Poor mechanical workmanship at RIDENOW for Can Am Spyder RT LTD…read more We asked RIDENOW to install aftermarket lights on the bike to allow better visibility of our bike by others around us (especially at night). We were told to purchase the kits and they would install them. Service adviser, Kris P. Olivas, gave us an estimate, of $800-900 to install all of the lights. Once the work was started, they called and asked that I accept a higher estimate stating they needed to increase the estimate to $1300; which was paid two days later after bike was competed. Approximately two weeks later the bike was returned to the shop because the lights stopped working from wires that were installed exposed under the bottom of the. RIDENOW Powersports indicated we would have to pay an additional $631 for the repair which was paid to get the bike out of the shop even though the damage was due to the lights initially installed incorrectly. We took the bike to an independent mechanic because the wires were still exposed and could break again under the bike. This mechanic indicated that the wires internally in the bike were spliced and too short requiring total rewiring with an additional wiring kit to be purchased to complete the work. RIDENOW's incompetent work cost us an additional $400. So, for the initial estimated cost of $900 worth of work from RIDENOW Powersports, resulted in a cost of $2300 to us. We purchased a $3500 maintenance plan when we purchased our 2025 Can AM Spyder RT. We are so uncomfortable with RIDENOW's maintenance that we asked to have it refunded as we wanted the option to take it elsewhere. As YOU can imagine the refund was denied. Therefore, we are forced to pay double for maintenance on our bike or use RIDENOW's incompetent maintenance service and always wonder whether they completed the work correctly. BUYER BEWARE !!!!

Took my 21' lowrider s to get a diag to fix a crank no start. Ended up blowing the crankshaft out…read moreof spec. Settled with a rebuild on the motor and upgraded some parts. Bike got into the shop January 14th, just got the bike back August 18th. If you want your work done in a timely manner don't go to this shop. Also took my S&S crankshaft 3 months to show up when it wasn't on back and called S&S directly and confirmed that. They also had 3 different service advisors in that time span. Got hit with every excuse in the book as to why my parts weren't showing up in a timely manner and ordered half of them myself because of this. Their service advisor is an idiot, was told the bike would done between 11-12 sat around for 45 mins before it was actually finished. They also forgot to order half of my parts for the rebuild, called me n told me that instead of just ordering the parts and biting the bullet on their own mess up. Dyno numbers were also disappointing. Going to have to take it somewhere else for a retune, and spend more money. Don't waste your time or money here.

If only all motorcycle dealerships; nay - ALL dealerships in general were as customer friendly as Go AZ. It's Riders Selling To Riders (or prospective riders!). No tricks, no scams, no forced up-selling. Just mutual respect and a wish to get you out on the road on a bike that fits you both ergonomically AND financially. That's what it should always be like..... A special 'thank you' to Connor and John for being with me through the whole process. Making sure I was comfortable and taken care of. I have horrific anxiety at the best of times, so having friendly faces around was greatly appreciated. So when I went looking for a new bike, I thought of them. A 2026 Triumph 900 Alpine edition was what I was looking for. Now, I search to get the best deal, regardless. So I found a bike at a different dealership, but out of state. Screaming deal, and I have the written sales offer. I call up GoAZ Scottsdale, ask if they price match, and explain the situation. "No problem, come down, we will match the price." The next day, I call to see how late they're open. It's only a half-hour before closing (Sunday) so I say I'll just come down tomorrow. That's where the problem starts. First I hear the bike I have the deal on looks like it's a demo bike. I tell them no, that's a bike in California, it's not the bike I have the written offer for. This bike is brand new, no defects whatsoever. Then, a day AFTER I gave all the details, I'm told the Tiger GoAZ has on lot is damaged and has had to have "a lot of parts replaced". I ask how that happened, and I'm told someone "dropped it in the basement". Sure. Someone dropped a bike in the basement and caused so much damage you're too far into it to price match, despite your advertising such. Very convenient. So, either GoAZ is selling a damaged motorcycle as new, or they are reneging on their price matching. You be the judge.

Wow! I used to live in Phoenix and used Donnie at the pit for my work. I was in Phoenix for 1 week…read morefor 3 rides, after the 1st ride my rear wheel bearings decided to give out. I called Donnie forgetting it was Monday so I left a message on his voicemail. To my surprise he called back in about 5 minutes! Told me to bring it in Tuesday morning and he should be able to get me going. Showed up about 9:15 Tuesday and he took it right in the shop, up on a stand and started tearing it apart right away! Had the bad bearings out in a jiffy and made sure there was no hub damage and that he had the right bearings for my bike...which he did. I went and grabbed a quick bite and he had it ready to go by the time I got back. No up charge for the emergency visit just a very reasonable repair cost. I can't say enough about how he treated me, I really appreciated him getting me in so I didn't miss my 2nd ride. Highly recommend for any and all of your repairs.

The biggest issue wasn't just the failed repair -- it was the dishonesty and conflicting information throughout the process. I brought my Maverick R in for an oil leak and was told it was repaired. The exact same leak returned shortly afterward. I eventually drove roughly six hours to bring it back, and they kept it for about five weeks. During that time, I was repeatedly given conflicting information about what was actually wrong, what repairs were being performed, and the condition of my machine. After finally getting it back, the same oil leak returned AGAIN on my first trip and is now substantially worse. Repairs can fail. What I can't accept is being misled, given conflicting stories, and seeing zero accountability when the same problem continues. Based on the dishonesty and the way this was handled, I would never trust Nash Powersports with another vehicle.

Also, she encouraged me to wear them around at home to be 100% sure before wearing them out to ride. That's not someone just trying to sell you the more expensive product, that just good service. "Bring back if they aren't right and we'll try more, order some in from our reps..." Turns out she was right, the boots were fantastic, wore them for 3 hours of riding first day. The store was completely empty, so I went straight to the counter and asked for assistance. The woman at the front was polite and said she would send someone out. Moments later, the salesperson walked right past both of us and went straight to the phone, completely ignoring me. I was honestly taken aback but gave him the benefit of the doubt... for about 30 minutes. Still no help. No acknowledgment. Nothing. At that point, I had to raise my voice just to get assistance. The woman apologized, and the salesperson finally came over, clearly annoyed, as if I was inconveniencing him. That was enough for me. I left and took my $4,500 purchase to another dealership that actually values customers. Screwie Lewie clearly didn't need my business, and others should know what to expect.
