OK, so we chose this place cause it was closest to our hotel, but man, it proved to be a winner. The customer service was great, from asking us what kind of riding we wanted to do for our 2 hour rental, to getting down to the nitty gritty with detailed maps, all the way to setting up each of our bikes to match each of our body sizes perfectly. A full tutorial on the bikes --- in our case, a couple of like-new electric Aventon Level 3s --- came afterward, so we knew exactly what we were getting onto (and into). The bikes were flawless; nicely equipped (brake lights, hydraulic brakes, plenty of power) comfortable and well built, and our ride down Indian Bend Wash was really good fun, and a great way to see some of the hidden parts of the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. The bikes came with helmets and locks too, and the guys even offered us waters. PedalJetz is a compact outfit, but it's well set-up, with modern equipment and qualified techs, and as a bonus, it's situated pretty close to the aforementioned bike trail. And even after I had a question about the billing a few days later, they got right back to me, so, yea. I do wish they had a bigger selection of smaller bikes, and the website's a bit vague on what you can rent, but that's really just a nitpick -- I'd totally recommend them. read more

Good because ebike rentals were excellent with reasonable pricing Not so good was the attitude of the employees! You can be busy and pleasant if you try! read more

Based on good reviews we drove 2 hours from Prescott to purchase e-bikes. Our $5k buying experience was terrible. When trying to decide on bikes they continually left us alone to take care of their rental customers. My wife and I were amazed at the terrible rude attitudes of both employees. We should have left! If that wasn't bad enough we are 2 hours away and when I called to set up the 100 mile checkup they would not let us schedule a time for the work saying "bring it in and we will see if we can get to it". We were not going to drive 4 hours "to see" if they could do the work. Now having 200 miles on our bikes they needed service for several issues. The mechanic did give us a time to come in but when we got there we waited 45 minutes to check in our bikes as he was busy with bike rentals. Three hours after our 10am appointment we got a call that our bikes were ready. When we got there he pointed to them and said "there they are" and walked away. These two employees have the most rude & nasty attitudes/customer service we have EVER experienced. The positive reviews MUST be coming from rental customers so SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF AGGRAVATION and buy your bikes at a shop that cares about customer service. read more

So much fun! Last minute we decided to rent a couple of e-bikes and I'm so glad we found this spot! They're located across the street from a beautiful, long, paved bike trail. Jordan and Jordan helped us out - were super helpful, friendly and fun. 10/10 recommend! read more

We had a great experience getting set up with 2 Aventon Pace 500 e-bikes with Jordan's help. After checking out a few other e-bike shops in Scottsdale, we stopped here. We immediately appreciated a wider selection of bikes & options and personalized, expert guidance from Jordan. We have rented e-bikes a handful of times and already knew we liked the Aventon Pace bikes, so we were excited to see them available here. Jordan helped us decide which models to get and made the process super smooth. Compeitive pricing on bikes & accessories, fast turnaround, and 10/10 customer service: would recommend PedalJetz to anyone looking to rent or purchase bikes. read more

We rented three e-bikes at the last minute. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. The quality of the bikes was great. Much better than we have experienced in other bike rental shops in our travels. We had a great day seeing the city! We will rent from PedalJetz again next time we are in town. read more

We reserved 8 bikes for a Sunday, when they are closed, someone got sick and couldn't make it, so we rented 7 bikes. Bikes were fun. When we go to pay he charges us for 8 bikes. I ask him why and he says because we made the bike unavailable when we reserved them. I get it if the place is busy, but there are 30 unused bikes in there. Anyway, the owners an ass and was a dick about it. The funny thing is is that I live locally and have friends in town a lot, so the next time I will use someone else to rent from. Seems very shortsighted to me. Anyway he should not have charged us for eight when we are not even in high season. I will not be going back. read more

Pedaljetz made renting an e-bike so easy. Jordan was so welcoming when we first walked in to ask questions. It was our first time ever renting an e-bike. He walked us through the whole process and even came in early so we could get an early start. The location is perfect for renting especially for novice riders or families. You can easily get to the greenway where trails await you. Thanks Jordan for making our first ride a memorable one. We will be back next year as part of our annual trip. read more

I almost went to a different e-bike rental place closer to our hotel but noticed the reviews about customer service were bad so I went here instead and am REALLY glad we did. The guy was super nice and helpful. I was able to do everything on-line beforehand to reserve two bikes, pay, and fill out the waivers on-line to save time so that when we got there, we were able to quickly get our bikes and be on our way. The bikes have a phone holder and water bottle holder and he gives you a bottle of water. Bike helmets are also included no-charge. He takes the time to show you how to use the bike and then gives you great directions (with this huge on-screen interactive map in the store) to the greenway (or wherever you want to go). We lost one of the water bottles (and carrier) and he was really cool about it and didn't charge us even tho we offered to pay. The bikes are in excellent condition- we had no issues at all. But if you do, all you'd have to do is call him and he would come pick you up. Highly recommend. I would definitely rent here again if I come back to Scottsdale. read more

My electric recumbent bike motor went out while on our trip to Az. Disaster averted because we took it to Jordan at PedalJetz E-bikes. Even though it's not a usual bike (recumbent) and not a motor they sell, they were able to fix it. They went the extra mile to deal with the original company, order the parts, and get it back and good to go. I could not be happier with my results. It was a lot of extra effort and time on their part for which we are very grateful. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. read more

Oh my goodness, this place is awesome for Electric Bikes! Great customer service, fantastic rental prices, quality electric bikes. You won't find nicer people who really love serving their community. Kind employees. The owner is a wonderful Gentleman. We rode these electric, pedal assisted bikes all over Old Scottsdale, up and down the Green Belt through all the parks, stopped for lunch, stopped for coffee, rode through Arcadia. SO MUCH FUN!! Plan an amazing day of biking in Scottsdale. You will LOVE it. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION for this business!! read more

My family and I were visiting AZ and decided to try PedalJetz - we cannot recommend them enough! The bikes worked perfectly, but the men working were top notch. They were friendly, informational, professional, and so helpful. They gave us instructions for the bikes, the best route for what we were looking for, free waters for our adventure, and anything else we needed. Cannot recommend them enough! I've been meaning to write this review for the last week & a half. I cannot go to explain what a great experience this was! My bf & I were staying at a local hotel down the street & wanted to get out and do something fun. We decided to rent e-bikes. We called & Jordan was very helpful on the phone & in person. After the call we headed right over 20 minutes later! Super nice guy! We decided to rent the bikes for 2 hours. Also, the prices were great! Not to forget to mention, he also let us use the bikes for an extra hour & a half free! We also had no idea where we were going to ride too & Jordan recommend a nice paved bike trail. We were provided water before our ride & the phone holder attached was really helpful too. After we returned the other Jordan was SO nice. I was SO hot and not use to that Arizona heat. He gave us some water which was nice because I thought I was going to pass out haha. He recommended some great places to go out & eat. After we left he said to call back anytime we want to do this again & that they can look us up in their system. Such a GREAT experience & I will definitely be coming back next to I'm in Arizona! 11/10 experience! :) read more

My son and I spent Spring Break in Scottsdale and decided to rent e-bikes on our last full day to see more of the unseen while in town. We luckily found PedalJetz and couldn't have been happier. We didn't make a reservation in advance and were able to walk in, welcomed by Jordan, who is the absolute friendliest and helpful co-owners. He quickly got locked in and on our way to venture around. The bikes were extremely comfortable, easy and reliable. Above all, the customer service which was so warm and welcoming would bring me back to renting again and again from PedalJetz. If I could give 10 stars I would! Big thank you Jordan!! p.s. Go Dubs read more

While visiting phoenix I researched e-bikes online for an Aventon dealer.Pedaljetz was listed as having the bike I was interested in. Jordan ( sales mgr) met me at the door and told me about the bike and made sure that it was the right bike for me. He went in-depth on the features of the bike and others similar to it. I went on a test ride and decided to purchase. He assured me Aventon was a great company and how they covered their warranty claims. Jordan assisted me with loading the bike in my truck, gave me his card and even though I was from out of town, he would help me with any issues that could come up. I would definitely recommend Pedaljetz and Jordan. Awesome doing business with them. read more

I used Yelp and sent out some estimate requests for "Mobile Bike Repair" businesses in the area and Jordan @ PedalJetz was one of the first to get to me, had availability within 2 days and followed up with me with thorough communications from start to finish. I have a rental property in the Old Town Scottsdale area, and my current guests wanted to use our 4 Cruiser bikes - perfect time of year, so yeah! But my bone-head had not checked them prior to their arrival (as no one really used them for the last year) and I (and my guests) found that 2 had flats and some others needed some adjustments. Jordan came me an estimate with very fair rates and suggestions. He was on-time, quick and made it all super convenient and easy for me and my guests. I even got a text from my guests about an hour later saying "The bikes are MUCH better and more comfortable to ride, thank you!" I will definitely be asking for their help again as I am sure I will need their help again soon, but also recommending them to my clients w/ bikes. Thanks again Jordan for all of your help, I appreciate you! read more

I cannot say enough about this e-bike business! Jordan took care of a warranty problem for a bike that wasn't even purchased from his shop, and got the manufacturer to send a replacement very quickly. Terrific service! He has a broad selection of e-bikes available and I will definitely buy my wife's bike from him when we are ready for that purchase. Highly recommended!!! read more

Love the service at Pedaljetz! On 2 occasions my ebike has needed service and even though my bike was not purchased from them they have come to the rescue to replace the display control panel. Excellent service and pricing. Today the handlebar clasp would not lock so I could ride it. The mechanic came out to my car with a small tool and tightened the clasp and I was back in business to make the ride with friends and did not charge. You made my day. I appreciate having a bike shop with great service willing to help. read more

Brought in my son's e-bike for crank arm repairs and a flat tire. Expecting a lengthy and expensive process. Jordan, could not have been more accommodating and honest. His mechanic (also Jordan), was able to rethread one of the arms (after I authorized the purchase of a new one) and saved $$ and time! They also tuned up the entire bike and had it ready in half the projected timeline. This business and these people are legit, honest and "real". A pleasure these days. I would highly recommend, and above all, trust PedalJetz. read more

We are visiting Scottsdale and wanted to rent bikes. My husband has some physical limitations, we meet with Jordan to ensure comfort and safety. He is so attuned to the needs of each biker! I would recommend this business to anyone wanting to ride. Many thanks to Jordan and the well-run business! read more

Great bikes and really friendly service. Would definitely rent an e-bike from these guys again.

Went in looking to see about an eBike. Met Jordon, who was talking to my wife while I tested the bike. Wow, I really liked it, and bought it. Asked Jordan to have a basket and better inter tubes installed when it gets in. Got a nice discount, and bike was ready as promised. Great friendly people at this store. read more

My young adult son and I were looking for a fun activity to do while he was in town for Thanksgiving so we decided to go rent e-bikes. PedalJetz was the right place to go. We were in and out in 5 minutes. They showed us a huge map of how to get to Tempe Town Lake and off we went. We had a super fun 2 hours of seeing parts of Scottsdale and Tempe that you only can see on a bike. The guy that helped us out (he had lived in Austin,TX and Tucson) was super friendly and helpful! The best customer service anywhere. We have been shopping around for a couple of E-bikes and these guys are very knowledgeable, professional and polite. I went to three different bike shops, looking for an e-bike for a festival. I ended up purchasing my bike today from this shop for a few different reasons. The main reason was Jordan the salesman who helped us, he was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and genuine. By far the best customer service amongst the shops I went too. Another reason was the bike shop was clean, organized, and they had a lot of different options and styles in comparison to the other two shops. I found a bike that is perfect for me and will be getting it serviced at this shop as well. I love supporting small business, especially when they're passionate and do right by the customer highly recommend! read more
