Im a collecter. Unfortunately there is only one used MC scrapyard in Phoenix and bobs is definitely miss or hit. I have at least 15 receipts for parts in the last 2 years that ive been coming here. This place is a labyrinth of motorcycle parts. Kind of hard to dig through unfortunately because there's just so many and they're all stacked on top of each other but there's definitely a lot to pick from. Wear some steel toe boots and some shinguards because its easy to get hurt walking around the yards. read more

Been to bobs three times now today the shop ordered the wrong seals for my Honda so it was gonna be another week gave bobs a call an they had seals they put them aside for me an everything now my bike is up an running, once again you guys saved my ass thanks again for always being the go to place for motorcycle parts. I called ahead of time, to make sure they had a part I needed. They said they did. So I drive from Casa Grande, Az. When I get there I'm waiting for 30 minutes, while they are talking to each other about what they are doing tonight -_- After, I'm directed to one person after the other. I finally get to a guy in the back back, and I tell him what I am looking for. He says, "You'll have to look though this pile." A MOUNTAIN OF PLASTICS. He then says, "We don't have any parts for that bike." So I tell him that I was on the phone, earlier, and was told that there was a bike with many parts for it. He then says, " go check the junkyard then." He points me to the model, but a different year, not even with the part that I asked for. Will never go back there. Was a horrible experience. read more

I've spent hours there, digging through frames, sifting through the chaos that is Bob's only to find disappointment. There's really no method to the mayhem but today I finally found the part I needed (needle in a haystack is an understatement). Honestly finding the part was like an archeological dig so when I removed it from it's resting place I couldn't but help the smile that it brought. I took it to the counter only to find out Bob is very proud of his collection even if he doesn't know what he has. His ask for the part was 2X that of several newer, in better condition parts I found on eBay this week. Ones that I don't have to risk injury over. Ones that I don't have to sweat or drive anywhere to get. I told him about the eBay listings and I offered him more than what I could them for there but he responded, "You should buy the one on eBay." I wanted to support the local business but after today I won't be back. It's not worth the hassle. read more

Dooooooo not go here it is a total rip off they told me over the phone a cluster was $50 then when i get there they say ohhhh its $50 for the speedo $50 for the tach and $25 for the brackets and everything else i bought the speedometer because it was a bit of a desperate moment after 2 days it quit working now i cant get them to answer phone calls or emails they will over charge rip you off and take your money this business is nothing more than a sham charging extremely high prices for used low quality oem parts that are mostly just sitting rotting in the sun ps. They tried to charge me $5 for the pastic sleeve that goes around the speedo after dismembering the entire thing in front of me i cant remember the guys name specifically i think it was Johnathan but point being he was very rude unprofessional and his lack or customer service respect (also it has been discovered they have personally written their own reviews on here so much for that rating read more

$20 and 20 minutes to get two tires mounted and balanced, as well as some angled valve stems put in (which I provided.. although they provide regular valve stems at like $1-2/pop). It's really frustrating and very unprofessional to call a phone # to a business 8 to 10 times over the course of 45 minutes during standard business hours and have no answer and each time after 6-8 rings get an error message that says: "I'm sorry,.. but the person you called has a voice mailbox that has not been set up yet. Goodbye!" With that being said, I will say that they do install motorcycle tires for cheap and that they've usually got some good deals on hard to find parts. read more
