I walked into the new AZ dealer excited to have another option for my moto needs. I walked in used the rest room then walked the store to look at inventory. I counted three parts guys 1 salesman on the floor and another employee in a clear glass corner office. Not a Welcome in Not a can we help you Not even an acknowledgement HUGE let down! Im in the market for another sport bike and new H2SXS. I seen the H2 SXS but had zero help and no prices on them. I walked in excited and ready to purchase a sport bike and sxs I walked out let down and disappointed. Staff to busy looking at computer screens and cell phones . I get it if you actually had customers in the store and helping them but I literally was the only person in the show room. Great job AEO AZ read more

Showed up at this place looking for some info on a Husqvarna purchase, and worked with Joe (along with some other guys). They were all very helpful, informative, and patient with my questions. I would definitely visit this place again, and recommend if you're looking for a low-key, no pressure environment. read more

These guys are always professional and personable. From the front staff to service, they get it done. Their service is prompt and communication is great. Sad to see them leave from my side of town. But growing too big for where you're at is always a good thing for business. read more

AEO defines what a motocross enthusiast shop should be. Not bogged down with UTV sales, corporate fees, and robot salespeople. I've been buying bikes and parts from Austin, trusted Sonic with my bike work, and had Joe do my REP suspension from day one. I don't ask what the price is, I walk in and Austin has the bike ready and I know the price is honest. I don't need to look or negotiate, they treat you like family without asking. Joe in Peoria knows they bikes and these AZ tracks, drop a WP Pro 6500 cartridge in the forks and let him do his thing. Sonic in Mesa and his boys will dial in anything needed. thanks for setting the bar high every experience. read more

I needed a wheel balanced and they said they are first come first serve and can get it done in 2 days so I picked them over a competitor who was cheaper. I called them after 3 days and they said it hasn't been touched yet. That is okay, things take longer than expected sometimes. I called another 2 days later and they said they still haven't touched it. Will be done by end of day. 2 days later they said the same thing Another 3 days go by and they said that they just got another job that is bigger than a wheel balance, so they are working on that instead. I said "so you aren't first come first serve...bigger jobs get priority" "Yeah under some circumstances yes" read more

If ya know ya know and this is the go to place. Powersports shops, for the average guy like myself, are notorious for being an unpleasant experience if you don't know everything about bikes already. These guys, and in particular Chris, are amazing. He sat on the phone with me for probably 20 mins explaining things and another 30 mins when I came in the store. I was so surprised at how friendly everyone there was. Now I get why everyone recommends this place. They have my business for life now. Thank you! read more

Took a set of tires for my RZR to have removed and replaced. Dropped them off close to closing time for next day service. Message received shortly after noon that they were ready to pick up. 3 other shops could not fit me in for a week. These guys are great and fast. Can tell they enjoy what they do. Keep up the great attitudes and service! read more

How is there no reviews for this place? I just picked up my kids quad from here after having them service it. They took a whole 3 days to finish it and it looks and runs GREAT! Hell, it even looks new! Way impressed with the work they did and the recommendations they made. This is a little place near QT just north of Union Hills on 83 Avenue. It is not a huge place but they have extra storage in back to secure everything while they work on all the toys. They have a good selection of parts and gear for any recreation vehicle you can think of. It is super clean and the service is pretty good to. Most of all they are close to me so I dont have to drive to BFE just to get quality service. read more

Found these guys via Troy Lee Designs website. I was looking for a TLD Shock Doctor chest protector and they had a great selection in stock made me totally happy because I called several other places in the valley before I found AEO and no one else even had any TLD gear in stock. I absolutely love to buy local when the stuff I want is in stock. The place was immaculate and everything seemed to be the same price as online stores. This is a Mid size store chock full of goodies and the staff was great. 3 nice guys acknowledged me at different times to see if I needed help. Each one was super nice. I felt very welcome and there was several conversations going on. The others customers were really engaged. I ended up buying my chest protector. Best most protective one I've ever worn! The TLD Shock Doctor is in my opinion the best protection on the market. Hands down. It's light, strong and really well built. Once it's on you don't even feel it's there but you feel super safe and confident. I researched and tried on several others over the past month and this was the best pick. Go try one out. :) read more

Jeremy, Josh & the entire work staff have been wonderful to work with. Very professional, and don't push sales at all. They helped with my moto bikes, RZRs and now e-mountain bike! I'm a customer for as long as they are in business. read more

AEO is the Answer. Their staff is very knowledgeable and and willing to help you with whatever you need. They have a lot to choose from when it comes to gear and whatever fluids your bike is thirsty for. I recommend super-tech if you have a 2-stroke. Joe was patient as I had to pick out several new parts for my bike. I know I've also worked with Chris at the front desk as he was very helpful as well. I'll definitely continue to use AEO as they have never let me down. read more

I took my bike here twice now to get some work done and they take way longer than they say they will. My bike has been in their shop for over two weeks now and they said it would only take a week and a half at most to get it done. When I called they said it's gonna be another two weeks before it's done. Whenever I go into there shop all the workers are chillin in the front not doing shit. After this I will never be back to again read more

We had dropped off 2 ATVs. for the first one it was under 500$ for parts and maintenance/labor Which was fine. But then it took them over 4 months to fix it. we drove it one time and started experiencing a leak in the transmission so we brought it back. they wanted to charge us a little under 500$ again for parts and labor on the first ATV which was outrageous, since we had just gotten it done, and could have been due to the lack of labor. when we had contacted them to see what exactly we could do or work out, they were rude and hesitant on the fact that we had to pay that amount. The second ATV cost over 800$ to fix and we have yet to ride that one to see if there are any problems. read more

Seen them at ACP many times, finally stopped into the store, asked about a few things and GET THIS!. They didn't try to upsale me on anything!!. Gave me very truthful answers!. Got my rim fixed for $50(broke two spokes). That's a damn good price!. Thanks guys!! Well worth the drive from buckeye!. Hell of a lot better than "Cycle gear"... read more

Excellent experience. Purchased a new '20 500exc-f and had the suspension sprung & valved to my needs. The entire team, Jeremy, Taylor, Sam, Ray, Mark and several others were fantastic. Need a new front tire for my R6. Didn't know these guys are primarily dirt bike oriented but they carry sport bike tires. Most shops I called wanted me too bring my front wheel in. This place told me bring the bike they'll take it off balance it and mount it for me. I paid less here than any other shop I called. They can also order parts for sport bikes to. This gonna be my primary shop from now on. Brandon was super helpful. Thanks again guys. read more

I have been a costumer of AEO for 10 years now, so here is my review. If you're a up and coming racer they have always been quick and diligent about getting parts or repairing anything needed for my bike. I have recommended a lot of people to AEO and later asked how there experience was, every time has been positive. Everyone at Aeo cares about what they do and love what they do. read more

My wife Susan and I purchased a used 2012 RZR 900 4 seater. This is our first side by side. We have owned quite a few ATV's and motorcycles. The 900 had 40 hours on it so I figured it would be a good idea to get it serviced (plus a street legal kit). A friend recommended AEO POWERSPORTS. I called and talked to Brandon and he said bring it on in. Dropped it off on a wed afternoon had it back for the weekend. When I picked it up the mechanic (without me asking) went over the machine with me showing me where to check all the fluids filters etc. before I drove away Jeremy walked outside to say hi and make sure I was well taken care of. I highly recommend these guys. Great service. Great attitudes. read more

They always have what I need for my RZR or they point me in the right direction. Service is prompt and of high quality. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I cannot say enough about the customer service of Joe and Jeremy. I have had the suspension done on a couple bikes with great results and even fine tuned at the track. More recently I found bearings and a race in the oil screen of my Yamaha these guys knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in record time as I was leaving for Camp RZR. I was notified by phone every step of the way of the progress and roughly the cost. If you need work on any offroad machines I highly recommend AEO! read more

I wish I could say that I had great service, but after purchase of a Yamaha 2007, which was a super purchase, AEO Powersports has not been willing to assist with providing me CLEAR TITLE to the bike. After many phone calls, they told me it was my problem and to call the person on the title they provided to sort it out myself. I paid to get the phone number online and found out the person on the title sold the bike over 6 years ago, so they cannot help me even get a duplicate title that I can transfer into my name. The Staff has been unwilling and unable to provide me with CLEAR TITLE to the bike I paid full price for. Not sure whether to return the bike even though I love it. Everyone at the Title Company and the MVD have informed me that it is up to the dealership to provide CLEAR TITLE. It is not my responsibility as the buyer. read more
