I was honestly taken aback but gave him the benefit of the doubt... for about 30 minutes. Still no help. No acknowledgment. Nothing. At that point, I had to raise my voice just to get assistance. The woman apologized, and the salesperson finally came over, clearly annoyed, as if I was inconveniencing him. That was enough for me. I left and took my $4,500 purchase to another dealership that actually values customers. Screwie Lewie clearly didn't need my business, and others should know what to expect.

The team helped me not only try everything, but verify the fit and help a newer rider understand how gear should work properly. Also, she encouraged me to wear them around at home to be 100% sure before wearing them out to ride. That's not someone just trying to sell you the more expensive product, that just good service. "Bring back if they aren't right and we'll try more, order some in from our reps..." Turns out she was right, the boots were fantastic, wore them for 3 hours of riding first day. I called Donnie forgetting it was Monday so I left a message on his voicemail. To my surprise he called back in about 5 minutes! Told me to bring it in Tuesday morning and he should be able to get me going. Showed up about 9:15 Tuesday and he took it right in the shop, up on a stand and started tearing it apart right away! Had the bad bearings out in a jiffy and made sure there was no hub damage and that he had the right bearings for my bike...which he did. I went and grabbed a quick bite and he had it ready to go by the time I got back. No up charge for the emergency visit just a very reasonable repair cost. I can't say enough about how he treated me, I really appreciated him getting me in so I didn't miss my 2nd ride. Highly recommend for any and all of your repairs.

When I first saw it I thought they sent me a used part but after contacted customer service they said no that's what all brand new parts look like! I was mind blown that they would say that after seeing the pics of the part. Anyways they don't compensate you to ship it back and they won't refund you anything to keep it and try to fix it urself.
