DING DING - add another 5 Stars to my review. These guys are great. Saved my butt after I tried to install a bed extender on my new Kawasaki KRX1000 and well the MFG instructions suck. In case you own one or plan on getting one - DONT mess with the ROPS (roll cage) (( BIG LESSON LEARNED)) anyway, I dropped it off to Pro Motorsports - Clayton looked it over and said he was pretty sure they could get it together - Damn 10AM Monday he calls and its OK it's all set..... I took my jet ski in to have a normal service on it. During that process a broken spark plug caused the head to be removed. It's a very expensive repair, so instead of just billing me the 1000.00 or more Clayton called me and told me what had happened then let me know that he couldn't tell if it was on him or me. So he chose to cover it and not charge me. Just shocked that a shop would actually put me first. So I wish I could give them 10 stars!!! Shitty place, shitty work, and even shittier customer service. I'll get straight to the point paid over $300 for my carbs to be rebuilt, and got ONLY "2" new floater cap screws. The carbs kept overflowing at the top of the floater cap. I'm a disabled combat amputee, I was hospitalized due to reconstruction surgery and couldn't pick up carbs. I asked my brother to pick up the carbs from PM, because I received a voicemail that I was being billed storage fees for two carburetors. I figured they would have some sympathy and told my brother to explain my medical condition, but no luck which is okay I understand business is business. Months later after I was physically capable of rebuilding the quad I find the carb were still leaking. I disassembled once more to inspect the work, and come to find out all the screws on the floater cap were loose. I opened up the carbs and all jets were still the original ones, how do I know? Well, I nicked the main jets while over tightening years ago. I called to ask what happened to rebuilding the carbs as they promised and and also told Clayton what I found. They told me it was months ago and they stated that they didn't guarantee there work if whole unit wasn't brought in. They told me to bring the quad to the shop and they wouldn't charge me full price for rework. Clayton also stated based on what I found that he thought the top floater cap o-ring was the culprit. I'm sorry, but please explain how an o-ring is the culprit unless you hadn't replaced all the jets, o-rings, needed, and rebuilt the carburetors. He said again to bring bike in because they didn't warranty work off the unit, I understand the clause, I'm disabled not retarded, but as a company you should stand behind your work. You are asking me to load the bike and take to PM and rob me of more money to dissemble and redo. Are you seriously expecting a Handicapped one legged dude to load a quad onto a truck to take back to you, to fix your Shitty work? You should have made it right by sending your free mobile pickup because I'm within 15miles radius. I didn't even want to argue, I went to AEO on Lake Pleasant Rd and bought the rebuild kit and did the work myself. I replaced all o-rings, gaskets, jets, needles in couple hours and spent 1/3 of the price from PM. I'd like my money back for the shitty work please. Find my number on the receipt and give me a shout when you're ready for me to collect my reimbursement. You can keep the storage fee, I'm all about supporting local shops, but Take my advise stay away, not worth the headache. read more

I took my 06 Suzuki LTR 450 here for a top end rebuild. A little more digging and turned out I needed an entire engine rebuild. Even with the hiccup the shop was super professional and up front about everything. Labor cost, part pricing and even timeline. The turn around time was incredible considering the shop before couldn't even look at my quad within the time these guys completely fixed it! They disconnected my radiator hose from the engine then forgot to retighten it when finished. The result was it popped off the first time it was hot and scalded a large area of my son's leg. Big urgent care and follow up doctor bill. The hose did not break - it popped off because the clamp was completely loose. Not cool. read more

Made an appointment to drop off my wheels to have them mounted and balanced, while I waited. Run Away! I scheduled engine service and low beam headlight replacement for a GL1500 Gold Wing. Bike was picked up no charge. A couple days later I was told it needed both carburetors rebuilt. Fine- it was running about 85% and I want it correct. A week later I was told there was a parts issue. aa week after that there was another excuse. After the third week I was told it was ready and I went in and rode it. It was now much worse than before but I was told it would be made right. Another week later I test ride with zero change. Pro Motorsports management insisted three different guys rode it and they all say it was fine. Liars or idiots! I was given a full refund(the only reason for 2 stars) and took the bike home. I commuted to work on it for few days. It now felt about 25% and went from 36 mpg to 19. I scheduled the bike with another shop(D&D in Tempe- highly recommended) who did another full carb rebuild. It now runs as it should. The list of errors by Pro Motorsports was too extensive to list here but included reused parts when charged for new and reinstalling a filthy air filter. Save your machine and a major headache and go somewhere else. read more

I was out of town and my bother in-law borrowed my Honda PWC. He had trouble saying it was taking on water. So he brought it to this place to have it looked at before I got home. Pro Motorsports pulled the engine out for some reason (maybe to check the hull better). No leaks were found at this point they decided to strip the engine down bare anything that could be unbolted was. This was a perfectly running Honda before this, and it was water in the hull issue, not a running problem. After all this they tell my brother-in-law he needs a new engine and possibly a new turbo and he was quoted $8,000.00. My brother -in-law went and removed the machine from Pro Motorsports and brought it home. I now have a Honda PWC in boxes that was a running machine before these people decided to rip it apart. Pro Motorsports should have never done this if they didn't know anything about the Honda PWC. Pro Motorsports should have just turned the job away. Although Pro Motorsports were nice to my brother-in-law, I would not recommend that you even bring your hamster wheel to them for a grease job!! To top it all off they forgot to return the battery when he went to get it they didn't even know which one was his!!! read more
