Always go there 1st before I order online. It's nice to actually touch and feel merchandise before buying it. I went to put in a slightly wider rear tire on my dirt bike but some tires are metric and others are American standard. I went to see the one that I looked at online on Amazon with a great thread pattern to see in person how wide it was. It was perfect, new and cheaper then amazon! Great business

Endless bike parts! It's like a museum.

This place is a labyrinth of motorcycle parts. Kind of hard to dig through unfortunately because there's just so many and they're all stacked on top of each other but there's definitely a lot to pick from. Wear some steel toe boots and some shinguards because its easy to get hurt walking around the yards.

I don't think you could pay these guys to answer the phone. I have been calling for the past two weeks and not a single answer.

Plus, it's funny to listen to the guys interacting with each other especially when the older ones start going back and forth with the younger ones! A little far for me but definitely worth the drive! 5 stars!!!

"nope, no exceptions period," smiling at me walking out after, also by the way getting completely ripped off on the price, zero accountability here. unprofessional and beyond reasonable. save your time and money and shop anywhere else in the phoenix valley area. never again will you get my or any of my brothers money. you lost several customers. times must be tough for this shop to have a "zero returns" policy. they apparently need every dime they can get to keep the doors open anymore... grade: f

This shop is negligent at best and incompetent at worst. I brought my Honda CBR600RR for a simple…read morewheel removal and re-installation for powder coating through a third party. During wheel installation, they did not follow Honda specification resulting in catastrophic consequences. First, chain tension was set incorrectly causing chain to pop off and lock rear tire almost resulting in an accident. Second, the rear axle was installed backwards. Third, the front axle nut was not set to the correct torque, resulting in lateral play of the axle and failure of both front wheel bearings and damage to the axle. Fourth, the front rotor bolts were cross threaded and overtorqued resulting in sheared bolts and irreparable damage to the wheel and rotors. Now I am spending thousands to replace the wheel, rotors, bearings, axle, and the damaged swingarm from the chain incident. Stick to a reputable shop and avoid this one at all costs. Owner first agreed to reimburse for chain incident then refused to reimburse $618.35 he charged for this wheel job saying the bike must have a been a lemon before I brought it in (which makes no logical sense!). You explain to me how its the bike's fault when the dealer showed me clearly that the wheel was not assembled based on the Honda manual and that all of the torques were wrong, and let me feel the broken bearings, see the sheared and cross threaded bolts, and the damaged wheel. No wonder the bike was unstable and shaking at highway speeds!
