I brought it in for the first time with a spare inner tube, got it out the same day, luckily. and it turned out to be a smooth ride. After traveling to a motorcycle tire shop, powersports shop and golf cart shop I finally found AZ scooter to install a tire on a wheel. They were very courteous and instantly said no problem. After calling several other scooter shops that were "too busy," I spoke with a super-friendly woman at AZ Scooter who assured me they'd be able to provide a tune-up, although it might take several days depending on how busy they were. With this in mind, I set out for AZ Scooter just before a little vacation assuming if they needed to keep the scoot for a few days, that'd be find since I wouldn't be needing it anyway. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by the man behind the counter. When I explained my situation and concern about squishy brakes, he replied that brake problems can often be easily fixed--and then he proceeded to do so. AZ scooter did a great job on my scooter they got me fixed up with a valve adjustment they checked everything on the scooter and just good service all the way around and quick turnaround too it was making a horrible noise from the valves and I had already taken it to another shop that did not do what I asked them to do but still got paid so took it here they did what I asked and did a fantastic job at doing it the scooter is so quiet now I can't hear it through my helmet anymore I write it all the time and I am very pleased with the service I received and I will be coming back used to use them years ago with quads I had but since moved away and let me tell you it is worth the drive Trustworthy reliable and all around good people at the shop read more

DO NOT Purchase anything from this company. I purchased a 125 CC motorcycle for my son and it was back at the shop after the first day to replace the entire back brake system they THEY put on wrong. Now it sits in the garage after 3 more rides and all the BOLTS fell out of the NEW brake assembly they put on last week. The bike hasn't even been riding since they fixed the back brake. So a BRAND new bike out of the box has been on the shop twice and more time there then actually riding. I don't think anything is wrong with the bike. I think these guys have NO CLUE what they are doing and remember these bikes are for kids size people. Do NOT trust them with your BIKE or your KIDS this bike will be going to another shop to be looked at and repaired. Sad but necessary to ensure my children's safety. Bought a buggy here and it ran great for about 2 months and then the air filter failed and clogged the carburetor. Brought the carburetor in and was fixed in about an hour and bought an upgraded air filter to fix the problem. They didnt even charge me for the repair. read more

Do not come here for any maintenance!!! Purchased a scooter here and had to take it in after a couple weeks. We put too much oil in (which is our fault I know) but it took them a whole month to figure it out. Literally said they were waiting for a part and last min they checked the oil? I'm not an expert but don't you check fluids first?!? Also their policy is they only call to inform you if a part has come in? I'm sorry but after three weeks I needed an update of some sort. Got it home and it still didn't run correctly, they didn't test drive it. Was hesitant on bringing it back but they assured me they'd look at it right away. I guess right away means a week later. They called and said it was just out of gas. Which is strange because we checked before we brought it in. They apparently topped it off. Got it home still didn't run correctly. At this point I'm over it and take it to another mechanic. They put RANCID gas in our brand new bike!!! We had to flush the whole system and put all new fuel. Ever since this other mechanic looked at it and fixed it up same day it's been amazing. read more

Took an ATV down to them that had been sitting for a while and needed a new gas tank, battery and some TLC. They gave me a "Ballpark estimate" of the charges and I headed home. The sell and repair both ATV's and bikes at this location. The repair took a bit longer as they had to order a new tank but it finally came in. The bill? A whopping $204.00.... FOUR DOLLARS over their estimate! Was really surprised and happy that they were spot on with the estimate and very nice to deal with. Very nice folks and did excellent work, could not recommend them higher. I will be doing more business with them in the future and you should as well! read more

Fast courteous service. Just some local guys with a local shop doing their best to help you out. If you need something replaced they can do it, or just need a part, they'll sell it to you. The only place I trust to take my scooter. I somehow broke the metal guard pole that holds together the trunk. The used a blow torch to get it back and place as well as fixing some minor things I had going on with my scooter. They did not charge a ton and they are fast and professional honest and frank. I brought my scooter in yesterday bc I thought I totally ruined it trying to install a new battery. You do have to call a few times bc sometimes they can't get to the phone as they are busy doing work on scooters and atv's. Anyway, they told me to come in . Just come in. I came in. I called AAA and they towed my scooter in. They told me to walk the scooter into the garage. In 15 minutes they had me fixed up and ready to go. How much? Nothing! What!? Nothing? What do you mean? I mean we don't charge for this. So they installed my battery, tested it, made sure nothing else was wrong, gave me a mini lesson on my kill switch. Started, and restarted it to make sure I was good to go and asked for no money. This is a business you can trust. Thank you. read more

If I could give this company ZERO Stars I would. This company is a rip off DO NOT buy from here. We bought a quad and 3 days later the quad was not working. We called the company & we thought we had warranty but it was only for the parts. Not only that it would take them 3 weeks to just look at the quad & try to fix it because they are already backed up by fixing other quads. Not very pleased with this company. We purchased a Scooter from them in early May and were told we would have our plate and title within 3 weeks. We have yet to receive it and the Temp plate has run out. We called and sent e-mails and got no response from the people there. We ended up going to the shop in the morning and were told there was a problem and the plate would be in that day by 4:30 PM. We returned to the shop at 4:30 and was told that they had not been able to pick them up as yet and it would be mailed to us the next day. It is 5 days later and asked if the plate had been sent yet. We received an e-mail stating it had but the owner did not know if it had been mailed as yet. He is out of town and said he would contact his shop to find out if it had been mailed. No word back. We dropped the scooter off yesterday &were told it'd be done by today. When we called to check ETA, the guy was hella rude & said "its on the list." Bought a used Japanese Maxi-scooter from a private party on craigslist. Tried the Factory Authorized dealer service department twice, but felt they were overpriced and advising repairs that weren't strictly necessary. Did not know who to try next. Read the reviews here and went with these guys, as they are close to home. Very glad I did. Thought the brakes were going out, and they were. Wound up doing a tune up as well for a very reasonable price. Chuck in the service dept is what I call a natural mechanic. He can look at a bike and see the parts inside operating, hard to describe, but I know one when I see one. The owner told me it might take a few days extra because they don't stock parts for the Japanese scooters. Worked out fine as it rained all week anyhow. They have all my service business, and if I ever buy a new scooter they will sell me that, too. They also sell and install tires. They use the best, Mobil 1 oil and EBC brake pads. ABSOLUTE WORST SHOP IN THE VALLEY DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE HERE! these people are awful, horribly unprofessional and their work is sub par. They are expensive and there work quality is extremely poor. also it takes forever for them to get anything done. i took my scooter in and was quoted for 2 hours of labor and was told it would take up to TEN DAYS for 2 HOURS of labor. so i finally agree after telling the guy that i needed it sooner. he say fine ill have it to you in 3 days. i call 3 days later, they said it would take an additional day. i call the next day an hour before close and nobody even bothers to pick up the phone, i leave a message nobody gets back to before they close. so now it has been 7 days since i dropped off my bike and finally its done. i pick it up everything seems fine and i get over how long it took. I drive 1 mile away, 1 measly mile to grab some food from Carolina's and come out and notice my back tire is flat and there is a nail in the tire. if it had been 3 miles or more away from the shop i would have owned up to it and said that it was my fault but 1 MILE AWAY AND ALREADY HAVING PROBLEMS IS UNACCEPTABLE. i call the these people again and they refuse to take responsibility for there spotty work. they charge me full price on the tire and the owner says he cutting me a deal by giving my half off of 1 hours worth of labor. thanks buddy really generous considering your shop was at fault. so then not 2 weeks later my bike breaks AGAIN. and by this time I've had it with these people! don't ever take them anything to work on. read more

This company has been advertising they have brand new 2012 150cc scooters for $899.00 and they do not. I stopped in and I was adivsed they just sold the last one but they would gladly sell me a 2013 for the $100.00 more. I advised them they should remov the ad they posted 2 hours ago as it is false advertising. The next morning I looked they posted again stating they have 150cc scooters priced at $899.00? I called again told them who I was and they stated it was again posted in error. This is false advertising and very deceptive. They also state in their ads they are the lowest priced dealer in Arizona which is also not true as two other dealers are advertising the same product they sell for less money. read more

Place is great but unfortunately to my incident I am reviewing on here in hopes they pick up on their customer service, recently bought a brand new moped 2-3 weeks ago, in that time my muffler broke off and so I had to leave the moped there to be fixed and a part had to be ordered, this was on a Thursday, so they told me it would come on a Thursday the following week and it never showed, so they told me it would arrive Tuesday the following week and that it would show, still never showed, so now this is the 3rd time and I've still yet to receive any information as to when I'll be getting my moped back and running, I've waited almost 2 weeks now and haven't received any word. I keep calling and all they say is that the part is not here yet. They are a great place but should definitely look into helping out their customers more. I have owned 4 scooters over the past few years and know something of how they work. Just had some service work performed at Az scooters on my Piaggio BV350 (belt & rollers). They performed the replacements while I waited (less than an hour)! 3 years ago they installed a big bore kit on my Vespa 150.
