We've previously come to purchase another helmet & Cardo unit, and again to balance a tire--Ryan helped us each time. Overall we ended up getting a helmet, Cardo freecom 4x, riding jacket, and some oil. Was able to utilize my military discount which was nice. Ryan was super patient and knowledgeable.
