This place is shady. Unless your buying cash(even that is a far reach) do not try and get a bike from this place. They are thirsty to get your information and pull your credit(which as a pre-qualification to see what I would be approved for roughly was a HARD INQUIRY through hundreds of banks)They shut you down if you have bad credit(even though they advertise they can get "you" approved even with a 400 credit score.) Then the owner is going to come out and tell "you" to get a CPN number and try applying again?? Which for 1- my credit score was way over a 400 and 2- when I googled CPN, it came back as illegal because CPN are stolen social security numbers. I often eat at the new Haymaker on Thunderbird and noticed a Harley shop across the parking lot. They had some razors for sale, so I decided to stop in. My 9 year old daughter who just finished chemo for a very rare cancer that almost took her, has been begging for a razor. We didn't want to buy one just yet due to our finances but I stopped in to look anyway. I spoke to the owner and she was so friendly and helpful. I shared my daughters story with her and she was teary eyed, she shared her brothers story with me as well. She showed me a couple of razors and said she would be getting in more. She called me a few days later and said she found the perfect one for us. I went down to look at it and she was so happy to help us, she gave us an AMAZING deal on it and could not wait to see my daughter when we picked it up. Applied online for a Seadoo on May 19. Stopped by their office in May 20, as I had not received a phone call. Was told Martin would call me in the morning. Did not receive a phone call. In fact, in 10 days, I've not received a single phone call to follow up on my application. I've called them every morning. I inquired what finance company they were using and was told America First. I contacted America First and they had no record of my SSN, which means that an app had not been submitted on my behalf. When I contacted 1 Stop Harley Davidson to let them know, their excuse was that they wouldn't have that information until we had been approved. That is baloney. I have been in finance for 27 years and you can search a system by an ssn and view the status of an application (which America First confirmed). Each day I was told I would "for sure" get a call the next day. As I said, not one single call. They made excuses such as the bank was "too busy with PPP loans", again, I'm in finance...processed literally hundreds of PPP loans, still have to work on new business. America First told me that their application turn time was 24-36 hours. Excluding the Memorial Day Holiday and weekend, today is the 7th business day. I was told directly by 1 Stop Harley that an application can take up to 4 business days. Hello? We are on day 7! I have fair credit and can get approved at a bigger dealership, but wanted to give a local business a chance. They had a decent price that fit our needs. I went to one stop Harley and purchased a $12,000 bike and it has been in the shop 4 times because it won't stop leaking. The bike is a custom bike but still should not be leaking. The owner Veronica will not let me have a refund because "it's to late and sometimes these little things happen." I purchased it under a month ago and have rode it twice cause it has been in the shop the whole time. These guys sell crap and rip you off! Bought a bike from these guys paid cash 14k to be exact they wouldn't budge on the price at all even when I had cash in hand 14k bought the bike anyways.. second ride on the bike and it started acting funny slipping out of gears, didn't have the right amount of oil running really low which is not good, throttle body was dirty than a motherfucker never once cleaned and was stalling when idling, asked if the bike had been drop or in a accident and 3 of their employees told me no but it was had visible scraps and damages to the primary underside and front forks, back tire had a nail in it which I had to replace myself, nuts and bolts were loose and missing in important spots, front wheel was a spoke wheel and wasn't true couple of the spokes were loose which is very dangerous. Riser off the forks which hold your handlebars we're loose as well, pretty much these guys get bikes do a quick flip and they don't put anything into the bike or check the important stuff BE VERY WEARY OF BUYING ANY THING OFF THESE GUYS they don't budge on price and they put no effort into any bikes I could of seriously been hurt if I didn't check and do the routine maintenance that should've already been done on the bike to begin with take your hard earn money else where.. pretty much had to dump a bunch of money to make the bike safe and reliable read more

Worst Place to buy a motorcycle or side by side. I wanted to go to a smaller dealer because I support small businesses. Boy was that a mistake. I purchased a used bike for $17,000. I was told by Veronica my bike would be delivered the next day. I waited three days before the bike was delivered. Each day I would text Veronica and she would tell me it would be delivered that afternoon. Afternoon would come and no bike and no phone call or text message. The next day I would finally get in touch with her and it was the same excuse something came up. Well I finally received my bike. I went on a 20 minute ride and oil started pouring out of the air filter. I parked the bike in the garage and notified Veronica and send a video of the bike. The next day came and no phone call or text. So I called the shop and got a hold of her. She said they would pick up the bike that day and get the bike fixed for free. So again I waited for them to pick the bike up. No show and no call. That happened again for another three days until they finally came to pick the bike up. Mechanic found out that the oil was to full and some needed to be taken out. The battery was also dead and he fixed that. Once bike was fixed I ask when it would be delivered to my house. I work late and have a work truck so i cant pick it up myself. Veronica told me the next day. Well another three days went by with no shows and no calls. When I finally got a hold of her she told me that I should just go pick it up myself and there was nothing wrong with the bike. That's when I lost it...... I told her to forget it and I will figure out getting the bike myself. I let her know her communication and customer service skills were the worst i have ever seen in a company. I have been in the customer service industry for most of my life and have never experience anything this bad. Buying a vehicle should be a happy experience. One Stop Harley turned it into a nightmare. I would highly recommend going to a bigger dealer or buying off a private seller. I am all for small business. Just not this business........ read more

My husband has had his bike for a little over 3 months, the first month it was in the shop for many, many issues but the only one fixed was the "fuel" problem; which was never completely fixed. Within the week of getting it back from the first shop the clutch had to be replaced which we had to pay out of pocket since the new finance company didn't accept the warranty and an assessment was done on it letting us know all kinds of problems that are actually wrong with this bike; which are more than the bike is worth. Now it's been sitting in a shop for almost another month for issues that should have been fixed prior to ever putting out for sale. In actuality he's not been able to truly ride this bike and we're making payments on something just sitting in a shop for repairs we shouldn't have to be paying for.
