I have been taking my machines to Pro Motorsports for years, great customer service and extremely fair, honest, and reliable service. Prices are better than most and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend! read more

My sons quad was not working properly. We took it to Pro Motor Sports and they did a great job fixing the issue. They are very knowledgeable and did excellent work. It was nearby which was great! read more

Brought them my r6 for new tires and happy about the quality of work and customer service doesn't begin to describe how good of a job they did. Would highly recommend. read more

Good guys and fast service! Brought my Suzuki for an oil change. They finished in less than an hour! An oil change is easy, or should be. Sometime in the future my ride will need some other work. That's when they'll have a chance to earn the fifth star. read more

DING DING - add another 5 Stars to my review. These guys are great. Saved my butt after I tried to install a bed extender on my new Kawasaki KRX1000 and well the MFG instructions suck. In case you own one or plan on getting one - DONT mess with the ROPS (roll cage) (( BIG LESSON LEARNED)) anyway, I dropped it off to Pro Motorsports - Clayton looked it over and said he was pretty sure they could get it together - Damn 10AM Monday he calls and its OK it's all set..... I was shocked!!! damn already? Figured I'd have them do the initial service while it was there, picked it up yesterday - beautiful work!!!! Now I need to head out on the trails.. see what this puppy can do. And Pro Motorsports - you got me as a customer for life now - thanks to all you guys!! Seriously you are the best!! read more

Pro Motorsports AZ - Motorcycle Repair Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Communication, integrity, trust, speed, and fair pricing. I have walked into those big name dealerships only to have the team seem irritated by your presence. NOT at Pro Motorsports, they are passionate about what they do and friendly. The team at Pro Motorsports, provided consistent updates on both of the quads I brought in. They explained what the repair was while providing options. That provided me with a strong sense of trust. The prices were more than fair and the repairs were completed faster than I expected. read more

Great shop. Was a little worried about bringing in my Sport bike (ZX14) but these guys were all over it. Fork seals / oil change no problem. They made sure everything was perfect. read more

ProMotorsports is MY motorcycle dealer. They are reasonable, accommodating and eager to please. As far as I'm concerned, there is only one cycle pro shop in the Phoenix area...Pro Motorsports. Harold Wieland read more

Great service. These guys take care of their customers. Best shop for motorsports repair I have found.

I recently had my bike picked up by Pro Motorsports AZ as I couldn't get it to start. Great all around experience which is rare these days. Everyone was friendly, professional and timely. I would definetly recommend to anyone in need of quality work on their bike. read more

These guys are great. Fast friendly and fair, only place we'll take our stuff to get repaired!

Pro Motorsports has worked on my Fatboy twice now. The first time it barely ran and when it did, it ran really rough. After getting it back my bike started and ran like it was brand new. The second time was to make a few minor adjustments which they did exactly as I had requested to my specifications. Another feature I like about PMAZ, is both time they serviced my bike, they pick it up from my home and deliver when they were done on the date they said would. read more

Great shop. They did some much-needed repair on my Sea-Doo boat and did a great job! Clayton kept me in the loop the entire time. Highly recommended! read more

These guys are excellent mechanics, I highly recommend them off you need work on your RZR. Fair priced and honest

I took my jet ski in to have a normal service on it. During that process a broken spark plug caused the head to be removed. It's a very expensive repair, so instead of just billing me the 1000.00 or more Clayton called me and told me what had happened then let me know that he couldn't tell if it was on him or me. So he chose to cover it and not charge me. Just shocked that a shop would actually put me first. So I wish I could give them 10 stars!!! I'm very impressed and will recommend everyone I can. read more

Shitty place, shitty work, and even shittier customer service. I'll get straight to the point paid over $300 for my carbs to be rebuilt, and got ONLY "2" new floater cap screws. The carbs kept overflowing at the top of the floater cap. I'm a disabled combat amputee, I was hospitalized due to reconstruction surgery and couldn't pick up carbs. I asked my brother to pick up the carbs from PM, because I received a voicemail that I was being billed storage fees for two carburetors. I figured they would have some sympathy and told my brother to explain my medical condition, but no luck which is okay I understand business is business. Months later after I was physically capable of rebuilding the quad I find the carb were still leaking. I disassembled once more to inspect the work, and come to find out all the screws on the floater cap were loose. I opened up the carbs and all jets were still the original ones, how do I know? Well, I nicked the main jets while over tightening years ago. I called to ask what happened to rebuilding the carbs as they promised and and also told Clayton what I found. They told me it was months ago and they stated that they didn't guarantee there work if whole unit wasn't brought in. They told me to bring the quad to the shop and they wouldn't charge me full price for rework. Clayton also stated based on what I found that he thought the top floater cap o-ring was the culprit. I'm sorry, but please explain how an o-ring is the culprit unless you hadn't replaced all the jets, o-rings, needed, and rebuilt the carburetors. He said again to bring bike in because they didn't warranty work off the unit, I understand the clause, I'm disabled not retarded, but as a company you should stand behind your work. You are asking me to load the bike and take to PM and rob me of more money to dissemble and redo. Are you seriously expecting a Handicapped one legged dude to load a quad onto a truck to take back to you, to fix your Shitty work? You should have made it right by sending your free mobile pickup because I'm within 15miles radius. I didn't even want to argue, I went to AEO on Lake Pleasant Rd and bought the rebuild kit and did the work myself. I replaced all o-rings, gaskets, jets, needles in couple hours and spent 1/3 of the price from PM. I'd like my money back for the shitty work please. Find my number on the receipt and give me a shout when you're ready for me to collect my reimbursement. You can keep the storage fee, I'm all about supporting local shops, but Take my advise stay away, not worth the headache. read more

These guys are SO professional and did a great job on my Polaris Razor 900. Clayton was super helpful and kept me updated with every charge, installation ex. I took my 06 Suzuki LTR 450 here for a top end rebuild. A little more digging and turned out I needed an entire engine rebuild. Even with the hiccup the shop was super professional and up front about everything. Labor cost, part pricing and even timeline. The turn around time was incredible considering the shop before couldn't even look at my quad within the time these guys completely fixed it! Would highly recommend to anyone and will continue coming back. read more

Absolutely amazing customer service and prices! One of the best shops on this side of town. They accidentally scuffed my bike, something I would not have noticed even, and the manager immediately brought it to my attention and offered to fix it with no issue at all. Definitely will be returning here again. read more

Pro Motorsports is awesome. If you're looking for excellent service, expertise, and honest work, look no further. These guys are on top of their game and provide superb service. Clayton is very thorough and takes the time to walk you through all options when having your bike serviced. I've gone here for years, and never been disappointed. Best Service ever!!! They are reasonably priced and go above and beyond to take care of you. They even pick up and deliver for free if within a certain mileage. I have gone to a local shop that lost their Kawasaki repairman. I am so glad I read the yelp reviews and went to PRO Motorsports. Very professional and do what they say they will do!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND read more

They disconnected my radiator hose from the engine then forgot to retighten it when finished. The result was it popped off the first time it was hot and scalded a large area of my son's leg. Big urgent care and follow up doctor bill. The hose did not break - it popped off because the clamp was completely loose. Not cool. read more

The only place I will take my work! Good guys but it's all about the details and these guys care about the work that they do. I have worked on the factory level in R&D for over 20 years and it is nice to find a company that thinks like I do. Don't waste your money or time elsewhere. read more

Appointment at 11 am to install 2 new tires,3 and half hours later ,refused to give me a 4 mile ride home. Not a pleasant experience.

Really nice staff. Good to chat with. Got my tire valve replaced quickly and were courteous enough to call to tell me they were going to have to cut the plastidip around my wheel weights where some other places might have done it without asking. Definitely coming back. read more

Ordered a pair of Michelin Anakee tires for my bike. They arrived in short order at a very competitive price. Made an appointment to drop off my wheels to have them mounted and balanced, while I waited. Clayton was waiting for me, took my wheels and they did a great job mounting and balancing them. read more

Run Away! I scheduled engine service and low beam headlight replacement for a GL1500 Gold Wing. Bike was picked up no charge. A couple days later I was told it needed both carburetors rebuilt. Fine- it was running about 85% and I want it correct. A week later I was told there was a parts issue. aa week after that there was another excuse. After the third week I was told it was ready and I went in and rode it. It was now much worse than before but I was told it would be made right. Another week later I test ride with zero change. Pro Motorsports management insisted three different guys rode it and they all say it was fine. Liars or idiots! I was given a full refund(the only reason for 2 stars) and took the bike home. I commuted to work on it for few days. It now felt about 25% and went from 36 mpg to 19. I scheduled the bike with another shop(D&D in Tempe- highly recommended) who did another full carb rebuild. It now runs as it should. The list of errors by Pro Motorsports was too extensive to list here but included reused parts when charged for new and reinstalling a filthy air filter. Save your machine and a major headache and go somewhere else. read more

Awesome service and great turn around time. I dropped off my Ktm 990 wheels for some new rubber and hoping they could balance them due to the rims being pretty beaten up from riding off-road. Bike is running smoother then ever on the street now!! Great price and friendly service. Highly recommended. read more

Highly satisfied with Pro Motorsport. Very courteous and friendly staff. They resolved the issue in a timely manner. In fact the part was overnighted to meet my deadline. Prices are very reasonable. I will definitely use them again. read more

I was out of town and my bother in-law borrowed my Honda PWC. He had trouble saying it was taking on water. So he brought it to this place to have it looked at before I got home. Pro Motorsports pulled the engine out for some reason (maybe to check the hull better). No leaks were found at this point they decided to strip the engine down bare anything that could be unbolted was. This was a perfectly running Honda before this, and it was water in the hull issue, not a running problem. After all this they tell my brother-in-law he needs a new engine and possibly a new turbo and he was quoted $8,000.00. My brother -in-law went and removed the machine from Pro Motorsports and brought it home. I now have a Honda PWC in boxes that was a running machine before these people decided to rip it apart. Pro Motorsports should have never done this if they didn't know anything about the Honda PWC. Pro Motorsports should have just turned the job away. Although Pro Motorsports were nice to my brother-in-law, I would not recommend that you even bring your hamster wheel to them for a grease job!! To top it all off they forgot to return the battery when he went to get it they didn't even know which one was his!!! read more
