I stopped in and talked to Jon and he explained the services they provided. We arranged a time to drop it off that afternoon. I let them know there was no hurry cause I would be out of town for awhile. A few days later I received a call letting me know what was done so far and what they found needed to be done. I gave them permission to do the follow-up repairs and received another call the next day saying it was ready and I could pickup at my convenience. He was very professional, informative and a pleasure to deal with. I will return for future service/repair and would suggest Gremlin Garage to anyone for there motorcycle needs

Apparently, I'm a jerk for suggesting since their screw up has kept me off my bike for 2 weeks. maybe they could do me a solid and mount and balance my tire on the rim which I brought to the shop. They said sure! For 45 bucks! Then they yelled at me more for them ordering the wrong parts again. Gremlin is the perfect name for this place.

Took my 21' lowrider s to get a diag to fix a crank no start. Ended up blowing the crankshaft out…read moreof spec. Settled with a rebuild on the motor and upgraded some parts. Bike got into the shop January 14th, just got the bike back August 18th. If you want your work done in a timely manner don't go to this shop. Also took my S&S crankshaft 3 months to show up when it wasn't on back and called S&S directly and confirmed that. They also had 3 different service advisors in that time span. Got hit with every excuse in the book as to why my parts weren't showing up in a timely manner and ordered half of them myself because of this. Their service advisor is an idiot, was told the bike would done between 11-12 sat around for 45 mins before it was actually finished. They also forgot to order half of my parts for the rebuild, called me n told me that instead of just ordering the parts and biting the bullet on their own mess up. Dyno numbers were also disappointing. Going to have to take it somewhere else for a retune, and spend more money. Don't waste your time or money here.

Came across Carshop in the autoplex and was quite impressed with the ease and no pressure sales approach. Their car lot is a bit different where you can't just drive through to peruse. So called to confirm availability of the car I wanted and when I showed up, got the keys to test drive it without any type of sales pitch. Personally I prefer this style. You know the price upfront and there's no need to haggle. They ended up being the be price for my car and also matched another dealership for my trade in value. Kye Au Claire, my sales guy, was really easy to deal with and professional as well as knowledgeable. He didn't over promise but he over delivered. Everything took less than 3 hours and I didn't have to sacrifice my weekend. Initially when I took the car home, the detailing wasn't up to par. Service department was slower to respond to calls and appointment requests but Kye stepped up and coordinated that on my behalf. When I brought the car back for service items, Ryan was quick and attentive and they addressed the issues within a day, albeit waiting on my extra key from BMW. When you shop from a small business, you support big dreams. And while your business isn't for everyone, it is for a lot of people. People like myself who value relationships and customer servicing. Unfortunately I have to update my review. I have been dealing with the power steering rack on my…read morecar failing. After going back and forth with Armando Lopez in the service department and the general manager Raymond Lonsway I have been told they will not offer any assistance to me. I even asked if they would split my cost and they said no. The situation was dragged out for over a month while my vehicle say waiting for repairs. On 09/01 I received a email from Armando, "so I have look at the invoice you sent over to me. What is the final cost to the repair. And if we agree on it you would need to pay for and then send me the invoices with a receipt for a reimbursement" I felt this was good to hear and I continued with the repairs to my car. It wasn't until 09/27 that they said they wouldn't cover any of the cost. I have had the car for 8 months now and driven it 8000 miles and I just put $5000 into it. The power steering rack had to be replaced and when the alignment was performed I was told my tires were worn so badly the alignment wasn't accurate and the tires were two different brands with different wear issues. I replaced the tires. When the car was delivered, I noted a few items and was told they would be resolved and after taking the car into the dealership they were either not resolved or it was done poorly but I just decided to move on and not worry about them and now this. I am always happy to refer people to business that I have had success with but now I will do my best to keep at least one person from buying a vehicle from your dealership. If you want to buy a car from them have it looked at by an independent shop or like me, I will never recommend or use The Carshop again. I understand there is always a risk in buying a used car but after this problem it makes zero sense to buy from a dealership what will not stand behind what they sell.

The bike had a lot of accessories on it from the previous owner, I had removed several poorly installed accessories and Jesse found a few more. Luckily, everything was repaired same day and I was surprised how reasonable the price was for all the labor (rethreading a stripped oil pan) among an oil change and a chain tightening. Unfortunately, my experience changed completely when I tried to make a return. After getting home, I realized the helmet I purchased wasn't going to work well for riding in the Arizona desert heat. I attempted to return it within the stated return-policy window and was immediately denied, with the claim that I had damaged the helmet. That was extremely disappointing, especially because I had been excited to find a local shop I could rely on for my motorcycle gear and future purchases. I wanted to support a local business, but unfortunately this experience lost me as a customer.

Called…read moreand the receiver indicated that all I had to do was bring it in any time and we can squeeze it in. Brought it in on a Tuesday at noon and said it would be done that day (No Call). On Wednesday at noon I called and the answer was it was done but the owner needed to create the billing. Came to the shop at 4:30PM and the bike was sitting outside but the mechanic said the billing was still not done and I would have to wait as the owner left 24 hours ago and can not be reached. I called the police and by the time the police showed up the owner mysteriously showed up. Needless to say I got the bike but the police had to calm the owner down. They may do good work on occasion but they are totally unorganized and that situation just leads to an issue and do you want that on your bike while riding up the mountain? Just stay away is your best bet.

Randy , the owner is a great guy for everything. I had $1800 worth of parts and service done on my bike. No complaints there . The issue is when I had a warranty issue with my new battery and Randy says no problem. But he was having internal problems, he had to layoff his staff and he was more or less temporary closed until he restructured his affairs. when I called and he told me to call and make an appointment . I called two times , to no avail. I stopped by , around noon when his voice mail states he doesn't usually get in until noon, again to no avail. i called the 3rd and final day today after approximately 2.5 months trying to get my battery replaced. So , for all you potential future customers, if you can have communication with Randy , great, but do your homework. take it for what it's worth. I wish him well and hopes he can get back on track because when all running well , service is very good. But something is going on. just a return phone would have helped.
