Sean was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer questions and provide some great maintenance tips for the future. He was also able to get me scheduled on short notice, which I really appreciated. I drove nearly 3 hours because he came highly recommended by members of the Arizona Porsche Facebook group, and the trip was absolutely worth it. Professional, honest, and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. If you're looking for someone who knows Porsches and provides excellent service, I highly recommend Sean and Murtha Motorsports.

As expected, once you start looking, you get bombarded with messages from just about everyone. What really made ProTech stand out was their approach. In my conversations with them, they were far more focused on what I wanted rather than trying to push a sale. They also offered some innovative solutions that I didn't hear from others. Based on that experience, I chose to have them apply their Avant Guard protection to my vehicle--and I couldn't be happier with the results. They went above and beyond, double- and triple-checking everything to ensure it was done right. It was absolutely money well spent. Every time I walk into my garage, I can't help but smile at the shine my car puts off. Thank you, ProTech, for a great experience from start to finish.

I paid $1,100 (there is a lot of upselling, fyi) for a detail at Pro Tech Detailing -- including a…read more$100 tip -- and was satisfied with the work itself. Cameron, the owner, also promised to connect me with a ding specialist to address some dings, a follow-up he never made. Shortly after the detail, a trim piece came loose in an unusual location that I attributed to the service. About 21 days later I stopped by to have it snapped back in place -- a simple fix worth maybe $20. Cameron refused. His position was that I had waited too long to report it and had not communicated quickly enough. When I pointed out the disproportion -- $1,100 spent, a $100 tip given, and a $20 fix declined -- he scoffed and held firm. Two unfulfilled commitments. No goodwill gesture. No accountability. The detail work itself is good, but if Cameron makes you a promise or something goes wrong after the service, don't expect follow-through or any effort to make it right.

Christina in the front office was always super friendly, great communication, scheduling, and detailed pricing to get the work completed. This is a family owned business that has been in the car business in AZ for a very long time. The price to fix a few things were a little shocking but I feel it's a way better value than a Porsche dealership. It is also the price you pay for a dependable mechanic especially a Porsche mechanic. The Boxster is running smooth just like brand new. If anything comes up with the car I know where I'm going...

I have been in contact with the salesman numerous times over the last 3 weeks and I was told a refund of the deposit can take 7-14 days and as of today still no resolution. I hate to think this way, but I'm thinking they intentionally do not apply the deposit in hopes that people don't notice and then if they do notice, they give people the run around about getting the deposit back in hopes of people just giving up and then they pocket the money. This gives me serious pause about buying a car from this dealership in future or even taking my car in for service when it is due since there are 2 other Acura dealerships in town.
