    Oil all over the engine

I purchased a 2024 Suzuki RM-Z450, and the first time we took it out, it was leaking transmission oil everywhere. The bike was completely covered in oil. When I first called, they were apologetic and told me to bring it in. However, once I arrived, the tone completely changed. I didn't buy the extended warranty and Suzuki doesn't have one. Suddenly, the problem was all on me. No accountability from what they did to or lack of what they did for the bikes prep. So much for the $600 non-negotiable "dealer prep" fee. From what I was told and based on other reviews, dealer prep consists mainly of checking and tightening bolts and topping off fluids. In fact, based on other customer experiences, they may even over-tighten things. I highly doubt the bike was thoroughly inspected at all. Buyer beware if you're considering purchasing a used bike from Nash. To make matters worse, I'm still waiting to hear back about my bike after an entire week. I was told it was "next up" and that I would hear from them by Thursday, just one day shy of the one-week mark. Every bit of communication throughout this process has come from me calling them. Not once have they called with an update, even to let me know it would take longer than expected to inspect the bike. This has been, without question, the worst customer service experience I've had. If you buy a bike here, do not use their service department.

    2024 KTM RC 390

Nash Power Sports boasts an impressive array of recreational vehicles certain to captivate discerning enthusiasts. They proffer exceptional value and are perpetually dedicated to ensuring client satisfaction. Kayla, particularly, demonstrated astute resourcefulness in facilitating my acquisition of a KTM sport bike. Anticipate further transactions in the near future. A visit to this establishment is highly recommended.

    Installed new front tire.

Fantastic Service Department, Max was very helpful and worked with me on two separate services on two of my bikes. They were most accommodating as I had to reschedule last minute on them. Good customer service and fair price for a quality job.

In this case I was undercut at GoAZ so Ridenow was the only place that had my bike. We arrived at 9:45 to be the first in line to reserve the bike I was ready to buy. I told the salesman I was ready to buy, and this is what I want to pay and I don't haggle. After haggling for HOURs with a 7 month pregnant wife who had no food, we weren't even offered a bottle of water! Then I offered a deluxe European trade-in which they said needed to be "appraised". A spotless Ducati with only 1,400 mi? Ok. At almost 2pm (!) I said I need to get my wife some food. They said ok. The appraisal isn't done yet! Upon our return around 3pm we were told the bike still wasn't appraised AND the bike I just purchased was still on the floor! HOURs later after talking to almost anyone who would listen they said my bike was being PMI'd for me to receive it. Wow. We sat there for over 5 hours waiting for an appraisal and my new bike to be ready. At about 5:30pm we were told my new bike was being "test run" and would be ready soon. Wow. When I was finally handed over my keys to my new bike we were both physically and mentally exhausted. My poor pregnant wife was devastated, upset and shaking. Not to mention there were greasy finger prints all over the new orange seat, water spots on the plastic and smears all over the rear view mirrors. I decided this was unacceptable and left a phone message for the GM. Two days later we still didn't receive a call back. My wife finally called in and was forwarded to the on-duty "sales manager" , who said, yeah, sorry we were really busy. He also said "what's done is done. If I could go back to the past I could. You waited days later. There's nothing I can do." Nothing you can do? Where were you days ago when we were PLEADING for answers while we waited 8 hours for my bike to be ready?! Not to mention I wasn't offered the "Tech Pack" option at the time of sale, so now I have to find a dealer and buy it for $900! We even asked if they could offer us a discount on it because of how we were treated and he said "No, it's a direct cost from KTM. I can't help you." WOW. So yes, the rumors are true about Ridenow Powersports. Granted not everyone who works there is horrible. But obviously the trickle down from top to bottom in leadership is failing. This final purchase from RN has sealed the deal and we will no longer purchase from them ever again. If you are lucky enough to have a good salesman and sales manager assist you, consider that an anomaly. But be forewarned. They will not make things right nor accept responsibility for absolutely horrid customer service. If you don't believe me, you can always see for yourself. I did.

From the very first interaction, it was clear that he genuinely cared about doing right by me and making sure I was taken care of. That level of sincerity is something you don't come across often, and it immediately put me at ease. Devin consistently proved that he had my best interests in mind at all times. He never once took shortcuts or cut corners, and you could tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. He didn't just fix the rig--he made absolutely sure it was fixed the right way, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality that really stood out. That gave me a huge sense of trust and confidence, especially in what started out as a pretty stressful situation. What truly set him apart, though, was his communication and transparency throughout the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way, taking the time to explain what was going on, what needed to be done, and why. I never felt left in the dark or unsure about anything. He was patient, thorough, and always willing to answer my questions, which made a world of difference. I can honestly say I have never experienced this level of customer service before. Devin went above and beyond in every possible way, and it didn't go unnoticed. His dedication, professionalism, and genuine care turned what could have been a chaotic and overwhelming experience into something smooth, manageable, and even reassuring. Because of Devin, I feel completely confident in and loyal to this business moving forward. It's rare to find someone who not only does their job well, but truly cares about the people they're helping--and that's exactly what he showed every step of the way. I've never been this satisfied with a service experience, and I'm incredibly grateful for everything he did. Devin is an absolute asset, and I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

Definitely not a dealer I would recommend nor buy anything ever again. By the way, gas is at quarter tank, first time I bought the car without a full tank of gas. Mind you this car cost close to 6 figures.

This is a terrible practice as it would have cost me money and time to correct without possible litigation. Besides that the experience had been good as Dylan is a good salesman and helpful when he wants to be. Dylan Werner, is the finance manager I believe. I live in Murrieta Ca., and had agreed to meet a Nash employee near the AZ/CA border to pick up the vehicle this was a stipulation I had in the purchase. On Friday after the corrected purchase went throuh Dylan had agreed to call me later or have his driver call me to make meeting arrangements no one called on Friday or Saturday. I had mentioned to Dylan on Friday we could possibly meet the next day at around 1030 am but that time was never agreed to by Dylan instead we were supposed to make arrangements. I did not receive a call even after I called Dylan 2X and texted him 3X (Ghosted) so I left blindly hoping someone would be there. I called the store at 845am Siena transfered to Dylan but then told me he was with a client. She helped me and apologized. I did eventually get a text from Dylan stating he cant always answer his phone hes busy etc. I ended up waiting in Quartzite AZ for 2 1/2 hours. I spoke to Kevin GM he apologized was super cool. It gets worse I had told Dylan on Friday I was purchasing my own trailer that was measured at 18.5 ft and he offered me a trailer at a good deal to be included with my Can Am. I agreed but asked him for the precise measurement of the trailer to see if it would fit in my garage he told me it was 19.1 ft I told him I had exactly 19.4 ft of space . I asked him to physically measure the trailer with a measuring tape and he told he would and told me once again it was 19.1 ft. I asked him if he was sure at least 4 times as he seemed to have measured too quickly. He reassured me he had measured himself. Well either he lied or measured it wrong because the trailer is slightly over 20 ft long. I just called to let him know I had to tear down some cabinets to make room andwasn't cool. He told me mistakes will happen when you have a 100 moving parts and they had bent over backwards to meet me at the border. This is the reason I am writing this review. His disregard for my wasted time and money spent. I spent my entire day to tearing down cabinets to make room and then repair the wall and paint it and the trailer only fits at an angle. Other dealerships in the area offer to deliver to CA. I called today to speak with Dylan and he sounded annoyed and irrated with me I asked for the GM Kevin but he wasn't there yet. I told him Dylan im trying to be reasonable here but he he blew me off. Everyone else from the driver Ricardo to the GM Kevin are awesome but Dylan has made this a terrible experience overall.
