I recently picked up a buddies 1998 HD Heritage that has been sitting for a few years. I rode it home from Oregon but it had some issues recently. I looked around and read reviews of shops that would work on, thanks for nothing Harley. I decided to have it towed to Lane Splitters and I'm glad I did. The work is excellent and I appreciated that fixed the bike and did what needed for be done. There were a few more things I was offered to fix, like my low beam lamp, but I decided to fix it myself. This is my third update re: Lane Splitters garage. It is now the 1st week of Dec. & Miguel the owner still refuses to refund my money or buy me the battery that he was instructed to install in my bike. That battery was still under warranty & now costs $135. My bike is still on the charger where it has been for over a month now. I have sent a complaint to the Attorney general's office re: his business practices. IMO a very poor way to run a business & poor way to thank people for using his business! Ginny P. read more

This place is legit! I'm new to the area so I found them on Yelp! I needed a 10k mile tune up. I left a message and the owner, Miguel timely call me back. He was able to get me in the following day. Took it in the morning and picked it up that afternoon. Bike runs sweet! I'll be visiting this garage on all future needs. Oh and he has a tattoo parlor in the front. Wicked cool looking merchandise. Best service I've ever gotten at a shop. I called Brian last week to ask if they could do a weld on kit I bought, without hesitation he told me yes. Everyone else I asked to do wouldn't touch a frame. I brought it in yesterday, they told me they'd have it done by this weekend, which was already super good. Gave me a tour of the entire shop which made me a lot more comfortable with leaving it with them and then this morning they called and had it done. It hadn't even been there for a day. Excellent and quick service. And they did an amazing job on the frame. I cannot speak highly enough of this place. Ps. Daves the man for the job of you ever need anything welded. read more

DO NOT bring your bike here for repairs if you want it in safe riding condition when you leave! Handlebars shifted, shifter fell off and Gas tank was not sealed properly- causing gas to leak- all after 1 week of getting "her" back. Lane Splitters had "her" for 11 weeks (after quoting 9 hours were needed for cosmetic repairs) If I could give 0 stars I would, BRIAN is incompetent and unprofessional. If you are looking for a good shop for your Harley I would recommend IRON HORSE If you want someone to care about you, your safety- and more importantly your bike. read more

Trailered my bike and my girls bike down from Las Vegas. The nightmares I went through trying to get our bikes fixed in Vegas were beyond horrible. I had my wife's 05 Lowrider in to have the cam chain tensioners inspected. When I got home and was looking at my receipt I notice I was charged $34.95 for 1 DS-173228 cam cover gasket. Looking that part number up online MSRP is $8.95 for 1 gasket or $34.95 for a pack of 5. Each motorcycle only requires one. I called the store and explained to the lady who answered the phone what I found. She put me on hold to go talk to the shop. She came back on the phone and told me Brian said that's the price we charge. So I ended up paying 400% over MSRP for a gasket. read more

Let me start off by saying that I am so pleased to be writing this review. Miguel and the rest of the guys at the shop are not only over the top professionals but also an awesome group of guys and it shows with their tremendous customer service. I called them after reading their reviews online because my bike was having electrical issues. Miguel was extremely friendly and told me that he can't promise anything since its a metric and it could be a ton of different things but to bring it down and they'd try their best to fix it for me. I appreciated the fact that he didn't try and over promise and under deliver just to make a quick buck like a lot of shops do. With that said not only did they completely fix my electrical problems they also made some other adjustments which were needed and I didn't even have to ask for. After having my bike back for a week now I can honestly say it's running better then ever! I would recommend these guys to anyone and on a side note the shop is Super cool and they have all kinds of great merchandise. Thanks guys I'll be back! read more
