I mean they did a bunch of other things that they charge me for which was fine. I guess a bunch of little things but charge me crazy amount for for a part that I saw online for $69 and they charged me 200 and I would recommend looking at invoices for parts that they charge you for and seeing the boxes making sure that they're giving you what they say they are I explain the problem to the guy that answers the phone is there twice I think his name is Paul explained it clearly and by the time the other guy got finished working on the car he said he had no idea what I was talking about so but it's still making that noise and still doesn't want to shift into gear going up the hill so $2200 later and still got the same problem. Well there you have it. Very friendly though. And I was grateful that they didn't tell me my transmission needed to be replaced when it didn't. They could've made a lot more money off me if they hadn't wanted to. and I wouldn't have known the difference, but still don't understand whether the problem isn't resolved.

Also I asked Brett if he could check A/C compressor thinking another big bill, I described what was up and he said sounds like electrical problem said he could diagnose for 1/2 hour labor called back said it was some thermal switch. I said go ahead and check it out, called back in no time said it indeed was the switch I said go ahead. Once again hundreds of dollars less than what I was expecting. Do a lot of my own stuff but being 76 there some I will pass on water pump being one, I will be back. Awesome customer service, Brett is excellent. I had an awful experience with this shop and would not recommend them to anyone. I brought my car…read morein to have the transmission rebuilt. The owner called me and said it was the worst possible scenario and would cost the highest price they charge. I trusted them and paid the full amount, hoping to have a reliable car again. The car drove once and then wouldn't start. When I called to report the issue, they immediately tried to blame me--saying it must have been something I did. It turned out the computer programming (which they outsourced to another company across the street) was done incorrectly. I had to pay out of pocket to tow my car back to them, and the owner refused to reimburse me, arguing with me the entire time. They kept my car for another full week. When I finally picked it up, it started--but the A/C no longer worked, even though it was working perfectly before. When I called, the owner dismissed it and said it was just a "coincidence" that it went out at the same time. Every time I brought up a concern, he backpedaled to avoid responsibility. Later, a mechanic inspected the A/C and said it looked like parts were broken--right around where they would have installed the battery. On top of that, the incorrect programming kept frying my battery, and I had to buy two replacements. When I got my car back the second time, the brackets for the battery weren't even reinstalled--they were just left on the floor of the car. The final straw was when I noticed greasy, oily handprints all over the inside roof and visor above the driver seat. When I called to ask about it, the owner responded sarcastically with: "You're upset about a little dirt inside the car?" He was incredibly rude, did poor-quality work, broke things, and refused to take accountability for any of it. To this day--five months later--my car still isn't fully repaired. It continues to have issues, but I'm too afraid to bring it back to them even though I have a warranty through their shop. That's how little trust I have in them now. I ended up having to take out a second loan and buy a new car because I had already paid everything I had to fix this one--and they left me with an unreliable mess. This place caused more damage than repair and has zero professionalism or integrity. Avoid them at all costs.

I paid $4544.36, and after FIVE failed repair attempts, my vehicle is still not working properly. 1) Multiple Delays & False Promises: I was told the repair would take one week, but the shop kept delaying it, claiming it would be ready "tomorrow" On 02/11/2025, after waiting nearly three weeks, I went to the shop in person and was told they didn't even have the parts yet. 2) Vehicle Broke Down Immediately After Repair: I got my car back on 02/13/2025, but it broke down immediately and had to be towed back to the shop. They blamed an oil leak for causing an electrical short and "fixed" only for the same thing to happen again the very next day. 3) Misdiagnosis & Unnecessary Repair Charges: After failing to fix the issue, they told me the PCM was bad and quoted me another $1,500. I refused and took my car to another shop for a second opinion. Turns out, the PCM was fine the real issue was a loose ground wire and an improper installation of the transmission 4) Faulty Rebuild Confirmed by a Second Shop: The second shop found that Advanced Transmissions did not properly bolt the transmission back in place, failed to seal it correctly (causing leaks), and left my vehicle shifting worse than before. They recommended another full rebuild, meaning I was charged $5,000 for unnecessary work After showing Advanced Transmissions LLC these findings and requesting a refund, they refused, saying they "did a good job" and that my only option was to bring it back under warranty. Why would I trust them again after FIVE failed attempts? DO NOT trust this shop with your vehicle. They misdiagnose issues, perform sloppy work, and refuse to take responsibility when their repairs fail. If you value your time and money, go somewhere else and I mean anywhere else.

We were given a reasonable quote to do all four brake and rotor sets but when the rears were inspected, they showed me and said there was no need to do the rears as they were in good shape. I called them this morning due to a very loud screeching noise that was coming from my front brakes. I was told to stop by this afternoon, which I did. Of course when I got there, the noise had stopped. Isn't that the way it always happens?! When I arrived, Jonathan greeted me outside, he listened to what the issue was and promptly pulled my vehicle in and put it on the lift. It was discovered that I picked up a rock that got caught in the rotor, resulting in the awful noise. No damage was done, fortunately. I can not tell you how much I appreciated the honesty. He charged me a more than fair rate for the diagnosis....nothing. I certainly wasn't expecting that. This is beyond amazing customer service. Since I was there, I decided to ask about getting a quote on a service another establishment told me that I needed to get done asap, which was quite costly and I wanted to get other quotes before committing. Well, he looked at the issue, did a test and it was determined that what I was told was not even needed (replacement of rear leaking struts). There was nothing leaking and it passed the "bounce test" with flying colors. Jonathan told me he wouldn't even quote it because it wasn't necessary work. Not only did they find our brakes were fine but found the cause of the noise. It turns out we had a screwdrive kick up from the road and was scaping the inside of the wheel.
