I wanted to take a moment to thank Dwn N Out for working with me on my transaction. I took a personal gamble on a used Indian motorcycle, never having ridden before (and consequently not knowing much about motorcycles and their quirks). I asked about the motorcycle's history, but it didn't seem there was much history that they knew about or (if they did know) that they would share with me. That's always a little concerning, but I didn't have a reason to not believe the motorcycle was in good working condition. Of note, they generally will not let you test ride motorcycles because of insurance reasons, but neither will most major dealers. They will let you start and sit on the motorcycles. The manager shared with me that they do an inspection of the motorcycles to ensure they aren't coming back in to the shop with issues after they're sold. Makes sense, so if you want to be sure after the purchase, you get a 30-day warranty from the shop and you can inspect it if you want elsewhere at your cost. I also purchased an additional major parts warranty from the shop at my cost. Sometimes if you want a good deal, you have to roll the dice. I want to apologize to Dasen for getting worried after I bought the motorcycle - a check engine light came on, but I later researched and realized this can be common and isn't always a big deal... I felt a bit worried and emailed them. They had a mechanic call me and discuss it with me, and it made more sense. To be clear, I do NOT think it's wrong for a buyer to be concerned about their investment... that's normal and okay. But I may have come off as a little overly concerned and I didn't mean to worry them, so I'm sorry if I did. Thanks for your patience with us newbies, Dasen! Overall, they have been wonderful to do business with, and I recommend finding a great used bike at a great price here, instead of paying exorbitant dealers fees at major dealers. If you know bikes, you will feel more comfortable in buying used. If you don't, then learn a little about them first. You can save good money here. I LOVE my new (used) Indian. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Bought a bike and less than a month later of owning it they repairs they made on the bike was already falling apart and there answer was oh well yeah it just happens dropped off a detailed cleaned bike got back dirty I mean dirt and dropping off with a perfectly fine front tire never had problems then after four days with them somehow it now needs a new tire and again there response oh I don't know it just happens but never having any front tire air pressure at all. please there are better places posting a full review with receipts. read more

Well I drove over here with my 2014 Indian Chief Vintage motorcycle. I have a Traumatic Brain Injury. And I got this bike bran new thinking I would still ride. But after owning it for 7 years I had to realize that with my brain injury my riding days are over. I had contacted a few places about my bike and most places just leaded me on. Great dealership with an amazing owner/staff. Super respectful and honest people, prices are always great on their inventory. Recently bought my first bike from here and they made it easy and simple. I bought it on a Saturday and the battery died on Sunday (I had no clue what the issue was, it just wouldn't start.) the owner felt bad and instead of making me wait for his next business day, he drove 45 minutes to my house and inspected the bike and fixed it in my driveway in about 30 minutes. I'm not saying this is a regular thing for him but he appears to go above and beyond for his customers and stays true to his word. read more

I had a terrible experience buying a car today and was thinking about how much better the experience was buying a bike from Dwn N Out. This place was fantastic and I recommend it to everyone I know who rides or is thinking about learning to ride. The staff is friendly, it's clearly a family business, and the owners just want everyone to ride. No BS, they actually listen and let you vent if something goes wrong, and take care of issues right away. I bought an older Sportster from these guys a few years ago and it had some issues (like all older bikes). When he started it, right after I bought it, there was an odd sound in the forward head and in about 5 seconds the issue was diagnosed and I was given a time to come back and pick up the bike. He would've had it fixed in half the time he quoted, but the head gasket got pinched so he had to run back to HD to pick up a new gasket - he was still done earlier than he thought (under 2 hours). A while later, I had an issue with the bike dying on my way home and I called P##SED about having to push my bike home. The tow guy was going to take too long, so the owner drove his own truck to my place, picked up the bike, and returned it fixed the next day - the stator went bad and they put in a new one at no cost to me. Whether you have good credit, bad credit, or no credit (that's how I came to him), you should check out Dwn N Out for an experience you won't get anywhere else. Also, his labor rates are ridiculously cheap compared to any dealership in the country - I should know, too, since I'm a motorcycle damage adjuster licensed in every state. read more

I took my sport bike in for some brake work. The employees were very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to get my master cylinder working correctly. And the prices are reasonable. They have an inviting showroom with a vintage Sega Hang On Arcade game and mix of Harleys and late model Japanese/Euro bikes for sale. All of the sport bikes looked super clean, like new. I saw a ZX-10, two ZX-6s, an Indian FTR1200 w/ 300 miles, a practically new GSXR 1000, a CBR 600, KTM and Ducati Hypermotard etc. I totally recommend this business. I can't say enough good things about these guys. First off, FrankE is the man. He'll help you get on a hog even without the best credit, super nice guy and will help you through the entire process. I bought a bike about 5 days ago and it began to lose power and had a loud ticking noise coming from the motor, I rode it in today and had one of their techs take a look at it. I'm just minutes he found the issue and is going to fix it for me free of charge. Not to mention your service rate is cut in half while you're financing a bike with them. Extremely rude staff and Manager. Kept increasing the price of the bike after my "Credit updated" several times. Finally realized they where just trying to play me after the price jumped almost $3,000. Dont waste your time here you will regret it.
