I took my motorcycle to Ride Now in Phoenix a few months ago to follow up on an issue from earlier where the rear brake was spongey and had lost pressure. I was told originally that I needed a new master cylinder which, after only 8000 miles, was somewhat of a surprise but I went ahead and agreed. The rear brake was a little firmer but was still spongey. A few months later and within 200 miles of operation the rear brake again went spongey and lost pressure so I took it back to Ride Now only to be told again that I needed yet another cylinder. By that time I had spent about $800 without a proper repair being completed. I refused the new master cylinder and took it to a local independent shop who bled the brakes and now the rear brake works as expected. Ride Now Phoenix were evasive, told me they would help with a warranty claim and then never returned my calls. I would like for Ride Now Phoenix to refund me the $800 I wasted on them trying to bleed the brakes and buying a new master cylinder when I didn't need to. read more

Poor mechanical workmanship at RIDENOW for Can Am Spyder RT LTD We asked RIDENOW to install aftermarket lights on the bike to allow better visibility of our bike by others around us (especially at night). We were told to purchase the kits and they would install them. Service adviser, Kris P. Olivas, gave us an estimate, of $800-900 to install all of the lights. Once the work was started, they called and asked that I accept a higher estimate stating they needed to increase the estimate to $1300; which was paid two days later after bike was competed. Approximately two weeks later the bike was returned to the shop because the lights stopped working from wires that were installed exposed under the bottom of the. RIDENOW Powersports indicated we would have to pay an additional $631 for the repair which was paid to get the bike out of the shop even though the damage was due to the lights initially installed incorrectly. We took the bike to an independent mechanic because the wires were still exposed and could break again under the bike. This mechanic indicated that the wires internally in the bike were spliced and too short requiring total rewiring with an additional wiring kit to be purchased to complete the work. RIDENOW's incompetent work cost us an additional $400. So, for the initial estimated cost of $900 worth of work from RIDENOW Powersports, resulted in a cost of $2300 to us. We purchased a $3500 maintenance plan when we purchased our 2025 Can AM Spyder RT. We are so uncomfortable with RIDENOW's maintenance that we asked to have it refunded as we wanted the option to take it elsewhere. As YOU can imagine the refund was denied. Therefore, we are forced to pay double for maintenance on our bike or use RIDENOW's incompetent maintenance service and always wonder whether they completed the work correctly. Shopped for a previously owned Yamaha Raptor and found one at RideNow on Cave Creek listed for $2995. I agreed on the price with the internet sales staff, and went in to look at the quad and another motoX bike for my granddaughters. Found what we were looking for and got the paperwork started. Explained my wife was out of town and would return the following Wednesday (4 days out) all contracts were signed with docusign, and I explained I wanted to see the paperwork, but numbers added up, until I received the final paperwork after calling 6 times. The agreed upon price of $2995 was $$4500 making the numbers work by extending the already agreed upon sale out to 4 years. I purchased pre owned because I didn't want to pay set up fees, and additionally they added $707.65 of accessories while we purchased zero accessories. I've tried contacting the sales department, sales manager, since the purchase at the end of February, It's now May 4th. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE WITHOUT AN INKED CONTRACT ON THE TABLE BECAUSE YOU'LL NEVER SEE THE NUMBERS UNTIL THEY FINALLY SEND THEM TO YOU AFTER 9 WEEKS. Here's the kicker, still not registered with MVD. There are other, reputable, sales for MotoX, Jet Skis, SxS, in the valley that I will work with in the future. BE AWARE I had purchased a brand new 2024 Yamaha MT-07 through this dealer, I took my bike in to do the Yamaha Clutch Recall that Yamaha themselves sent out a note to do, they had me wait 4 months to do this Job with little contact about when my parts would come in. After months of me asking they had finally squeezed me in for the job, I left my bike there on a Monday and got it back Wednesday. I left them a clean bike to get it back scratched up and leaking, I provided pictures of the damage they've done and the leak. This felt like a petty exchange for wanting my bike to be fixed, nice of them to squeeze me in after 4 months of waiting but like I mentioned they damaged my clutch cover, not only did they damage it but they've had my bike for 2 weeks for that replacement to happen with NO word on the whereabouts of my bike. Not a single call, text... If they can't do something as simple (for professionals) as change plates correctly, letting it leak oil and scratching the cover as if it was being rubbed against concrete, then I don't know if I'd be able to trust them with something big and be honest about it. Save yourself a trip to this shop. Took our ATV for a simple service on a Wednesday morning. Told Lucas that we needed the service completed asap due to upcoming hunting trip on the following Monday. They assured us that it was not a problem and that they'd call on Thursday morning for the service cost breakdown, NO call back on Thursday. Friday rolled around and I still had NOT heard back from them, so we called and spoke to Sam who said that NO service ticket had ever been written up for my ATV. He then assured us that they'd get started on it right away and would be ready on Saturday. Here's Saturday, no call back. We called them, they said that "maybe" it would be ready on Tuesday, but no guaranties because they were short-handed and over-loaded. So again, don't bother visiting this place of business. Every week I followed up with them and consistently got the run around. Always Can Am's fault. Called again the Friday, Saturday and Monday before New Years and was finally told that it was there in one of 100 boxes in from Can Am. But they couldn't give me my part because that had no billing from Can Am. After a heated conversation with the Parts Manager they issued me a refund. Absolutely, worst experience I've had with a power sports dealer. I took my dirt bike wheels in to get new tubes and tires installed on a Thursday morning. They told me they would be ready the next day (Friday). I waited all day Friday, no call. It was getting close to their closing time, so I called the service department to get an update. They told me that they were just about done and ready for pickup. So, I drive down just to be turned away because the mechanic had pinched the tubes and would not be able to complete the task in the remaining two hours. Unfortunately, this shop is not close for me. The service writer told me to come in the next day first thing in the morning (Saturday) and they would be ready. Saturday morning, I show up at 10am (1 hour after opening). My wheels are still not done! The rear tire was installed incorrectly and the front tire was half on with no tube! I ended up taking my wheels incomplete because I simply lacked confidence in there mechanic at this point. I would not trust this shop with anything! There mechanic struggled over three days trying to install dirt bike tires. As a former motorcycle and auto mechanic, I know that tires are one of the easiest tasks to complete. It is absolutely absurd to spend three days trying to change dirt bike tires with a tire machine! Please do NOT trust this shop with anything! The lack of knowledge and training is insane! Took my Turbo S in for their platinum service package plus warranty wok and shock therapy. Had my rzr for 4-6 weeks, got it back with a dirty exterior, and without any of the paid for work done except for the shocks put back on the vehicle! Air filter still had dust in it (supposed to be cleaned/replaced), old oil filter loose and left on; Possibly new motor oil, no lubrication of any moving joints etc. They initially didn't fix the O2 sensor which was under warranty. GM at this location wasn't returning emails, spoke to regional manager Chad who also doesn't return calls. Terrible experience for a company and their management. read more

As much as I am for small business, and want to support them, I am not over the top for Ridenow..... they make appointments and did not keep it, and we had to follow up with them several times... ok it happens, then we purchase tires for our side/side, we paid to have it pick up....they were not on time and we had to call several times as to when they where going to be here to pick up and delivered.. Ok it happens as we scheduled to have the tires put on,,,, but then after it was scheduled the tires where not in stock really we scheduled this ok.... ok it happens, finally get the tires on and is hours late of the delivery time, we go to pay and they are charging for a credit card extra,,, ok we will write a check,,,, sorry no checks,,, so we have to pay the extra fee for a credit card almost $30.00 .... not happy about this, so ok they are suppose to be on the way, so after a couple of hours, we see our Side by side go FLYING BY OUR HOUSE!!! I thought he was going to run the rig into the wash (very rough),he gets stopped and when I questioned his speed... and he was like I was only going 15 miles an hour..BS BS BS!! there are kids on our block.... They had listed a Can-Am, we made the drive TWICE from Las Vegas, NV to Phoenix, AZ, not a 30 minute drive but a FOUR hour drive. We own a business ourselves, we understand the value of communication, professionalism and respecting people's time but unfortunately this place fails on all. We first went on Thursday because we liked the price, when we got there it was thousands more. However, we gave them another chance and called Trent on Friday to reserve the Can-Am where he said he would leave the deposit for us and we can pay everything up front, he reassured us it would be ready for us Sunday at noon. When we got there? He wasn't at work, he was at a soccer game! Even after we texted him that we were running late and he said "Okay no worries", another gentleman helped us and told us it was SOLD, no warning, no phone call, nothing. Then their "good news" was that they had another one, but we had to pay $500 more plus $800 delivery!? What a joke. Either it's just a total disorganized place or they simply just don't care about people's time. This is certainly how we would not treat our clients especially ones willing to do long trips and hours of driving. They had someone new every time i went there to try to close the deal They let you sit downstairs while they take your offer upstairs so the manager could look it over. Then the game begins with the up and down the steps we go with them offering plans that they will not put in writing. The salesmen don't have business cards when you do reach a deal. They make changes when you're ready to put a down payment on the item. They sold me a machine they did not have only to tell me I was buying something different. It was amateur hour but really it was a half a day the whole place was a joke. I will never entertain the idea of walking back into this place. . I continued to notice my brakes are very squishy and don't have any resistance. I quickly got onto Can Am blogs and started to ask people about the symptoms I have with my Maverick. Several people told me to check brake liquid to start with. After checking my brake fluid I noticed the left reservoir was completely empty with no brake oil in it. So I started to wonder if this was the reason why my brakes are so squishy. Other people on the Can Am chat groups told me that it was probably my brake master cylinder. How was this car allowed to leave Ridenow Phoenix without checking all fluids to ensure everything was good? 4. How can two different Ridenow dealerships both tell me the first did a used car inspection/ appraisal in Phoenix and then Ridenow Rancho tells me they checked everything out and everything was good? After further investigating all of this I called another one of your stores in Las Vegas and asked them what is policy and protocol when they get a used vehicle. I was told by the service manager (Trevor) at Boulder Ridenow that they conduct an Appraisal and based on that the service technician will make sure all safety components are safe such as brake pads, calibers, master cylinders etc. My question is was this really done at Ridenow Phoenix? I would like to request the appraisal and all supporting documents or checklist that was done on my car to ensure all safety components were checked when the service technician test drove it as a standard policy for your organization. It appears to me that this Ridenow dealership in Phoenix is selling unsafe vehicles because my brakes don't work. How did the service technician not notice this when he test drove to ensure safety of this vehicle? 5. Checked my engine oil yesterday and noticed my engine oil is low. Again, was an oil change done like they told me? If so, please tell me what type of oil was used so I can fill it up for you guys. As a leader myself it is important to get off your desk and walk around at times and interact with your customers or conduct quality assurance surveys to ensure appropriate customer service is being given. Furthermore, I spoke to Matt Sheridan today about my concerns and he had no solutions for me at all. He told me that he paid Ridenow Rancho for one hour of service and he could not do anything else for me. He stated," I can't be in my service department verifying all the vehicles are being thoroughly inspected and plus humans are doing the job so...." This sounds to me that he is not acting like a manager should if he doesn't know the answer, maybe he should first investigate the matter and then get back with the customer with an educated solution or reply. Providing this type of response is not "complete customer satisfaction". Below is your Mission statement that is quoted. Please train your management staff and line staff to truly understand this statement. It represents you and the products you sell the community. An oil and rear tire change should have been an easy task?? They were able to misplaced the rear brake caliper which snapped the parking brake and destroyed some switch sensor... all of this 29 miles after the service, into a 9000 miles ride! Bought first Ranger and it went it for service so many times in the first month, it was insane. I lost tons of cash just to upgrade to a brand new machine because I was so frustrated with the service here. This service dept is also shady as heck. They charged me for a bunch of parts they never even put on. Then when I called them out and wanted a refund, THEY SENT ME A GIFT CARD! Needless to say, I am irate. I don't want to spend anymore money at your sham of a shop. Now my brand new machine (like no one has ever driven it) has an electrical short in parts this crappy service dept installed two months ago. The short comes from new lights and radio I had them order and install. I only took the new Rzr out 4 times. 4 TIMES. Now I'm back in the shop. DO NOT LET THIS PLACE WORK ON YOUR MACHINE OR EVER BUY FROM HERE. This place is a joke. They strip bolts and don't replace until you say something.
